About: I currently work part time as a caregiver, host Cacao Ceremonies, and I pet sit. I recently lost the last of my three dogs and have a very motherly heart full of love and am hoping for new pet friends to offer it to. Previously I worked at the San Diego Humane Society as an adoption counselor, where I matched the animals to their ideal humans. Prior to that I worked at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife in the Big Game department where I worked hands on with wild animals like deer and elk! I have been pet sitting for people since I was sixteen, and have previously had three dogs of my own, so I am very comfortable around them. I also used to volunteer for the Sacramento Zoo as a keeper's aid so I am used to cleaning up messes and will have no problem around larger animals. I also worked at U.C. Davis' sheep barn where I fed the animals, cleaned their quarters, administered shots and ultrasounds, and assisted in births. I have the utmost respect for all animals but have a very special place in my heart for dogs and cats. My goal is to provide animals with ample comfort and mental and physical stimulation while their families are away. Pets are little angel babies and deserve all the love in the world. Some of my work I do from home so I will have ample time to spend with your pet(s). About: Had a golden retriever & terrier mix until I left for college and decided it was better for her to be with my parents instead of being alone. Went through dog training with her where she learned basics and other tricks such as “go to bed” and how to play hide and seek. Miss being a dog owner and looking to take care of other pups and possibly eventually get my own since I now work from home. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. It’s easy for me to accommodate pet needs. Unable to provide overnight boarding Friday nights since I have soccer early Sat and it would be unfair for the pup to be alone Sat morning. I have a two bed apartment on the first floor. No yard but pets are allowed to roam my apartment. No low exposed wires. I have a couple small nontoxic plants that may be reachable but will place them on the counter while a pet is over just in case.

Today was our first walk with Kayla before a longer boarding trip scheduled. Kayla eased my mind with the walk and even though I don’t want to be leaving my fur baby, I know she’ll be in good hands in the future! Also, I have to add my dog is leash aggressive so finding someone who not only can control her but feels comfortable doing so is hard to come by.
Miranda is the best, I'm so glad I found her. Luca gets a good walk and some play every day, and Miranda sends a full report for every walk with pics so I can see my baby and know all about how he's doing. She is great with both Luca and my cat Venom. Very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Missy was great!! She came in last min for quick walk session with my doggie. My doggie isn't the easiest but she made sure to do a meet and greet for the extra comfort. Provided detailed descriptions of the walks. And even left a cute doggie treat bag as she left. Very comforting and kind. Thank you again Missy!
Rory is an excellent caretaker for our 100-pound puppy. He is reliable, on-time, has high availability, is very kind and had loads of patience. Our 15-month old giant breed is in a boundary pushing phase. It takes someone incredibly attuned to dogs, physically strong, but firm to keep him on his best behavior through these tough pre-teen months. Rory handled him beautifully from the start. Highly recommend!
Allison was great with our dogs and very receptive to our requests. I felt comfortable with my dogs in her hands as she was very communicative and willing to do a meet and greet beforehand. She texted me post walk and gave many details about the walk. She truly loves dogs, even when ours were a little unruly around water!
