About: My love for animals started early. I raised two cats from kittens and had an adorable mini poodle-terrier mix for two years. I regularly walk and care for my partner’s two large dogs and two cats, and I’ve done overnight stays for a friend’s puppy. Most recently I’ve been attending puppy yoga, because honestly any excuse to be around animals is a good one! I’m attentive, reliable, and treat every pet like my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m available for dog walks and drop-in visits on weekdays and weekends, with flexible morning and afternoon slots. I keep a consistent schedule so pets get reliable, timely care every visit. Since I come to you, my focus is making your pet feel safe and comfortable in their own home, where they’re happiest. I follow your routines closely, whether that’s feeding schedules, walk routes, or specific instructions. I treat every home with respect and send updates so you always know how your pet is doing.
About: I have been walking and looking after dogs and cats since I was 15 and now I am 25. They are a big part of my life and what makes me the most happiest. I take so much pride and joy that people trust me with the responsibility of caring for their animals when needed. I have worked and volunteered at rescues walking and assisting in taking care of them. I love taking photos of the dogs I walk and sending them to their owners! I can handle and feel comfortable with all breeds and sizes! Thank you for trusting me with your pets they are in great hands! No doubt you will get the cutest photos of them from me I have a hybrid job so have flexibility during the week as well as weekends mostly totally free. I am flexible in working with you if a time or day changes I am very respectful and trustworthy and take very seriously being in the clients home when taking care of their pets. I am very easy going and flexible also a great communicator
“Chaminie did a great job. I figured she had a lot of experience with her daycare background. She took gunner to the park and a walk around the neighborhood. She did a great job. I would definitely recommend her.”

“Jim was wonderful with our dog Auggie. He responded immediately and was very reliable and kind. He sent wonderful photos and I highly recommend Jim as a dog walker. We will continue to use Jim’s services from this point on into the future.”

About: I have 2 15-year old cats who use a litter robot and eat a special diet. I would love to own a dog one day once I could afford one, which is why I wanted to work on Rover. I would love to walk and play with dogs, and I always go for daily walks and I love tennis and frisbee. (Basically, I would love to play with your dogs! 😆) I admit that most of my experiences are with cats and that I have limited experience with dogs, but I have babysat and walked a couple of dogs before (pitbull/labrador mix & German shepherd/wolf mix). Please feel free to message me if you have any questions! (I’ve handled snakes, frogs, geckos, and tortoises before since I used to work at a science museum, so I’m open to taking care of other animals too.) I’m currently working part-time, and my availability does fluctuate (I get notified of my shifts 2 weeks in advance), but I always find a way to schedule in a walk. If you’re interested, let’s discuss and see how our schedules fit in with each other’s. My home is not available. For a client’s home, I can feed and play with them. I can also check on your house if you would like. I can go for neighborhood walks as well. Let me know what you have in mind.
“It was our first time on Rover and Luciana was so kind enough to meet with our pup a couple of days before. We were worried about our pup having separation anxiety because we were going back to the office 4 days a week now.Shadow enjoyed the visits and was very glad to see her for his walks. Luciana made us feel comfortable and communicated well and promptly. We will definitely be booking Luciana for as long as she is available 🙂”

About: Hi! I’ve had dogs all my life and even helped my friend with her dog grooming business! I can also help with that, if needed. I’m currently figuring some things out so I figured I would help the community with their friends and make some extra money on the side! I live in a gated apartment building with a fenced patio. I’ve dog sat before in my own neighborhood and never had a negative experience.
“Bebo was an excellent walker for our dog Spike! Very easy to communicate with and left thoughtful and descriptive summaries of the visits. Felt very much like our pup was in capable hands and we would definitely recommend!”

About: Growing up with a husky made me a dog lover since a young age. I’ve always felt comfortable caring for dogs of all kinds. I’ve regularly looked after friends’ and family members’ pets while they’re away, making sure they’re well-fed, exercised, clean, and given plenty of attention. I also have experience handling a leash-reactive husky, so I’m confident working with dogs that need a little extra patience and care. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages and personalities, and I always prioritize making them feel safe, loved, and at ease. Dog walking fits naturally into my day to day. I work on call 3 times a week and attend school throughout the week. I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule! I'm also active and really enjoy spending time outside, so daily walks and playtime are something I look forward to meeting your fur baby! Currently not providing any overnight pet services. I do hope to provide a service in the near future! I can't wait to meet your fur baby!
About: I’ve had my baby, Koda, for 4 years now and committed to providing quality care to your pup! I will do everything I can and will go out of my way to make sure your pup is as comfortable as possible, just because I am such a dog lover. I am especially attuned to dogs who may be more shy, hesitant/anxious, and take longer to open up, but I really love all dogs and their adorable and funny personalities. 🐶🩷 I work fully remote! I do work on east coast time (5am-2pm) so I’m used to getting up pretty early— so if your pup needs to be up early to go potty, etc that’s no problem with me. I also enjoy walking (I enjoy it more than my own dog, who wants to go home early) so if your dog loves walks or has a lot of energy, that is no problem with me! If they’re a couch potato, I’d love nothing more than to snuggle up with them. I can adjust my schedule and energy to theirs Communication is huge for me, and I will always respect any boundaries or rules/schedules etc that you provide me. I am a very careful person in general, and will never be thoughtless or careless around your dog. Making sure they are safe and as comfortable as possible is my priority.

“Here’s a polished review tailored for Rover: ⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jennifer has been absolutely wonderful with our Bulldog and American Bully! She is always punctual, incredibly flexible with our schedule, and most importantly, truly loving toward our pups. You can tell she genuinely cares about them and treats them like her own. Our dogs adore her, and we have complete peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands. We highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog walker on Rover! 🐾”

About: Hello, my name is Kim. I am an experienced dog sitter and a huge dog lover. I currently work hybrid at UCSD so i may have to go in the office for a couple of hours m-f but i live 5 mins from my job so when I do go in, I can always come back home quickly. I have plenty of time to play with your pups on the weekend and after work! I like to go to the beach and park as much as possible especially when I’m dog sitting. Pet sitting always keeps me in great spirits and gets my steps in since I love taking them on walks. Your pup would be sleeping in my room where there is plenty of space for a dog bed. I also have floor pillows which dogs seem to gravitate to and for those pups who want to cuddle in bed they are welcomed to do so. Additionally, there’s a dog park in my apartment complex with green space all around so it’s a safe area to walk them. when/if your pet is in my home they would be free to be on furniture and play with their toys in our living room, balcony and my bedroom.
About: i love animals and am really good with them! i’ve helped take care of and walk my friends dogs which were medium and small sized dogs. i also have fostered multiple cats and kittens :) I work a remote job and would like to dog walk to get my steps in and explore San Diego by walking through areas while walking cute dogs :) I live in a pet friendly apartment complex. I’m very attentive to the pets i’ve fostered and give them all my love <3 I also have a car to take your dog to fun places like the beach or a park!
About: I have raised three dogs of my own since they were about two months old. I personally potty trained each of them and taught them basic commands like sit, stay, and come. I’m very patient and consistent, and I understand that every dog has a different personality and learning pace. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, so pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I am home most of the day and can provide regular potty breaks, walks, feeding, and plenty of attention and supervision. Your pet will not be left alone for long periods. I have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely play and get fresh air. I also have one friendly dog at home who is well-socialized. I always introduce dogs slowly to make sure everyone feels comfortable. My home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly, and I prioritize safety, supervision, and a loving environment at all times.
About: While I’ve only had pets of my own for the past two years, I've always loved animals. I didn’t grow up with pets, but I was always the one playing with my friends’ and roommates’ dogs and cats. Two years, I finally felt ready to adopt. Now I’m a proud dog and cat mom! I totally get how important it is to feel confident leaving your pets with someone. I’ll treat your pets like my own and make sure they’re safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m super flexible with my schedule and will always put their needs (and your peace of mind!) first. I go into my local office four days a week (just a quick 5-minute drive). I’m home by noon, which means I still have plenty of time to take my dog Lucy to our neighborhood park for a good sniff session. My job is flexible, and I’m able to work from home when needed, so I can easily adjust my schedule to care for your pets too. I have two cats and one dog at home, for everyone's safety I would not bring your pets to my home as to make sure they're getting my undivided attention when I am with them. Safety is always first and I will make sure to follow your intrustictions to ensure you feel comfortable with your pets.
About: Hi! I’ve always had a deep love for animals and value getting to know people's pets while taking great care of them. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I make sure to provide regular updates, photos, and clear communication while you’re away. My goal is to keep your pet safe, happy, and as comfortable as possible in their routine. I go to college online and have a very flexible schedule for pet care. I am avaliable Monday, Wednesday and Friday/Saturday/Sunday! I can do short visits for your pet and overnights. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment and make sure all spaces are secure and free of hazards. I’m attentive during walks, use secure leashes/harnesses. I treat every pet like they’re my own, which means keeping them safe, comfortable, and loved at all times. I create a relaxed environment where pets can settle in easily, and I always pay attention to their behavior and needs.

Jennifer is hands down the best! She’s punctual, super flexible, and treats our dogs like her own. Our Bulldog and American Bully get so excited every time she comes by. It’s such a relief knowing they’re being cared for by someone so kind and dependable. I am a repeat customer for a reason!

Madison did a great job with our dogs! She was punctual with her arrival and communicative throughout the walking service we booked. Most importantly, our dogs felt very relaxed and comfortable with her, and enjoyed their outing. We would definitely recommend her!

Aayushi is a very kind and attentive pet sitter. I’ve contacted her multiple times to walk my dogs during my lunch breaks, and she does a great job. Her husband has also helped out, and they are both very friendly. My doggies are not the easiest to walk due to their reactivity to other dogs and separation anxiety, but Aayushi is not afraid of these challenges and approaches them with a lot of responsibility. She handles everything calmly and thoughtfully. You can clearly see how much she loves animals, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will truly take good care of their pet.
I truly can’t say enough good things about Luciana. She consistently goes above and beyond, especially with the amazing photos and videos she sends of my fur baby while I’m at work—it gives me so much peace of mind. She’s also an excellent communicator, which makes such a difference. I always feel confident that my baby is safe and well cared for with her. From the very first meeting, my dog jumped right into her arms and gave her nonstop kisses—which honestly tells you everything you need to know ❤️

Morgan was so great and patient with our dog. We have a reactive dog and was looking for someone who was comfortable in that environment. Morgan displayed such kindness and took it slowly with Podo. Thank you for your help and look forward to working with you.
