Throughout the day, she sent plenty of photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It honestly looked like my pup was having the time of his life! I think he may have had more fun with Shawna than he did on our long car ride home. We were visiting the area for my daughter's birthday and staying at a pet-friendly hotel, but we didn't feel comfortable leaving him alone all day. Booking with Shawna ended up being one of the best decisions we made during our trip. She also has a friendly dog of her own and thoughtfully introduced them. They spent the day walking, sunbathing, playing, and cuddling, and it was obvious my Frenchie felt safe, happy, and loved. If you're on the fence about using Rover or booking with Shawna, don't be. About: I have owned three dogs, in which two are yorkies and one is a miniature schnauzer, in the past four years and have taken great care of them. I have been sitting dogs through Rover for over a year now. I currently study at UC San Diego, and I have plenty of time to play, go on walks and provide care for your furry friends. Your furry friend will be kept in a spacious room where I stay as well, they won’t be caged, but not allowed on the bed.

“Leah was amazing with my puppy! She watched him for the entire day on very short notice while I was working and even dropped him off at my house afterward. She sent lots of pictures throughout the day and was very communicative, responding quickly to messages. I felt completely comfortable knowing my puppy was in great hands. I’m so thankful she was able to accommodate us on such short notice and would absolutely trust her with my puppy again. Highly recommend!”

About: I've taken care of family dogs and I've volunteered at the rescue shelter "A way home for dogs" in San Diego. The volunteering mostly involves watching and restraining dogs as we got them acclimated to crowds of people. Currently free for the summer, so I'll have plenty of time to care for pets. I have no significant other commitments throughout the week. No children or other pets in my apartment. I'll dog walk and play with them. I live in a apartment complex with a friendly pet policy.
