About: I recently moved here from Utah, where I volunteered at Best Friend’s Animal Society. This gave me experience in handling dogs of many different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I also received training on several different dog handling related topics, including recognizing when dogs are stressed and what they need in those situations. I completed the training and competencies for both beginner and intermediate level dogs at Best Friend’s. I am an absolute dog lover at heart, from a very young age. Apart from volunteering at Best Friend’s, I would also regularly dog sit for different friends and co-workers. I currently work full time as a RN, but my 12 hour shifts give me flexibility to care for pets on my days off during the week and on weekends. I certainly recognize that pets are a part of the family, and promise to treat your dogs as if they were my own. I know that it is not easy to trust a stranger to care for your pets, and I do not take that lightly.

About: Dog owner I have a 7 year old dog that gets along with other dogs. Also 2 young kids so pup has to be good with kids. I am home so will be able to walk and feed dogs as frequently as necessary. I typically walk my dog 1x / day . I walk and feed the pets and the kids like to interact with the dogs too. We have a fenced in backyard that dogs love to play in.

About: I have experience in walking and looking after dogs, I have volunteered at an animal shelter too. I love spending time with dogs and I would love to make your dog happy! I am available to walk dogs almost any time, as I am free on my summer break! I can be flexible and feel free to communicate any special needs for your dog! I will follow your advice on how to best walk your dog, but I will always keep them leashed and pick up after them. I will make sure your dog gets a break for water if you provide a doggy water bowl.

About: I’ve always had a huge love for animals, particularly dogs. I’ve had experience caring for dogs at a very young age, which included handling mom and pups at pregnancy, to seniors. Walking and bathing all sizes and ages. I’m now a mother to a Cockapoo mix who rules my world! He goes everywhere with me, shopping, long walks, relative’s, running events, even vacations. I am an active individual who will include your dog on these adventures as well. Being with me, I plan to get them tired by having fun. I’m currently working part time remotely, which gives me the ability to surround myself with my favorite friends. My availability is flexible and I am willing to care for your pups on weekends or holidays. One things for sure, I will give your dogs the same love and affection as if it were mine. Can’t wait to meet them(: I work remotely M-F, which allows me to have flexibility for your pup. My work hours are typically from 9am - 3:30pm, but I have breaks in between. I will be able to take your pup for constant potty breaks/walks and feedings. If you prefer, dog park and beach visits can be frequent. I am in a 1,100sqft apartment on the third floor. Our complex is extremely dog friendly and even has a small dog park with a washing station. I live with my fiance and our son Buddy. Buddy is always anxious and happy to meet new friends, but also understands the barrier of privacy. He is trained and should not be of any issue at all. It actually helps his anxiety to have a furry friend around sometimes. Our community has a nice long trail along Miramar reservoir, but we also have different routes throughout the neighborhood if you prefer. Our house hold is pretty quiet, with no kids. Dog YouTube can be an option for anxious pups. Staying active outside or napping inside, whatever your dog is feeling, we will do just that! (:

About: I grew up around dogs and cats - taking care of them is second nature. Your pet will have a quality stay while their beloved owner is away. I work from home on my own hours so I can accommodate custom schedules with ease! I will create a custom schedule that’s tailored to your pets needs. Your pet will be well taken care of. They will get a restroom break first thing in the morning. There is a wonderful park across the street. They will get pets all day so they don’t get lonely. Your pet will have their own place to stay! I have an extra bedroom and outdoor patio space to accommodate any pet.

About: Ever since I was a kid I was always around dogs. My cousins once told me that I slept in their dog’s house when I was 5. I love taking care of pets and being able to give the owners the peace of mind that they’re in good hands! Im a recent college graduate who’s tired of working his soulless job in retail. I would rather take care and play with pets so I’m pretty much available all week except for Fridays 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm. To give your pet the best in-home care, I ask all clients to complete a care itinerary covering their pet's feeding schedule, bathroom routine, walk and play times, and any other needs or special considerations I should know about including nearest vet and emergency contact!

About: Hi there! :) I'm a 29 year old young professional using Rover in my spare time. I love dogs and cats and I have cared for my own cockapoo from when she was a puppy to fourteen unforgettable years with her everlasting puppy energy! I’ve also lived with extended family for 3 years and helped care for three dogs: two shih tzu/maltese dogs and an energetic, adorable yorkie! I have added a new puppy to my family over the last few years and now have another cockapoo, so I have extensive experience caring for little pups! From small cockapoos to big lovable retrievers, I have exceptional pet sitting experience as well as basic walking experience. I am always eager to accompany some furry friends during my free time :) I love exercising and being outdoors, so I would love to run with any dogs that also enjoy an active lifestyle! I usually end my work days between 4:00-4:30pm and I am also flexible on the weekends :) For drop-in visits and dog walks: Please be as specific as possible for how you would like me to care for your pet! Include information such as where to find their food, bowls, treats, harness, leash, potty pads, cleaning supplies, etc. Please also be transparent and let me know of any external or in-home cameras. This is for my own safety and privacy.

I have four feline friends myself and understand they usually require a little extra love and patience to feel comfortable. I am available for daily walks and up to twice per day for feedings and check ins. I have more extended time for interactive attention on weekends and Mondays. As an in-home sitter, I want your pet to feel safe and comfortable in your absence by sticking to the routine they’re familiar with.
