I have had pets in my family since I was born. These pets have included dogs, cats, reptiles and rabbits. I am currently a dog mom to my French Bulldog, Jade. She was diagnosed with a brain tumor in January of this year. It has been a difficult road but I am now very experienced with medication distribution and special needs. We go on daily stroller walks :) due to her walking imbalance. I also am involved with SoCal Bulldog rescue and attend events as well as volunteer with my family. Animals are family to me, Jade is considered my daughter not just a pet.

Safety, trust & environment
While caring for your pet, I will follow your feeding and walking schedule and any other exercise requirements. My dog sleeps in my bed so I am ok with that if you do the same. I am also comfortable with special needs pets and medication distribution. When caring for your pet in your home, I will treat your home with respect and insure that it is in the same condition as when I arrived. I will always make sure the home is secured and locked.

Melissa is great! She has helped us last-minute a few times now and is so so so sweet to our senior reactive pitbull. She is great if you have special needs pups! Highly recommend.

Melissa has had dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters and turtles . She’s an animal lover. She has a French bulldog right now who was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. She gives her medication everyday and takes her for walks to special places in her stroller. She’s raised Bassett hounds, pugs, English bulldogs and shepherd mixes. Raised kittens and cats. Definitely an animal lover. Very respectful and responsible.

Schedule
I currently work remote so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to care for your pet and do not have children. Working remotely gives me the freedom to provide dog walking, feeding and potty breaks if I am not at your home full time.
