I’ve had the pleasure of caring for pets belonging to friends, family members, and coworkers over the years, which has given me a wide range of experience with animals, their personalities, and routines. I take pride in being someone others trust to care for their pets as if they were my own. What sets me apart is my dependable and detail-oriented approach, as well as my genuine love for animals. I make sure pets feel comfortable and cared for, whether that means sticking closely to their routine, providing extra playtime and cuddles, or maintaining a calm environment. My goal is to ensure that both pets and their owners feel confident and at ease, knowing their dog is in responsible, caring hands.

I will care for pets in their home, as that is most familiar to them. I can either spend the nights if needed/preferred by the owner, or I can work in late-night and early-morning pop overs in addition to the mid-day walks and activities.

Cannot recommend Lydia enough! It was my first time using rover and my dog was a nervous being left with a sitter. Lydia was so patient & kind, going above and beyond to get my dog to open up to her. By the end of the sit they were besties! I’m so thankful to have found Lydia!

Lydia did an incredible job caring for our dog, two cats, and home while we were out of the country for nearly three weeks. She kept everyone happy and healthy, stayed in great communication, and left the house clean. She’s caring, responsible, and completely trustworthy- we will definitely book her again!
Lydia is wonderful with my animals. I have a dog and two cats. She makes sure my puppy gets lots of exercise and love while she's in her care. She makes sure to capture the best moments by taking silly pictures on the daily. She makes sure even my grumpy old cats are getting some fun pictures (even if it means getting extra treats to get those photos).
I don’t know anyone who loves animals more than Lydia. She has watched my cats and our dogs multiple times. I never worry about my animals with her. She’s so fun and all animals love her fun, energetic vibe. She’s always thinking about how to keep them safe and happy. I would recommend Lydia to anyone for any animal🙏
She stayed at my place watching my 3 cats. She took great care of them and bonded quickly with them. I would definitely hire her again to take care of them in the future.

Schedule
I am currently working part-time (weekday nights and weekend day shifts). I am available for consistent care, Mondays through Fridays, from early mornings until mid-afternoon/evenings.
- Cats0 to 15 lbs16 to 40 lbs41 to 100 lbsLydia can host up to 3 drop-ins per day
- Please let me know if your dog has any behavior issues that would make walking/outings difficult. Ex: must cross the street when other dogs are present, pulls during walks, chases cars, etc.
