Great sitter who spends time hanging out with the pets and gives them lots of love! Always made sure there was enough food and water, would recommend

Highly recommend! Carrie went above and beyond to make sure our pup was taken care of and sent thoughtful updates throughout. Her level of care gave us peace of mind while we were out of town. We will definitely be requesting Carrie when in need of pet care in the future.

Carrie was an absolute dream! I get very anxious about leaving my pup but Carrie was prompt, communicative, and did everything and more we asked of her. I didn’t have to worry knowing Carrie was taking care of her. I would recommend Carrie to anyone who needs assistance and will book with her again!

DO NOT BOOK CARRIE!!! SHE PUT MY BLIND CAT AT RISK! ZERO STAR! I specifically hired her because her profile stated she had experience with special needs animals. Despite a detailed in-home walkthrough and clear verbal instructions regarding the care of my blind cat, the sitter failed to follow the established routine, was extrmeley rude, lazy and unprofessional. Key Issues: • Failure to Follow Instructions: Multiple specific care steps were ignored. When I addressed this, the sitter was defensive and suggested her own methods rather than following the plan designed around my kitty and her 2 siblings. As well as simple things like how to properly give them their food & how to deal with their water fountain & litter care.She chose her own course of when to come feed them even though she agreed to the times i set. • Lack of Supervision: Interior camera footage showed the sitter spent the majority of her time sitting away from the kitties & on her phone, failing to actively monitor or check on my blind cat, which was a primary requirement of the booking. • Unprofessional Communication: When confronted with the lapses in care, the sitter became dismissive & super disrespectful, blaming ME for her errors and making inappropriate comments regarding the use of home security cameras for pet monitoring. Complete lack of care & respect in someone else’s house & failing to do a simple job she signed up for. Without a warning she was also 40 mins late to our first meet up. • Consistency: After being asked to correct her actions on the first day, she repeated the same behavior the following day. I ultimately had to terminate the booking early and find a replacement sitter at my own expense to ensure my cats' safety. I was out of the country having to deal with her stress. I would not recommend this sitter for any household requiring adherence to specific instructions or special needs care. If you want to make sure your animals are safe & loved on do not book her you’ll highly regret it. I am understanding of mistakes but being this mean about the care of my babies and disregarding the layout i created for the ultimate care for all 3 is just nonsense. She could not own up to her mistakes instead tried to turn it on me in anger. Super disappointing.
