Sweet Angel Babies Welcome Here!
I currently work part time as a caregiver, host Cacao Ceremonies, and I pet sit. I recently lost the last of my three dogs and have a very motherly heart full of love and am hoping for new pet friends to offer it to. Previously I worked at the San Diego Humane Society as an adoption counselor, where I matched the animals to their ideal humans. Prior to that I worked at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife in the Big Game department where I worked hands on with wild animals like deer and elk! I have been pet sitting for people since I was sixteen, and have previously had three dogs of my own, so I am very comfortable around them. I also used to volunteer for the Sacramento Zoo as a keeper's aid so I am used to cleaning up messes and will have no problem around larger animals. I also worked at U.C. Davis' sheep barn where I fed the animals, cleaned their quarters, administered shots and ultrasounds, and assisted in births. I have the utmost respect for all animals but have a very special place in my heart for dogs and cats. My goal is to provide animals with ample comfort and mental and physical stimulation while their families are away. Pets are little angel babies and deserve all the love in the world. Danielle was great! She helped on a last minute request for a single day daycare for my fur son (9 year old black lab) and was super communicative and accommodating! Would recommend!
Danielle was wonderful with Murph! She can be a bit anxious in new environments, but Danielle went above and beyond with long walks, plenty of playtime, and regular photo updates kept Murph (and me!) at ease. It’s clear she genuinely loves the dogs she cares for. We’ll absolutely be booking again!
Danielle is an excellent dog sitter, patient, knowledgeable and clearly an expert! She kept me frequently posted on Sombra my jumpy black lab pup and their activities. I will be re-booking frequently in the future!

Danielle was a life savor for taking my 15 week old puppy for 4 days on short notice! She sent lots of photos and I know my puppy got lots of cuddles during the week. We will definitely use her again!
Dani was great with our two dogs. She stayed at our home while we traveled abroad, and was very communicative with updates. Would use her again!

Schedule
I work part time and my shifts are not longer than four hours usually. Some of my work I do from home so I will have ample time to spend with your pet(s).

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a ground floor one bedroom condo that has a little fenced in area where pets can go to the bathroom. I also live in a very walkable, dog-friendly neighborhood.
A typical day
I absolutely love walking. I love having pets around to motivate me to walk more. Love playing with toys with pups or cats and offering any treats their owners allow. Big time cuddler too. If it's allowed by their parents they are def ok to hang with me on the couch or bed.
