About: What sets me apart is that I provide calm, attentive, and reliable care and really focus on keeping pets comfortable and on their normal routine. I have 4 years of hands on experience caring for my own cat daily, including feeding schedules, litter care, grooming, and noticing small changes in behavior or health early. I’m also comfortable caring for dogs and understand the importance of consistency with walks, feeding, and attention. About: Hi, my name is Garrett. I’ve been caring for dogs of all sizes since I was ten. I spent eight years walking my late Bullmastiff, and I currently look after our French Bulldog. I’m currently a second year student at the University of San Diego with classes Monday–Thursday, but I have a pretty flexible schedule. Tuesdays I’m available from 9:05 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Thursdays I’m free anytime after 9:05 AM. On Mondays and Wednesdays I have more limited availability due to classes, but I may still be able to fit in walks depending on the time. I’m happy to work with owners to find times that fit both of our schedules! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and stick to their normal routine. I carefully follow any instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walk routes, and any special care needs. About: I’ve spent my entire adult life caring for animals in a professional setting. I managed at PetSmart for over three years and worked with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’m trained in animal medical response for multiple species and take pride in keeping every pet safe, comfortable, and happy. Pet care is a central part of my daily routine. I structure my schedule around the pets I’m caring for to ensure they receive consistent attention, exercise, and supervision. I have two dogs and maintain a fish tank of my own, so daily animal care is already part of my life. I live in an apartment, so my furry friends have a designated potty area on my balcony, just in case. However, I take them on two walks a day, and about four times a week, they enjoy a beach trip to Fiesta Island.

About: I’ve basically grown up in a zoo! My family has always had animals around— multiple dogs, birds, turtles, fish, a cat, and at one point even 13 guinea pigs. Because of that, I’ve spent my whole life caring for animals and am very comfortable around pets with different personalities and needs. Dogs have always been my favorite. When I was a kid, my sisters and I even started our own little “doggy daycare” for neighborhood dogs, which was honestly one of the highlights of my childhood. Today, my family has three dogs, and I love spending time with them whenever I’m home. Since I’m now living in San Diego and my family is in Los Angeles, I don’t get to see them as often as I’d like. Rover gives me the chance to spend time with dogs, help pet owners in the community, and do something I genuinely enjoy. I understand how much pets mean to their families, and I’ll treat your dog with the same care and attention I would give my own family pets. Just graduated from USD, so I have lots of availability and free time to be with your pup pretty much every hour of the day! I live in an apartment with no pets, but plenty of pet friendly furniture! I would frequently take the dogs out on neighborhoods walks, out to the park, or even the beach depending on the dog and owner preferences! I also live less than a block away from the Humane Society, in case of an emergency!

About: Hello and Welcome! I am an experienced animal care professional and house sitter who is passionate and knowledgeable about animals, their behavior, and individual care and training. I have a degree in Exotic Animal Training and Management with skills in positive reinforcement training, animal husbandry and enrichment, cleaning, handling, and administering medications. I've had the opportunity to work with several different species of exotic and domestic animals, and have experience with senior animals, as well as those with special needs. I mainly do drop in visits and walking, and am available for overnights less than a week. Drop in visits entail a potty or walk, water check, treats/feeding if applicable. I potty/walk and feed in the AM, potty midday, another walk before dinner, and potty before bed. I am home most of the day, work part time shifts for up to 5/6 hrs. I make plenty of time to hang with them and play, and I’m very attentive to their individual needs. On my off-time, I run errands, go to the gym, or have occasional outings. I care for pets in my clients’ homes. I am there with them most of the time, including overnight. I take them on walks and am sure to give regular potty breaks.
