“Mihaela was great! Helped me out with a walk for Maui on pretty short notice and she took lots of pictures and a video and gave a really nice detailed report after the walk 🥰 would absolutely use her again!”

About: I work well with all Pets! I will do my best to work around your schedule. I love to keep parents updated and send pictures of their babies. I understand all animals have their own boundaries and I will do my best to respect said boundaries! I’m currently on active duty, I live very close to base so it’s easy for me to leave work when needed. I’m fully available weekdays and weekends! I have a fenced balcony and dog park in my neighborhood! Can accommodate to all families! Everything in my home is always put away and clean! I do like to do meet and greets so families can feel more come as well.

About: I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and getting to know their personalities!Doing this for the past 5 years has given me a range of experiences and deepened my affection for pet care. I’ve worked with dogs and cats ranging from young/old/energetic/relaxed/fussy/playful and everything in between! Communication is my #1 as your sitter, not just the fun updates and pictures but also any questions/concerns about your fur baby as they come up in real time! Being able to provide peace of mind for my clients while they’re away from their pets brings me so much joy, as I understand it can be hard to know if they are truly being cared for the way you prefer. My main goal as your sitter is to gain not only your trust, but your pets trust and love as well :) I pride myself in being reliable, caring, and flexible, and I can’t wait to meet you and your pets! I’m currently working on cutting my work hours so that I have a part time schedule and can be more available in the afternoons/evenings, but I’m also available for petsitting/overnights on the weekends (or for longer trips when given notice), as well as drop in visits/walks - just let me know your needs and hopefully we can work something out! At the moment, I don’t have the ability to bring your pets into my own residence for care. However, all of my 5+ years of pet experience has involved care in the clients home, so I am very familiar with what it takes to maintain a pets routine in their home environment. Whether I’m showing up for a quick walk/feed or spending a week with your fur baby, I will ensure your house is left in the condition I find it (if not better!). Safety and respect are top priority to me; if you allow me the opportunity to offer you my services, I hope to earn your trust and show you I can provide the best care for your pet and your home.
“Alyssa was so communicative, and sent lots of updates and photos so I knew my dog Bandit was in terrific hands! Will definitely be using her again for dog walking and house sitting :)”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I had 2 labs and a German Shepard growing up. I currently help dog sit and walk my neighbors dogs and my schedule is extremely flexible I currently have an extremely flexible schedule so I can work Monday through Sunday and I am willing to work with anyone on fitting my schedule around their needs. I currently live in a small ADU Unit in a backyard that is fenced off from my neighbors who own two friendly dogs, due to how small my unit is I would prefer to stay at a clients home if I needed to dogsit overnight!
“Sherell has been walking my pup Theo everyday for the past week (and I hope she’ll continue for a long time, as her schedule permits!). She has been incredibly professional, caring, and has been totally exceeding my expectations! She is a great communicator, hard-working, responsible, dependable, and trustworthy. Highly recommend her ? thanks for your great care, Sherell!”

About: I have had a family dog my whole life. My current pup is a 2year old mini goldendoodle that is about 25lbs. He is high energy and loves play time, long walks and going to the dog park. I work remote full time so I am home with my dog the majority of my day. Any pet in my care would get the same treatment as my own. Multiple walks, a trip to the park and of course regular feedings. My pet is free to roam my apartment, I have a balcony that he also has free access to during the day. I keep the door open for him.
“Shay is always so good and patient with my doggos! She also is very accommodating when I have to book last minute and will do what she can to make it! Will book again!”

About: I've been surrounded by animals my whole life by dogs, cats, birds, fish, turtles, and at 40+ years in, my love for them has only grown. I've pet sat for many households and have a natural ability to handle all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and needs. I'm a verified member of Trusted House Sitters (in which the primary is pet sitting), and I take that seriously. I'm experienced with medically complex pets. I've administered subcutaneous fluids, insulin injections, and oral medications. I also have cared for special needs animals including a three-legged seizure-prone Chihuahua, a teacup Chihuahua with broken elbows, and a German Shepherd with cow-hocks disease. If your pet has extra needs, they're in capable hands. My approach is calm, grounded, and playful and animals feel it. I'm a certified hypnotherapist and life coach, and the same energy awareness and patience I bring to people, I bring to pets. Anxious, shy, and difficult animals tend to soften around me naturally. My sister didn't call me the Cat and Dog Whisperer for nothing. :D I have a soft spot for the ones others overlook. I've rescued an abandoned Chihuahua-Terrier, adopted a shelter pup, and my two boys Bruce and Charlie came to me as feral kittens nobody else wanted. Every animal deserves patience, consistency, and genuine love and that's exactly what I bring to every walk and drop-in. I'm a San Diego local with regular availability in LA County as well, so wherever you are, I've got you covered. My schedule is flexible and I'm available most weekdays and select weekends, morning through evening. I don't operate on a rigid 9-to-5, which means I can work around your pet's needs rather than the other way around. Outside of pet care, I'm an active, outdoorsy person and love hiking, kayaking, and paddleboarding. That energy carries directly into every walk and drop-in. Your dog won't just get a stroll around the block, they'll get someone who genuinely loves being outside and moving. Your pet's safety and your peace of mind are my top priorities always. I follow your established routines closely and take detailed instructions seriously. Every home, every pet, and every owner is different, and I respect that. When I'm in your home I treat it with care. I leave things as clean or cleaner than I found them. Your space and your pet's environment will be respected. I'm extremely mindful of doors and escape artists. I know how quickly a curious pet can bolt, and I create my own blockades when needed to make sure no one slips out unexpectedly. I'm comfortable walking multiple dogs simultaneously including large, high-energy breeds. I've walked a Rottweiler and German Shepherd together, both with strong pulling tendencies, and handled them with confidence. You'll never wonder how your pet is doing. I send photos and updates daily including sometimes multiple times a day because I know how much you miss them and how much it means to see a happy face pop up on your phone. I also have hands-on experience with pet first aid, including applying Quik Stop for bleeding so minor mishaps are handled calmly and quickly without panic. Your home, your routines, your pet I've got all of it handled.

About: Ever since I was a teenager my family and friends have relied on me to take care of their animals. Everyone knows they are safe while they’re gone. While most of my friends are focused on marriage/having kids, I am more focused on spending time with animals😂 Right now, I’m taking online courses for my profession. In between classes I would like to take breaks by taking care of animals. It’s both a stress reliever and something I love to do. I keep an eye out for any safety concerns or measures that need to take place to ensure the safety of your animals. Safety is key!
“I have a 155lb Great Dane and I am very weary of letting just anyone walk him because of his size and strength. Caity might not be big, but she’s mighty! The first walk I got cute pictures and updates, and when she showed up for the second walk it was like I no longer existed and it was the Oceyn and Caity show! That made me feel good that he has a good time with her. I’m pregnant and on bed rest so I can’t walk him myself… but even when I can walk him again I still plan to keep Caity around 😊”

Let me know how I can give you a hand and help you with your pets. I'm reliable, patient, and want to give you peace of mind when I'm caring for your fur-baby! Their wellbeing will be my #1 priority. I am currently a masters student at San Diego State University, so my schedule consists of a 20-hour weekly internship and five classes a week. I'm hoping to care for your pets in my free time! About: I’ve always had both dogs and cats throughout life. With two dogs and a cat of my own, I am well trained in taking care of pets needs. I have experience with puppies and dogs with special medical needs. I also have experience with special needs diets and administering medication. I am working full-time from home. I go into the office for a bit on Tuesdays, but live near the office so I am able to come home and take dogs out on my lunch break. I have two dogs that I take to our dog park about every 3-4 hours and have a safe balcony for dogs to enjoy sunbathing while I’m working. I have a dog park that we go to several times a day. I have two dogs both Havanese/Maltese mix who are used to other dogs in our home and a Maine Coon cat that gets along well with other dogs. Pets are welcome on all the furniture and the bed so it’s appreciated if they get a bath prior to boarding. I’m happy to kennel your dog if that is what you prefer as well.
About: Hi, all! My name is Grace. I have been taking care and walking dogs my whole life, I but entered the professional pet care industry about 10 years ago. I love taking care of dogs and other animals from all walks of life, as I believe all living things should have the best quality of life that they possibly can. I have also been an athlete for over two decades, and cannot wait to have fun getting active with your animals. I offer jogging/running for the more athletic pups, and a more leisurely stroll for the dogs that like to take life a bit slower, as well as dog-sitting and drop-ins for all animals in between. I can't wait to meet you and your fluffy friends! I work part time in the afternoons and evenings, so I able to take your pets out for a fun activity in the mornings and afternoons until 2pm. I look forward to building a relationship with your furry friends! I do not offer in-home care as I live with roommates and a strictly human-friendly cat, but I love to extend my hospitality to the setting where your pet is most comfortable, their own home. I am pleased to offer safe and fun care while I am in your home, with lots of activity or snuggles depending on the energy levels.
“Lu was amazing! Extremely communicative, reliable, and sweet to my mini Aussie! She even went as far to suggest a harness for him to make walking easier on me/helping with pulling on the leash. She was always on time, sent adorable photos, and was overall a joy to work with. I will definitely book her in the future!”

About: I have had a dog since I was born and I have been surrounded by dogs my whole life. I have worked as a dog walker/dog sitter since I was a little kid. My last dog client I have worked with everyday for the past four years, he is moving with his parents to their new station. I have experience with puppies as young as 4 months all the way to senior dogs with hip weaknesses with therapy sessions and kidney problems that require special diets. I am graduating with my masters in nursing. My schedule is consistent but flexible with days or times your pup needs me. My past experiences have prepared me for last minute schedule changes and even quick a quick pop-by. I try to keep schedules as normal as possible for clients. I verify walking/sitting schedules with my clients frequently and notify them right away if there is a schedule conflict or if I may be running early or late. I understand some pets don't love the rain and will not go out, if that is the case I'll sit with them and comfort them. I usually contact my clients with a picture or just a thumbs up that their pet had a good walk and is doing well and are back home playing or napping.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Grantville
“Ginny”, who actually goes by Frankie, was the best with my dog! Her customer service is awesome, my dog loves her, and he can’t wait to see her again. Frankie is responsible, safe, really kind, and great with animals! I’m so grateful and we’ll definitely be using Frankie (Ginny) from here on out!

Caity was absolutely wonderful with Louie! She was so attentive and kept us updated on his itchy paws and sensitive tummy. She even went out of her way to apply his paw mousse and found ways to keep him happy and entertained on those super hot days. I really trusted her with Louie and felt so comfortable knowing he was in great hands. Would definitely recommend Caity and will absolutely book her again!

Zere is a wonderful dog walker who is prompt, courteous and definitely loves our little cinnamon. She follows our directions very well because cinnamon is diabetic and needs special attention. She truly is one of the best dog walkers we have ever hired. Cinnamon waits for her and gets so excited when she appears at the door. It is so great to see our little dog so happy to go for a walk.
We booked Leilani for a last minute one-hour dog walk, due to needing a dog-free environment for an in home appointment. Leilani was quick to respond and came right over to give our precious puppy a much needed walk. We highly recommend her and would use her again. Thank you!

We just started with Ana, and I already really trust her. She’s been reliable and flexible — I asked her to come earlier than originally planned because of the heat, and she happily accommodated. I can tell she genuinely cares about Iggy; she’s patient with his quirks and makes sure he’s calm and happy before she leaves. She’s also very thorough with photo updates and notes, which I really appreciate. I feel completely comfortable having her in my apartment. Highly recommend!

Sage has been walking Margot for a few years now and is AMAZING. 👏 Margot’s heel has improved so much. I used to not be able to walk her in public spaces out of fear of her pulling me or reacting to other dogs and now I’m able to walk her in some of the busiest of walkways and she stays in a heel. Sage is also a great communicator and always sends me a little blurb debriefing how the walk went that day. I highly recommend Sage if you want your pup in great hands!!
