Pet care experience
I believe my enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn make me an excellent candidate for the role. I have plenty of experience caring for animals. I grew up with dogs, cats, and a variety of small pets, and I have always been responsible for their feeding, walking, and general care. Additionally, I have volunteered at a local animal shelter, where I gained experience handling and caring for dogs and cats of all breeds and temperaments. In terms of skills, I am confident in my ability to provide basic pet care, including feeding, walking, and playing with pets. I am also comfortable administering medication to pets as needed. While I do not have formal training in pet training or grooming, I am eager to learn and am confident that I can quickly develop these skills with proper training. Finally, I am committed to providing excellent customer service to both pets and their owners. I understand that pets are a beloved member of the family, and I will treat each animal in my care with the love, attention, and respect they deserve. Additionally, I will communicate clearly and regularly with pet owners, providing updates and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Reviews
We are beyond happy with Jayla! We had major worries going on an extended vacation with our needy senior poodle. Jayla came over for a meet and greet and our dog sat on her lap happily, so we knew she was the right person. She stayed in our home and spent a lot of time home with our doggie - which made her so happy and comfortable with us away. Jayla is delightful, dependable and trustworthy - and I plan to ask her for our next time away from home.

Jayla was wonderful! She stayed in our home for two days while caring for our dog, Oliver, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Oliver was so happy and well cared for, and Jayla kept us updated with lots of photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. She also left our home spotless. We would absolutely have her stay with Oliver again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter!

Jayla is responsive and communicative and truly cares about the pets she watches!

Jayla is absolutely godsend! She is the most kind, loving, attentive, sharp, and trustworthy person we’ve ever booked. We last booked with Jayla in 2023 and remembered the impact she left on our the. 3 kiddos. I reached out recently about caring for our now 4 animals (2 pit bulls, 2 busy cats) and Jayla rose to the occasion. I’ve never felt as stress free as I did with Jayla and for her to remember our kiddos was very impressive. Long story short, if you see her, book her immediately! She even administered medication to our senior dog who recently had surgery. 100/10 experience. Thank you for being apart of our family forever.
