I check my schedule weekly to ensure I can fully commit to each booking, and I prioritize clear communication and reliability so pets and owners can feel confident their care will never be rushed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their specific instructions closely to ensure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and happy. I provide feeding and fresh water on schedule, clean litter boxes or cages as needed, and give plenty of attention and playtime tailored to each animal’s personality. I also monitor their behavior, energy levels, and health, noting any changes in appetite, mood, or habits. For pets that require medication, I administer it according to instructions and keep the owner updated. I treat each home and pet with respect, making sure the space stays clean and secure, and I provide regular photo and video updates so owners can feel confident and reassured while they’re away.

About: I’ve cared for dogs in both my home and clients’ homes, offering drop-in visits and regular walks. Though I’m still building experience in puppy training, I approach every dog with patience, consistency, and genuine love for their well-being. I am available 6 days a week from 10/11am to 9/10pm, depending on my schedule changes. I am a part time college student but I am very free and open. Pets are only allowed on the patio when I’m outside with them, ensuring their safety at all times. During walks, I prioritize safety by keeping dogs securely leashed, avoiding high-traffic areas, and staying alert to their surroundings. I’m diligent about following each owner’s rules and routines to provide consistent, reliable care and peace of mind.

About: I've had a variety of pets since I was little. I understand animals' body language and am well-adverse to many unique pet personalities and behaviors. I have experience working with reactive dogs, hyper-activity, Deaf and blind animals (my dog is Deaf and knows sign language!), medication and illness with pets, and more. I'm also understanding of different needs or specific routines to be followed for pets to feel comfortable. Whether your pup needs a walk and the bearded dragon needs to be fed, or the cat needs a clean litter box and the fish tank needs a skim, I'm here for you and all your fur (or scale) babies! My schedule is flexible currently. I recently moved back home to San Diego and have plenty of availability. I do have two large dogs of my own as well as a cat and will need to take care of them as well if house-sitting. I am aware of animals' body language and their need for routine. I will respect this and their specific needs (hand-signals, cue words, walking preferences, etc.). I can co-exist from a distance or offer lots of snuggles and playtime depending on your pets preferences. I can provide baths and maintain training if you're working on house training or pulling while walking.

About: Growing up with dogs, I have always been around pets and learning the best ways to take care of them. I have experience with puppies as well as senior dogs, and I adjust my care to what each pet needs. I am a full-time student but have a flexible weekday and weekend schedule. Weekends are open availability. During the week I am available for various drop in visits and walks. I am currently training for the Boston Marathon so I would be great for any high energy dogs that need some long runs! I strongly believe in going above and beyond for you and your pet. I am there to assist in whatever ways needed and leave things clean and organized. I treat each pet as my own and express the same love and care I would want for my pets.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since high school, when my first job was bathing and drying pups at a local grooming shop. After leaving the military, I spent a couple of years walking dogs because I genuinely missed the daily companionship and joy they bring. About: Certified dog trainer by the Japan Kennel Club with 20 years of experience. With a strong background in canine care and training, I served as a teaching assistant in dog trainer programs at a vocational school in Japan, where I managed a wide range of dogs. I also earned a certificate after completing the dog behaviorist program in Japan, which deepened my understanding of canine psychology and behavior. I am also a lifelong dog lover with personal experience raising dogs, including caring for senior dogs. This hands-on experience has given me a deeper appreciation for the emotional and physical needs of dogs at every stage of life. Since my availability as a dog walker may vary depending on the time and circumstances, I plan to update my schedule regularly. However, the usual schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00PM. I believe every dog deserves a walk that matches their needs. I thoughtfully choose safe paths based on their age and health, making sure they feel happy and cared for.

About: I have been surrounded by all sizes and temperaments of dogs for most of my life. I was always the go- to dog sitter for family and neighbors beginning around the time I was 10! In high-school, I volunteered at the Humane Society, doing kennel maintenance, dog walking, feeding, and play-time. I later performed these same duties in college when I worked as a kennel assistant in veterinary clinic that provided pet boarding. In this position, I was also required to administer medication and give baths. I went on to become a Special Education Teacher and acquired a facilty dog to be a part of my classroom. In order for this to happen, I was required to attend a 2-week intensive training at Canine Companions for Independence, where I learned a lot about dog behavior, care, and handling. I sustained a knee injury in 2024 that prevents me from rigorous walks, but I am certainly able to provide shorter, basic walks, playtime, and take care of all feeding, bathroom needs. I would love to help you out if you ever need a little extra help to make sure your pup feels safe and loved! I am available Monday-Friday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. I can also do evenings from 5-9 pm, Mondays through Fridays. Weekend, holidays, and over-night stays just depending on when, but I do often have flexibility during these times. I can provide care in clients homes by following all requested duties. I am able to video and take pictures throughout my care time, and will readily communicate/share consistently with the clients.

About: Currently, I have 4 animals, one male cat and dog, and one female cat and dog. My female dog is still currently a puppy and I have cared for and trained at lesst 10 other dogs in my life. I’ve always been the person my family and neighbors back home would go to for pet sitting! I currently do not have a job so I am available almost always! I am however not available to pet sit on saturdays and Sundays due to spending time with my husband and friends! I have a small fenced yard and 2 friendly dogs (I also have 2 cats but they like to stay hidden most of the time). Our neighborhood has a dog park that I am more than happy to bring my dogs, as well as others (as long as the dogs are friendly and vaccinated). I can easily crate a dog if needed, both my dogs are already crate trained!

About: Hi my name is Avery and I am a graduate from Point Loma Nazarene. I love the outdoors and animals! I am from Colorado but moved to San Diego after college as it has become my home. I not only have experience with my dog and many other families dogs as I have dog sit in the past but I have also worked at a dog daycare place called Waggs n’ Whiskers for around two years! I supervise groups of large dogs and also groups of small dogs and puppies. I make sure all dogs are getting along and having fun! This job requires a calm presence but also a voice to make sure playing is going smoothly. I am a hard worker and I love to get to meet new furry friends. I also have a 10 year old golden doodle at home named Tally who I love dearly! I also recently adopted a cat named Stormi who is 8. I make sure she is very well taken care of. I love all animals and my goal is to make every animal I met feel loved and cared for. Pets are just the best and I would love to spend time with yours! I currently have a full time job as a nanny but could come mornings and nights after my job. I am also available on weekends.
