About: I’ve been caring for pets for about 3 years and currently have my own cat. Through daily care, I’ve become very familiar with feeding routines, cleaning, playtime, and understanding animals’ behavior. I’m patient, calm, and responsible, and I’m comfortable caring for pets in their own homes. I follow instructions carefully and always make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while their owners are away. Pet care fits easily into my routine. I have a flexible schedule and can make time for drop in visits, walks, and house sitting during weekdays and weekends. I’m happy to work around your pet’s usual routine and needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow instructions carefully and respect their space. I make sure doors and windows are secure, food and litter areas are clean, and pets are safe and comfortable at all times. I also provide updates if needed.

About: I have been walking dogs for 2 years while at school in Boston. At home, I have a bloodhound and she is very big and requires careful leash handling. I used to care for a mastiff and a Rottweiler so I have lots of experience caring for large dogs. I also really love small dogs. I am very active and I believe in the importance of exercise for humans and dogs and I want to help you care for your dog and give it the best life possible. I do not want you dog to keep you from traveling or working which is why I’m eager to dog sit when you need it! I very much look forward to walking or sitting your dog. Thanks!

About: I grew up in the countryside, where my family worked with sheep, so dogs have always been a part of my life. I have been fortunate to care for different types of dogs, and both my family and friends rely on me to walk and look after their dogs. Currently, I am studying, which allows me to be very flexible with my schedule. I can adapt most of my day to walk, play with, and take care of your dogs. I am available throughout the week and can offer my services at any time that is convenient for you. I am committed to providing attentive and loving care for your pets, making sure they are happy, safe, and well-exercised while you are away. I pay close attention to their individual needs, enjoy engaging them in fun and stimulating activities, and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for at all times. You can trust that your pets will receive the same level of attention and affection as they would at home.

Rachel was excellent. She was very prompt and loving towards our pup. She took care to walk her carefully and did a great job keeping her safe and relaxed despite the fact that she’s reactive to other dogs on leash. She also communicated with me after each visit and sent photos. I highly recommend her!

About: I’m a student at UC San Diego with a flexible schedule, which allows me to give each pet the time, attention, and care they deserve. I’ve been living with animals since I was a baby and have always felt comfortable and confident around them. Back home in Taiwan, I have two cats and a dog, and every summer I volunteer at a local animal shelter, where I help care for animals of all ages and needs. Although I don’t currently have pets in San Diego, I regularly help friends by pet-sitting while they’re away, so I still get to spend a lot of time with cats and dogs. I’m organized, clean, and truly care about each animal’s comfort and well-being. I always try to treat every pet like my own—with patience, affection, and respect for their routines and personality. Whether it's senior care, playful young pets, or just keeping up with daily walks and meals, I’m dedicated to making animals feel safe, loved, and at ease. As a UCSD student, I have a consistent class schedule that allows me to plan ahead and make time for pet care throughout the week. I’m also happy to work around your pet’s routine. I’m reliable, organized, and always make sure each visit or stay is calm, caring, and comfortable for your pet. When I’m walking or sitting with pets, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and familiar experience for them. I always follow your pet’s routine—whether that’s walk routes, feeding times, or play preferences—to keep things consistent and comforting. For walks, I make sure leashes are secure, stay alert to our surroundings, and adjust the pace to match your dog’s energy and needs. During sitting visits, I keep the environment tidy, stick to any specific care instructions, and make sure your pet feels relaxed and cared for while you're away. I’m gentle, patient, and respectful of each animal’s space and personality. You can count on me to treat your pet—and your home—with attention, respect, and care. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re apart from your furry friend.

About: I’ve taken care of several dogs over the years including puppies, seniors, and those with health problems (including some with diabetes who need insulin or other medications). I’ve loved animals and been surrounded by them ever since I was young. I love taking cute pics of your fur babies and keeping my own dog’s instagram active 😂. I’m super outdoorsy and have been driving for several years to the many beautiful dog beaches and hiking trails San Diego county has to offer. Having taken care of animals previously, I have access to grooming supplies including a pet wash station in the fenced backyard of my home. As a college student, I am available full time at any hour and any day of the week! Clients planning extended vacations over the summer are no problem! I have a fenced yard safe for pets and a senior dog at home to keep them company! My dog can be easily put away if needed or preferred for your pet. I’m available for walks at any time of the day. If wanted, I can attach AirTags to collars during walks/outdoor activities in case anything unexpected happens!

About: I’ve had the joy of caring for both cats and dogs since childhood, as a dedicated animal lover, which has given me years of hands-on experience in understanding their unique needs and personalities. From playful puppies and kittens to senior pets, I’ve learned to provide the right balance of care, attention, and love. I currently work a part-time job, which allows me to have a flexible schedule. This flexibility enables me to accommodate various pet care needs and ensure that your furry friends receive the attention and care they deserve, whether it’s for daily walks, feeding, or playtime. In the client’s home, I follow their routine, ensure proper feeding and medication, and offer companionship and exercise. My goal is to make sure pets feel loved and secure, no matter where they are.

Sarah was absolutely incredible with my pups! From the moment she arrived, she was attentive and made sure to ask all the right questions to keep Nova and Josie safe, comfortable, and happy. I really appreciated her clear communication throughout the visit, and she kept me updated and checked in to make sure both of their needs were met, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Both dogs warmed up to her so quickly, and it was clear she truly cared about them. She was timely, professional, and went above and beyond in every way. Traveling can be stressful, but knowing my pups were in Alyssa's care made the experience so much easier. I'm incredibly grateful for her support and will definitely be booking with her again in the future. Highly recommend!
