While I was away, Julia sent multiple pictures every single day and kept me updated with daily texts. I finally counted and got up to 17 dogs before I lost count and am completely serious when I say I have had over 40 cats in my lifetime, sometimes over 20 at once! When caring for your pet in your home, I will treat your home with respect and insure that it is in the same condition as when I arrived. I will always make sure the home is secured and locked.

About: I have had animals in my household since I was born from dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, turtles, fish and geckos. I recently had my English bulldog (Bentley) pass after 13 years together. He had many unique needs over his life including requiring additional care over the last few months. I also volunteer with Southern California Bulldog Rescue and have cared for foster dogs as well as pulled dogs from shelter. Animals are family to me and not just a pet. About: We are a dog family, and getting to play, walk, and cuddle with dogs is truly one of the best jobs in the world! I’m a scientist and work part-time during the week, and my husband is a registered nurse. We work opposite part-time shifts, so someone is almost always home to give your pup attention, care, and companionship. We also have a 10-year-old son who absolutely loves animals and enjoys gentle, respectful interaction with dogs who are comfortable around children. He is always supervised and adds an extra bit of joy and playfulness for social pups. We’ve raised and fostered many dogs over the years and love helping them become happy, well-behaved family members. We believe in patient, positive-only reinforcement and creating a calm, loving environment for every dog in our care. We have a large, open home with a spacious shady fenced backyard that backs up to a peaceful nature area, giving dogs plenty of room to relax, play, and explore safely. Feel free to reach out for any of your dog care needs — I’d be happy to help! I take my pup on scheduled walks 2–3 times a day, and we also have a fully enclosed backyard where dogs can safely roam, play, and take potty breaks throughout the day as needed. My pup has free range of the house while we’re home. If I need to step out briefly, I simply close the bedroom and bathroom doors so there is access only to the safe common areas of the home.

About: I grew up in a very dog oriented family. All kinds and sizes from German Shepard to small Chihuahua. (Almost everything in between)my family and I treated our dogs as family. I can treat your pooch as such when he/ she comes to visit or vice versa. I love to spend extra attention making a dog feel secure and confident around me and his/her environment to my best ability. My schedule is very flexible which is ideal for pet sitting. I have class online Tuesday and Thursday (remote) I have a lab on Thursday for only 4 hours. I have a banquet job which is only 5 hours later in the evening. I have two very responsible pet loving roommates. One actually referred me to Rover. I have a fenced off secure backyard plenty of room to run around. They have compete access to the house and have two doggie doors where they can go out and go potty. For extra safety I have roommates to make sure everything is going amazing. On top of that I have amazing neighbors readily to help if needed. Everything is safe and secure as always.
