I've been around dogs for 10 years, and taking care of them is truly my happy place! I have experience with dogs different ages, sizes, and even those with special needs like epilepsy. I know how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pup, and I treat every dog as if they were my own with love, patience, and lots of belly rubs! I miss having dogs around so much. That’s why I’d love to spend time with your furry friend—whether it’s a fun walk, playtime, or just keeping them company. I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away!

Ilayda always takes great care of Dexter. She’s also lets me know if there’s anything unusual happening. For example she let me know the smoke alarm was chirping so I was able to get maintenance to fix it before I got home from an extra long workday.

Ilayda was wonderful, she agreed to care for our pup Daphne at the very last minute after another sitter had to cancel due to a family emergency, so we could go to the zoo safari park. Ilayda was prompt and responsive and sent me pics throughout the day. She was communicative and took Daphne out for a trail walk which she loves. I would definitely book with Ilayda again!
Our dogs loved Ilayda! She hosted them for doggy day care while our family went to the zoo for the day. It was so nice having peace of mind that our dogs were safe and well cared for while we made precious family memories. Our young female was in heat and Ilayda handled it professionally and took great care of her. She took the dogs on walks throughout the day and sent photos and videos of them to ease our minds. We would highly recommend Ilayda!

I live in Point Loma, so your pup will get to enjoy beautiful walks by the beach and explore safe, pet friendly areas. I create a fun, loving, and secure environment where your dog will feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for!
A typical day
A day with me means lots of fun and adventure! We can go for long walks on the beach, play at a nearby dog park, or just relax and enjoy some belly rubs. Every pup is different, so I’ll make sure to match their energy and needs to keep them happy and comfortable!
