He was patient and gentle with my puppy when she first started coming and was quite nervous. He is very responsive via text too. Our pup has a ton of fun playing around in his yard and he keeps the group small (2-4 dogs I think) so she wasn't overly intimated.”

She is responsible (arranges meet and greets of all dogs she cares for) and adheres to all provided care instructions as well as send picture/video updates throughout the day. I love that dogs are allowed to roam free in her house as it provides a more “home-like” environment compared to other typical boarding facilities. She is great to communicate with regarding scheduling and understanding when emergencies come up. Ann has been my dog Ollie’s go to daycare and boarding service for the past two years. But honestly, she’s gone above and beyond to be more than that. Ollie enjoys spending time at her house and even gets invited to her dog’s birthday party every year. I have had over 25 years of animal care and experience, growing up, my Mom always had multiple dogs in the house where we did everything from basic care, walking, cleaning to even helping them give birth to their pups. My parents upgraded to a small farm when I was a teenager where we all pitched in with the 12 dogs, 25 goats, 2 mini donkeys, chickens, pigs, cats, birds and most recently hairless guinea pigs! I now live away from the farm in Serra Mesa but I still have a passion for animals. We do not have pets in our home at the moment so there is no chance of your pet not getting along with another animal. We keep a clean, tranquil home and there is always someone home to keep a close eye on your pet :) I am looking forward to meeting you & your awesome animal! We needed someone to watch our recently adopted rescue for a few hours each day while we were in town doing touristy things and attending concerts. Their communication was excellent, and their flexibility with our schedule—especially some of our later pickups—was very much appreciated. This was my first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous about leaving our sweet girl with someone we didn’t know. But after the meet and greet, I had zero worries and knew Patsy would be in great hands. I was able to thoroughly enjoy our outings without stressing about how she was doing. So grateful for Maryjane and her pack! We were driving through San Diego back home to Orange County and needed someone to help watch Benedict last minute. Benny not only had a great time with them, but I was able to relax as well knowing he was in great hands because Maryjane sent photo and video updates throughout his stay. I reached out on short notice needing a sitter for my Belgian Malinois mix and honestly wasn’t sure who’d be up for it, mals are a lot. High energy, smart, need real exercise and mental stimulation or they get destructive/anxious. Derya didn’t just tolerate that, they clearly got it. My dog came home tired in the best way and completely unstressed, which tells me they were actually engaged and working with her energy instead of just containing it. She also sent photos and videos constantly throughout the visit, I always knew exactly what she was up to and could tell she was genuinely having a good time, not just being watched. That kind of communication is huge, especially when you’re booking last minute and a little anxious about leaving a dog like this with someone new. On top of that, they pulled it together on very short notice without missing a beat communicative, reliable, and clearly experienced with working breed temperaments, not just easy lapdogs. Lucia is so great! She watched my senior dog while I was at work and sent me plenty of updates including outdoor walks and napping photos. She immediately bonded with my boy and was very kind to him. I felt safe leaving him with Lucia so he had a buddy during my time away. Will book again!
