About: I've been surrounded by animals my whole life by dogs, cats, birds, fish, turtles, and at 40+ years in, my love for them has only grown. I've pet sat for many households and have a natural ability to handle all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and needs. I'm a verified member of Trusted House Sitters (in which the primary is pet sitting), and I take that seriously. I'm experienced with medically complex pets. I've administered subcutaneous fluids, insulin injections, and oral medications. I also have cared for special needs animals including a three-legged seizure-prone Chihuahua, a teacup Chihuahua with broken elbows, and a German Shepherd with cow-hocks disease. If your pet has extra needs, they're in capable hands. My approach is calm, grounded, and playful and animals feel it. I'm a certified hypnotherapist and life coach, and the same energy awareness and patience I bring to people, I bring to pets. Anxious, shy, and difficult animals tend to soften around me naturally. My sister didn't call me the Cat and Dog Whisperer for nothing. :D I have a soft spot for the ones others overlook. I've rescued an abandoned Chihuahua-Terrier, adopted a shelter pup, and my two boys Bruce and Charlie came to me as feral kittens nobody else wanted. I'm a San Diego local with regular availability in LA County as well, so wherever you are, I've got you covered. My schedule is flexible and I'm available most weekdays and select weekends, morning through evening. I don't operate on a rigid 9-to-5, which means I can work around your pet's needs rather than the other way around. Outside of pet care, I'm an active, outdoorsy person and love hiking, kayaking, and paddleboarding. That energy carries directly into every walk and drop-in. Your dog won't just get a stroll around the block, they'll get someone who genuinely loves being outside and moving. Your pet's safety and your peace of mind are my top priorities always. I follow your established routines closely and take detailed instructions seriously. Every home, every pet, and every owner is different, and I respect that. When I'm in your home I treat it with care. I leave things as clean or cleaner than I found them. Your space and your pet's environment will be respected. I'm extremely mindful of doors and escape artists. I know how quickly a curious pet can bolt, and I create my own blockades when needed to make sure no one slips out unexpectedly. I'm comfortable walking multiple dogs simultaneously including large, high-energy breeds. I've walked a Rottweiler and German Shepherd together, both with strong pulling tendencies, and handled them with confidence. You'll never wonder how your pet is doing. I send photos and updates daily including sometimes multiple times a day because I know how much you miss them and how much it means to see a happy face pop up on your phone. I also have hands-on experience with pet first aid, including applying Quik Stop for bleeding so minor mishaps are handled calmly and quickly without panic. About: I have had a family dog my whole life. My current pup is a 2year old mini goldendoodle that is about 25lbs. He is high energy and loves play time, long walks and going to the dog park. I work remote full time so I am home with my dog the majority of my day. Any pet in my care would get the same treatment as my own. Multiple walks, a trip to the park and of course regular feedings. My pet is free to roam my apartment, I have a balcony that he also has free access to during the day. I keep the door open for him.

About: I work well with all Pets! I will do my best to work around your schedule. I love to keep parents updated and send pictures of their babies. I understand all animals have their own boundaries and I will do my best to respect said boundaries! I’m currently on active duty, I live very close to base so it’s easy for me to leave work when needed. I’m fully available weekdays and weekends! I've worked with a trainer to understand leash handling, body language cues, and how to respond calmly in unexpected situations. I always use secure equipment and won't walk more than one unfamiliar dog at a time without discussing it with you first. I treat every dog like a family member. About: Caring for my own dogs since they were puppies has shaped my love for animals. This personal journey has taught me patience, attentiveness, and a genuine passion for every pet I care for. I’m currently an early development teacher with infants to preschool, and I’m excited to gain a different kind of experience as a puppy/dog sitter and walker. I’m available Saturday to Sunday; however, I’m also flexible, so please let me know a week ahead of time. About: I recently graduated from New Mexico State University and moved to San Diego. I have been a pet sitter/walker for about 5 years for friends and friends of friends in my community, as well as taking care of my own for 15 years. I have one sweet chihuahua and a torti cat! About: Ever since I was a teenager my family and friends have relied on me to take care of their animals. Everyone knows they are safe while they’re gone. While most of my friends are focused on marriage/having kids, I am more focused on spending time with animals😂 I’m currently taking real estate appraisal courses so my schedule is very flexible! Right now, I’m taking online courses for my profession. In between classes I would like to take breaks by taking care of animals. It’s both a stress reliever and something I love to do. I keep an eye out for any safety concerns or measures that need to take place to ensure the safety of your animals. Safety is key!

About: I’ve always had both dogs and cats throughout life. With two dogs and a cat of my own, I am well trained in taking care of pets needs. I have experience with puppies and dogs with special medical needs. I also have experience with special needs diets and administering medication. I am working full-time from home. I go into the office for a bit on Tuesdays, but live near the office so I am able to come home and take dogs out on my lunch break. I have two dogs that I take to our dog park about every 3-4 hours and have a safe balcony for dogs to enjoy sunbathing while I’m working. I have a dog park that we go to several times a day. I have two dogs both Havanese/Maltese mix who are used to other dogs in our home and a Maine Coon cat that gets along well with other dogs. Pets are welcome on all the furniture and the bed so it’s appreciated if they get a bath prior to boarding. I’m happy to kennel your dog if that is what you prefer as well.

About: I have taken care of animals since a young age, including horses, pigs, sheep, and chickens, but most importantly— dogs and cats!! I have experience watching my families own dogs from puppies to seniors as well as house sitting for my neighbors who have had up to three dogs and two cats at a time. I am also experienced in house sitting and have watched and cared for many neighbors, friends and families homes over the years. I am currently a graduate student so my schedule is very flexible and while pet sitting I would only be gone for up to two hours at a time, twice a day. I can work from home most of the time and am available most weeks and weekends. I am currently only available for house sitting as my home does not allow animals. I love all dogs and cats I meet, I am comfortable staying alone with the furry friends at your home for up to two weeks at a time.

About: I have had a dog since I was born and I have been surrounded by dogs my whole life. I have worked as a dog walker/dog sitter since I was a little kid. My last dog client I have worked with everyday for the past four years, he is moving with his parents to their new station. I have experience with puppies as young as 4 months all the way to senior dogs with hip weaknesses with therapy sessions and kidney problems that require special diets. I am graduating with my masters in nursing. My schedule is consistent but flexible with days or times your pup needs me. My past experiences have prepared me for last minute schedule changes and even quick a quick pop-by. I try to keep schedules as normal as possible for clients. I verify walking/sitting schedules with my clients frequently and notify them right away if there is a schedule conflict or if I may be running early or late. I understand some pets don't love the rain and will not go out, if that is the case I'll sit with them and comfort them. I usually contact my clients with a picture or just a thumbs up that their pet had a good walk and is doing well and are back home playing or napping.
