“Melissa provided wonderful care for my two dogs during a 9-day trip. From the start, she was very communicative and easy to work with around a couple of extenuating factors by jumping on a video Meet & Greet in addition to scheduling an in-person session as soon as she got back from a trip, even though it was late. This being our first time booking a stay with Melissa, I was pretty anxious at first, wanting to know about every second of every day for my dogs. While as someone still relatively new to Rover, I was hoping for lots of little updates about their daily adventures, it was clear she was staying on top of all their quirks and needs, from coaching the anxious pup when he didn't want to eat to diligent wound care on my other dog. When the wound got a little scratched up, she promptly let me know and upped the frequency of cleaning and ointment application. She kept them comfortable and safe indoors during the heat and sent regular photo updates throughout my stay. The dogs seemed content and well-cared for when I returned, which really put my mind at ease. She's been doing this for a while, and it shows - Melissa seems like a pro who really cares for the furbabies. Would definitely consider booking again!”
