About: My husband and I have raised and trained 3 German Shepherd puppies. They are well trained enough for our 5 and 6 year old girls to walk them unaided. We know our way around animals and treat them with respect. We also live on a canyon, with a large yard. If your furry friend will be visiting us, they will have a wonderful time. My husband and I both work from home and share in responsibilities. If your pet is staying with us, we are always here keeping a mindful eye on them. If we are dropping in, to check on your furry baby, it fits easily in-between our work schedules or dropping our kids at school. We are super flexible. We have a fully fenced yard and our dogs love playing with other dogs. We live on a canyon and have a ton of natural trees and areas for fur babies to explore and play. We work from home and always have an eye out for them.

She took care of both my 8-year-old and my 1.5-year-old pups, for for nights and from start to finish, she went above and beyond. Before the stay, she allowed a meet-and-greet two weeks in advance so we could make sure our dogs (and hers!) were a good fit, which gave me so much peace of mind. While I was away, Julia sent multiple pictures every single day and kept me updated with daily texts. It made such a difference knowing how they were doing and seeing them happy and comfortable as this was our puppy's first time away from us. About: I’ve basically grown up in a zoo! My family has always had animals around— multiple dogs, birds, turtles, fish, a cat, and at one point even 13 guinea pigs. Because of that, I’ve spent my whole life caring for animals and am very comfortable around pets with different personalities and needs. Dogs have always been my favorite. When I was a kid, my sisters and I even started our own little “doggy daycare” for neighborhood dogs, which was honestly one of the highlights of my childhood. Today, my family has three dogs, and I love spending time with them whenever I’m home. Since I’m now living in San Diego and my family is in Los Angeles, I don’t get to see them as often as I’d like. Rover gives me the chance to spend time with dogs, help pet owners in the community, and do something I genuinely enjoy. About: My entire life I have loved all kinds of animals, and my family has had a dog since I was 6 and Guinea pigs before that! I've always been pretty active, so my favorite thing to do with my dog was walking her to the park! Two years ago I co-parented a golden retriever foster dog with my boyfriend, and it was a big responsibility but a year I will cherish forever. It taught me a lot about training dogs and patience, making me very confident in my ability to take care of any dog or other animal! It's summertime and I don't have much going on, so I have lots of time to board your pets for however long you need with lots of attention! I go on runs every morning so if your dog is high energy I can take them on those, as well as to the park/on another walk later in the day! If your pet is not as active as I am, they're welcome to lounge all day in our spacious house with all-day access to our fenced in backyard. I have a fenced backyard and back door they can go in and out of whenever they need! I have been boarding many dogs lately so your dog is likely to not be alone, but we can totally arrange for them to be here alone if they aren't the social type. I am able to cater to any kind of medicine, crating, or other needs you need. I'm extremely flexible and can do whatever you need me to do to make sure your pet is taken great care of! I am a recent grad of Cal Poly, and currently have a very open schedule to give your pup my full attention and be flexible with drop off and pick up times! I have a fenced backyard and plenty of indoor room too for your pup to roam. I am very active myself and can take your pup on as many walks or trips to the park as they would want! I can crate them and do absolutely anything else you or your fur baby would like to give them the best and most comfortable stay possible :)

About: There isn’t a day in my almost 24 years of life that I haven’t been around a dog. I grew up with dogs in my family, and have extensive experience caring for them. I have cared for puppies, elderly dogs, and dogs of all sizes. I also have experience caring for multiple dogs at the same time for long periods of time. I am responsible, will always give them proper food and medication at the proper time, willing to do any exercise necessary with them, and want to go above and beyond to make them feel loved and special when their owner is away. I love animals more than people, and nothing in life brings me greater joy than caring for them. I currently work part-time with a flexible schedule. I don’t work the same times each week, so I’m willing to work with whatever times you need care for your pet. The calendar won’t let me specify what times I’m available each day, so if you would like a service, please let me know what days and I’ll let you know what times I am available. I have two dogs of my own, but I sadly don’t always get to be with them. One of them lives in Orange County full-time, and the other one is with me in San Diego about 50 percent of the time. I want to fill the dog-shaped hole in my heart when she isn’t with me, caring and loving your fur-baby. I live in an apartment complex with lots of security. I keep items like grapes, raisins, gum, and other things toxic to dogs out of my home, or in a spot where a dog couldn’t get into them. At the apartment, I take my dog out to potty on a leash in the grass areas right by my building. If I am caring for a pet at your home, I will follow any and all safety precautions you may have, and protect your pet like it’s my own. Safety of your pet is the most important thing to me.

I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, medication (if needed), and household rules. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secured before and after walks, and I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior to ensure they are comfortable and safe at all times. I also keep the home clean and respected, leaving everything as I found it. Trust and communication are very important to me, so I provide regular updates and photos so owners always know how their pet is doing.

About: I have been pet sitting off and on for 10 years. I have cared for a variety of pets from low maintenance dogs to exotic birds. I have experience with reactive dogs, high energy dogs, and the sassiest of dogs (15yr husky owner). I am a remote worker with a lot of flexibility. I am able to go for walks and check-in periodically throughout the day during the work week. I am able to stay over night for petting sitting as well as check-ins throughout the day, however if you have WiFi in your home I am able to stay all day during my stay. I am able to adhere to whatever your pets schedule may be to create as much of a stress free environment as possible for your pet while you are away!

About: Hi there! I’m a mom of two wonderful kids, ages 8 and 11. We have two chickens and recently adopted two cats. Growing up on a farm, I was surrounded by just about every type of animal imaginable, and caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. If you’re looking for overnight care, your pet will need to be comfortable around children, as my kids are very involved in our family life and love animals. My 8-year-old is especially passionate about animals and quickly becomes best friends with any dog who stays with us! I know that isn’t the right fit for every pet, so I like to be upfront about our home environment. I currently work part-time both in and out of the home, and the longest I am typically gone is about 3 hours. My schedule is flexible, and I spend most of my time at home, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, and care. We live in a house with a large fenced yard, grass to play on, a built-in doggy door that can be locked if needed, and secure fencing ranging from 4–6 feet high with a double gate. We also live near a canyon trailhead and enjoy regular walks throughout the week. Our pets are family, and any pet staying with us will be treated the same way. They’ll receive lots of love, attention, playtime, and care while you’re away. Having dogs around has been such a wonderful addition to our family, and we truly enjoy welcoming them into our home. About: Hi, my names Tiffany and I love dogs! I’ve had my own dog since I was 13, and have been entrusted to watch multiple animals, from dogs to cats to guinea pigs, since then. I now live in a pet free house, and hope to provide your animal with the same care I gave my own. I work 3 hours each day(3pm-6pm) so I have plenty of time to care for your pets throughout the week if they are boarding. I also do home visits if that is preferred. I’ll be sure to feed your dog according to schedule, take them out for walks as much as they need, and give them plenty of attention if that’s is what they prefer. About: My husband and I have raised and trained 3 German Shepherd puppies. They are well trained enough for our 5 and 6 year old girls to walk them unaided. We know our way around animals and treat them with respect. We also live on a canyon, with a large yard. If your furry friend will be visiting us, they will have a wonderful time. My husband and I both work from home and share in responsibilities. If your pet is staying with us, we are always here keeping a mindful eye on them. If we are dropping in, to check on your furry baby, it fits easily in-between our work schedules or dropping our kids at school. We are super flexible. We have a fully fenced yard and our dogs love playing with other dogs. We live on a canyon and have a ton of natural trees and areas for fur babies to explore and play. We work from home and always have an eye out for them.

I appreciated the constant communication from beginning to end. She asked lots of questions during our Meet & Greet that helped me know that she is a very experienced and conscientious sitter. I selected the pick-up/drop-off add-on which was a huge help in terms of one less thing to think about with my trip. Kimberly was very punctual even with the early and late times. She sent continual updates and photos during the stay, which helped me be at ease while I was traveling and it was great to not have to constantly be asking how the dogs are doing. There were a couple of items left at Kimberly's house afterwards and she was really great about following up and getting them back to us. About: My experience started off with my very own dog when I was a child living in England, I learned from a young age how to take care of a dog and keep them happy. I moved to America 10 years ago and have since been providing dog walking, sitting and general care with several dogs continuously for this whole period. The dogs I have taken care of have ranged from golden doodles, Belgian Malinois and teacup terriers. After 10 years of experience with the same dogs, I am ready to branch out and help you and your dog! I work from home full-time which gives me a lot of flexibility in my available to spend time with your dog and for drop offs and pick ups. Besides an hour at the gym and an hour I walk a dog daily I will be able to provide your dog with all the love and attention they need. I like in apartment with a balcony so if your dog were to be staying at my home it would include having an indoor/outdoor area (the balcony is enclosed), I am also right next to a trail and the bay is less than a mile away so this would be where I would walk your dog. In your home, if you have a routine you would like me to stick to, I’m happy to do so!
