It was the first time we ever used Rover and left him with someone we did not know; but as soon as we met Gladys at the Meet a& Greet, we immediately felt at ease and comfortable leaving Bing Bing in her care. Gladys' home is spotless and she has the perfect set up for all the furbabies out on her side patio -- we knew Bing Bing would love it out there! She took the time to get to know Bing Bing and we received photos and update throughout his stay. She is also very quick to answer! A big advantage for us is that Brian only takes one dog at a time (excluding his pets). We liked his everyday’s updates (photos & videos). Also,it’s so nice when your dog is not only having fun, but also enjoying some exercises such as long walks in the park. I’d recommend Brian to anyone as a reliable and caring dog sitter.”

“WOW! Kristen and Josh watched my 5 year old terrier mix for 6 nights. Ella was not feeling well prior to me dropping her off and they made me feel comfortable, applying ice to Ella’s sore areas and sending me lots of pictures and videos of my fur baby. I felt super relaxed and comfortable with Ella at Kristen and Josh’s, and would give 10 stars if this was an option. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You can tell both Kristen and Josh LOVE dogs, and took care of my fur baby VERY WELL. Would use again in a heartbeat.”

They were communicative, flexible when we needed to make changes to our reservation and gave Biscuit walks, and lots of cuddles.
