“Yue was a great dog sitter. I’d definitely hire her again. She sent many still photos and videos of our dog throughout the day. It was easy to communicate with her. She answered promptly and was very accommodating to our schedule. She walked our dog before we picked her up, so our dog would be able to sit for the long car ride home and not need to be relieved immediately. Yue was friendly and responsive.”

“Olivia is amazing. Always send pictures and videos. She is so incredibly nice and accommodating. My gf’s water broke slightly early and our original plan of having her sister watch her fell through . I found olivia, messaged her and within 20 minutess I was dropping her off. Absolute lifesaver.”

“Angelica took such great care of our 4 month old puppy, Tapioca. She sent us pictures throughout the day and took him on 3 walks! Plus, their dachshund, Copper, was also wonderful playmate. We will definitely reach out again for dog sitting with Angelica.”

About: I don’t have pets of my own, but I have lived in several places with dogs or cats where I take on some caretaking responsibilities with the owner. Me and my partner are work from home and as homebodies we tend to stay in most nights, so we will always be available to watch/hang out with your fur babies! We have an open space with doors to block off certain areas as needed so we can always keep an eye on your dog or cat. We love to keep our place clean as well.
“Natalyia was great. There was very good communication and lots of updates and pics. She asked if I wanted to do a meet-and-greet before the actual daycare date, and I think it helped Chewy to meet her sweet pup Teddy ahead of time. I will definitely call on Natalyia in the future for dog sitting.”

“Thank you Rachelle and Sam for stepping in at the last minute to watch my dog! Her dog Sam loved my crazy puppy Woody. They took him for a walk and played fetch with him in the yard. He came back tired and happy. I got great photos and updates of my dog and knew he enjoyed his time there. Highly recommend!”

“Thanks to Stephen for taking care of our dogs while we moved into our new abode. You took care of our dogs like your own and made them feel very comfortable. And thank you for the new bowl for Wolf. Hope we can work again together.”

“Olivia was great with my dog Sasha! She was speedy with responses and my dog was tired after her stay from all the fun she had. I would use Olivia again and again.”

La Jolla Village dog parents share their Rover experiences
Oh boy, where do I even start?! Clint and Don were such AMAZING hosts for my pups, Pickles and Ranger. To preface, I do not have the easiest dogs to dogsit. They are fairly anxious and wary of new people - and therefore I felt especially anxious to book them for daycare - but Clint was more than happy to work with them and welcome them into his home. He handled drop-off with the kind of confidence, patience, and reassurance that you'd expect from the best dog whisperers, and I was able to go to work without a single worry on my mind all day. The dogs have an abundance of indoor and outdoor space to play and relax in, and it's clear that Clint and Don have a great understanding of canine behavior and interactions to take the best care of your fur baby. In fact, my jaw dropped halfway through the day when I opened my phone to a video of Ranger and Pickles seeking pets and attention. You would have never thought that they'd started the morning with an episode of unfriendly barking at drop-off! Clint and Don sent pictures and videos throughout the day of both pups socializing, and each update put a big smile on my face. Don even took the whole pack on a field trip to the park, which was such a thoughtful surprise! By the time I picked the boys up, it felt like they'd not only been at daycare, but also a training session with how much socialization they'd benefitted from. I am SO incredibly happy that I found Clint and Don - they care deeply about each and every pup and take the time to make them feel comfortable, which is especially reassuring for a pet parent like me who has nervous dogs. Needless to say, I will absolutely be bringing Pickles and Ranger back for daycare and boarding! Thank you Clint and Don - we're so excited for the next visit!!!
Lizbeth was amazing with Fraiser! From the moment they met, she was patient, kind, and genuinely attentive to his needs. She kept me updated, made sure he felt comfortable, and treated him like her own. I felt completely at ease knowing Fraiser was in such caring hands. I would absolutely recommend Lizbeth to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog caregiver.

Theresa took amazing care of my 4(ish) year old Doberman mix! Theresa’s communication was fantastic with clear instructions on how to find her home and to establish day care drop off times and pick up times. I really appreciate that we were able to extend my pup’s visit an hour more since traffic delayed us on pick up. If I lived in San Diego, we would be repeat customers- your pups are in fantastic hands!

Natalyia was great. There was very good communication and lots of updates and pics. She asked if I wanted to do a meet-and-greet before the actual daycare date, and I think it helped Chewy to meet her sweet pup Teddy ahead of time. I will definitely call on Natalyia in the future for dog sitting.

Kristina was wonderful! My dog is young so she gets separation anxiety and usually needs a few visits to warm up, but she felt at home on day one. She played, napped, and was calm and happy when I picked her up. This has never happened before! I’d definitely trust Kristina again.
