About: Growing up around difficult pets which required numerous hours of attention and care, as well as through my work experience at veterinary clinics, I am able to understand and adapt myself to the lifestyle of the animals, working around their difficulties and allowing them to thrive. As a current student at UCSD who is studying biology as a precursor for obtaining a doctorate of veterinary medicine, pet care is something I find highly valuable to my experience, which can be done in between classes, as well as on weekends when I have more free time. When caring for dogs and cats, I allow them to roam freely around the living areas of the house, constantly keeping an eye on them and giving them my undivided attention. There is nothing short of what I wouldn’t do for these animals.

About: I had dogs throughout my life and taken care of many breeds.I’m a retired paramedic for San Diego my background in medicine 27 years which can be applied to animals. Very aware of sickness, diseases or injuries. I will also come to your home where the animals will feel more secure and in their comfort zone. I work with Sharp hospital and teach advanced life support to doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, nurse practitioners through out the week so I will need to know ahead to schedule. I have a very strong bond with all animals and a lot of patience.. My apartment will work for individual animals they have a fenced yard for the home owners so this is where coming to your home more suitable for pets wellbeing. I do feel it’s a better environment to come to the home of the pet. They feel more comfortable and secure…the familiar surroundings are make it more acceptable.

Throughout the day, she sent plenty of photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It honestly looked like my pup was having the time of his life! I think he may have had more fun with Shawna than he did on our long car ride home. Before moving away for college, I had both a Yorkie and a Pit Bull—two breeds that couldn’t be more different. About: Growing up, I’ve learned to love dogs and treat them as family. They may only be in your life for periods of time but to them, you are their whole life, make it count! Dog sitting will be my only part time job, it will not be any hassle considering I love to be around dogs all the time! My cat is pretty independent but when he chooses to want attention, we play for however much time he thinks is needed. He also has a feeding schedule. I clean his litter box weekly and ensure the litter is scooped out once or twice a day.

I’m also someone who naturally spends a lot of time outdoors, so I love having little adventures with my animal companions walks, fresh air, exploring, sunbathing, or just sitting outside together and watching the world go by. And my definition of a “pet” has never been limited to cats and dogs. I’ve cared for animals of all different personalities, sizes, ages, and species, including exotic pets. I find their little quirks fascinating and enjoy giving each animal the kind of care that makes sense for them. If your baby happens to enjoy a bubble bath, treats, an afternoon adventure, or an unreasonable amount of affection… well, they may have just found their favorite babysitter. I’ve jokingly been called the female version of Dr. Dolittle. I’ll take it. Really, I think animals simply know when someone genuinely enjoys being around them. And I’m very happy to be living in their world. Overnight stays are always welcome, too.

About: Growing up around difficult pets which required numerous hours of attention and care, as well as through my work experience at veterinary clinics, I am able to understand and adapt myself to the lifestyle of the animals, working around their difficulties and allowing them to thrive. As a current student at UCSD who is studying biology as a precursor for obtaining a doctorate of veterinary medicine, pet care is something I find highly valuable to my experience, which can be done in between classes, as well as on weekends when I have more free time. When caring for dogs and cats, I allow them to roam freely around the living areas of the house, constantly keeping an eye on them and giving them my undivided attention. About: Hi there! I am Jordan. I currently live in Pacific Beach. I have about 15 years of experience with dog sitting and dog walking, and up until a few years ago I didn’t know a life without a dog in the house! I tend to be a go to dog sitter for my friends in the area and have experience as a foster as well. I don’t have much experience with senior dogs but am more than happy to help out if that is what you are looking for! It would be great if we could do a meet and greet prior to booking. This way we can make sure I am the right fit for your dog and I have all questions answered before their time with me. I work fully remote from my home in Pacific Beach. My schedule is flexible so I am open to working with you on a schedule that is best for your dog. My top priority when watching dogs is their safety. I will not leave the dogs unattended while playing (alone or with others). If there is not a fenced in yard, the dogs will only go outside on a leash. Dogs will be fed separately if they are not familiar with each other (exception being if there are 2 dogs in the family and they regularly eat together). You can also always count on your dog being safe with daily updates and pictures while they are in my care.

About: I have loved dogs my whole life! I grew up with lots of pets and we have a dog who loves doggie friends. I have 2 sons, 13 and 15 years old who also love pets. Your dog will get lots of attention and company in our home! I don't work so I'm very flexible in providing the care your dog needs. I walk my dog 3 times a day so I'm happy to add another buddy to our exercise routine. I have a fenced yard and my dog usually has access to go in and out as she pleases and gets multiple walks a day. Depending on the dog and care instructions dogs could have the same access.

About: Ive had dogs all my life and recently lost my girl so am looking to fill my home with some animals to love. I have a big yard for playtime and will make sure your pet feels like they are hanging with their auntie. I work from home so someone will be with them all day. I have a large backyard for play and can walk 2-3 times a day, depending on your pet! I have a fenced yard where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time along with a comfortable clean and spacious home they can relax in peace
