About: I've taken care of family dogs and I've volunteered at the rescue shelter "A way home for dogs" in San Diego. The volunteering mostly involves watching and restraining dogs as we got them acclimated to crowds of people. Currently free for the summer, so I'll have plenty of time to care for pets. I have no significant other commitments throughout the week. No children or other pets in my apartment. I'll dog walk and play with them. I live in a apartment complex with a friendly pet policy.

About: Hi! I'm Vivian, a UCSD medical student and lifelong animal lover. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from 9-week-old puppies to 12-year-old senior dogs. In the past, I've provided dog walking, feeding, and overnight house sitting, and I'm comfortable following specific routines, administering basic care, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I'm also a cat owner myself, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply sticking to their usual routine, I'll make sure they receive attentive, reliable care and plenty of affection. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! I’m currently a medical student on summer break so I will have plenty of time to dedicate to your furry friends! Throughout the rest of summer, my schedule is very flexible to cater to whatever your pet needs :) I live at graduate housing which has plenty of green space for your pets to roam around and explore! I am able to crate your pets if necessary. I have a senior cat at home that has lived with other cats before and has also been friendly with all dogs that have come to visit my home.

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember, from dogs of my own to caring for friends and family pets over the years! I am new to the Rover community, however I am constantly around animals and having to commit myself to taking care of them. I am comfortable around all dogs and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. When it comes to taking care of, playing with, and walking your dogs, I will dedicate my time to loving them. I would love to be able to take them to the dog park where they can also interact with other animals while you're away! I have a family dog who is a Shih Tzu mix - always so full of energy and chaos! I am currently working part time elsewhere but I’m available for drop ins or house sittings when needed! I am also flexible and can accept last minute bookings. When in your home, I would love to take your fur babies for walks, to dog parks, anything you already do with them to make them the most comfortable! I’m currently working part time as a personal assistant which means that my schedule is pretty flexible! My fridays-mondays are typically free and I can absolutely carve out time in the evenings for your needs! I am very comfortable with safe guarding pets. I have had to handle fairly large dogs in the past and know how to gently avoid trouble if needed, as well as maintaining a safe and friendly environment.

About: I've taken care of everything from feral dogs and cats to the most pampered pets for over a decade now. I love animals and will take great care of yours! Most days I have mid-morning and evening obligations, so I can swing by while I’m out, or make an adventure of stopping by. There are occasionally days that I must be at work all day, but I know of those well in advance and will not take bookings that are not compatible. I try to get a feel for the animals temperament early on, and interact with them accordingly. I usually let the dog lead what we are doing unless I know that they either need hyping up to get their energy out or someone to look out for their limits. When doing in-home visits, I try to be as unintrusive as possible while giving the animal the care and play it needs.

About: I've been the proud momma of 2 different lab mixes and many cats! I have experience pet sitting in the DC area including check-ins and walks! I am currently getting established in La Jolla, CA after moving from Washington DC, so my schedule is quite open! I'm looking to spend up to 20 hours a week caring for little fuzzy friends. Gentle and empathetic care of animals is super important. About: I have owned dogs my entire life. I have formal animal training experience with animals from canines to birds to dolphins. I’ve worked with animals big and small, domestic and exotic, so whatever needs your fur baby might have, I got you covered! I am currently doing a part time at home internship and could use any excuse to stretch my legs every once in a while for a walk around the park. And nothing makes the workday go by faster than a cute supportive furry friend to keep you company. I live in a very dog friendly neighborhood with multiple parks and hiking trails within just a mile of my apartment. I have plenty of toys to keep the pups busy or if they prefer some alone time they can lay down under my desk. I am very comfortable handling even very large breeds no matter how rowdy or stubborn and have experience caring for ‘intact’ dogs, seniors, anxious, and aggressive dogs so can handle any of their specific quirks and needs.

About: I grew up with animals and have had dogs in my home my whole life, so caring for pets has always been a part of my daily routine. In high school, I also participated in my school's FFA program, where I raised rabbits and goats. That experience taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and following an animal's routine to help them stay healthy and comfortable. With that, I'll do my best to follow any routine that you have with your pet to keep them as happy and comfortable as possible! Currently I am in summer school and work as a server. My summer school class is starting at 12:30pm and is 2-3 hours longs depending on the day Monday thru Thursdays. I have most Monday/Tuesday/Thursday nights off. With that, with my severing job I am usually on the clock for 3-4 hours never more than 6 hours. Making me able to be flexible around the clock most days. I live in an apartment with other roommates, because of this it’s best for me to take of your family in your home. By doing this ensures the animals to be more comfortable in a familiar environment. I can also follow any schedule plan you may have and will send update pictures if I am pet sitting over night for you to know that your pet is well taken care of. As well feel free to text or call me at any time!

About: I’ve done dog sitting for family members that spanned over weeks. I fed, walked, and bathed the dogs. I’ve also cat sit for typical cats, and also a diabetic cat that required a closer care. I’ve also worked closely with young cats. I’m currently a college student and would be willing to fit pet care before, after, or even in between classes. I’m especially available on weekends. I can keep a schedule and feed/walk/take potty animals when needed. I love spending quality time with pets and playing with them. I can also bathe animals if requested.
