I regularly step away from my computer to take breaks, so taking a furry friend out for a walk is an added bonus! I will host up to 2 pets a night, I have separate gated areas in my home to ensure food schedules are calm and peaceful while keeping everyone happy as they’re being slowly integrated with one another, everyone is safe and secure at all times. All pets cared for must be potty trained, spayed/neutered, have absolutely no aggression issues towards other animals or people, are not constant barkers or cry and bark due to separation anxiety. ***Aggression issues and separation anxiety of any kind are non-negotiable.*** If your pet has any level of this type of behavior, it’s not the right fit for my home. It’s very important to maintain a calm, peaceful and safe environment for everyone sharing the space. For overnight boarding, pets will sleep downstairs in the main living room area on their own bed/crate, pets will not be permitted to be on furniture or in the upstairs bedroom areas. About: While I have been taking care of animals and dogs just about my whole life, I have been officially doing so as of 6 years ago. I began by meeting people in "the wild" and offering meet and greets free of charge for their pet into my home so they could ensure they felt the most safe and able to actually relax knowing their pet was in a good place while they were gone. From building these connections, I have had the privilege of watching their pets for multiple years and made great connections. I have experience watching puppies, adjusting to schedules, and live a very active life style that makes caring for your dog quite natural for me! I have a larger vehicle for transportation and I am familiar with using the E-Collar if your pet uses that as well. I just graduated with my Master's degree and am currently in a break period before I start my full time job. This means currently that I am very flexible and am able to be home more often with your pet! I have more free time now and would love to return to pet sitting and get some new clients. I have a small yard that is mainly for potty reasons, and no other pets. In others homes, I am adaptable and can adjust to what you need. I also do "meet and greets" for your pet if you are interested, free of charge, for them to sniff around the home and for your to see where they would be staying. I also have portable AC units in our home to keep the rooms cool for your dog, especially with this heat.

About: I have had pets, including both cats and dogs, my entire life, so caring for animals has always been a big part of who I am. I truly love animals and care very deeply about their happiness, comfort, and well-being. I’m patient, attentive, and affectionate, and I understand how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your pet. I’ll always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away! I currently work full time from 8-4 monday-friday. I am free on the weekends and on weekdays after 4 to walk or do check ins. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always do my best to keep them comfortable and stick to their normal routine. I follow any instructions provided regarding feeding, walks, playtime, medications, and any other specific needs they may have. My partner and I share a comfortable home with a fenced backyard and our own friendly, dog-social husky, who makes a wonderful companion for visiting dogs. Having a husky, I’m especially comfortable with high-energy breeds and know how to keep active dogs exercised, engaged, and happy. Because there are two of is and we’re flexible during the day, your down is rarely left alone. There’s almost always someone home for feeding, play, and cuddles. I come from a hospitality and food-service background, so attentive care, cleanliness, and clear communication are things I take seriously. I’ll send plenty of photo updates so you can relax knowing your dog is safe and having fun. I treat every dog like a member of the family, and I’d love to do the same for yours! My partner and I both have flexible daytime schedules, so there’s almost always someone to feed, walk, and play with your dog. We can accommodate your dog’s normal routine, whether that means early morning walks, midday play, or evening cuddles. We plan our own schedules around our boarding guests, so your dog gets consistent attention and is rarely left alone during their stay. Our home has a securely fenced backyard where dogs can play and burn energy safely, and our friendly husky makes a great companion for social guests. We keep the space clean and dog-proofed, with fresh water always available and secure fencing so no one slips out. We’re comfortable crating if that’s part of your dog’s routine, and we’re happy to follow your feeding, medication, and exercise instructions closely. Dogs are never left unattended in the yard, and we send regular photo updates so you always know your pup is safe and content.

I have experience with puppies and enjoy helping reinforce basic training like house routines, leash manners, and positive reinforcement. I also make it a priority to keep owners updated with photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. 🐾 I usually wake up around 5am to take the dogs out for their morning walks and that lasts about 30-60 minutes. Since I work from home most days, I sometimes take them for an afternoon walk if they are feeling very energetic. We have a little play ground we let them go to bring out their zoomies before coming back in. Around 4-5pm, we always go to the park close to our neighborhood to let our furry friends play with each other and socialize! In the days it rainy, we usually take a longer walk around the neighborhood. I care for pets by prioritizing their safety, routine, and overall well-being, whether they are in my home or a client’s home. I follow all owner instructions closely, including feeding schedules, portion sizes, medication administration, exercise needs, and any behavioral or medical considerations. I ensure pets have a clean, comfortable environment, fresh water at all times, and appropriate physical and mental stimulation.

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. About: Wondering why my rate might be different than another sitter’s? Rover takes a huge portion of the price you see listed. Please feel free to message me about services i can provide or waive; and I am more than willing to negotiate a fair price depending on the level of care your pup needs! I am able to provide a luxury boarding service at a beautiful, large, home with a massive pet safe backyard! We even have a pool if your pup loves to swim. I provide basic training (unless you prefer I don’t!) and I have a bachelors in art from a prestigious university- so I will provide as many photos and videos as you’d like for free- and can also offer photo shoot and portrait painting (either digital or traditional) services, which can be great for getting your pup at their most comfortable when meeting a photographer or painter! (Since Rover is now claiming copyright over my own photos of your pups, any photoshoot photos with great potential for paintings will need to be sent to you separately if you request them!) I can provide one on one time, I never leave dogs alone unless requested, and I provide your dog all the cuddles and playtime they want! Since it can be better for both me and you, we can negotiate rates for all services based on your preferences- I won’t ask you to pay for something your pup wouldn’t benefit from! I am American Red cross Cat and Dog First Aid certified, updated very recently. I’ve taken care of my family pets since I was four years old, and got my first dog of my own, a teacup yorkie named Sophie, who was my support dog when I was around 13 years old. Ever since then I’ve had a wonderful support dog named Tommy, and now I currently am training my dog Stevie and my puppy, Chloe to be psychiatric service dogs, working with a professional trainer who thinks I’m a natural! I am a great trainer and I am more than happy to offer that service if you’d like, but i’m not a certified trainer yet! I know pet first aid and cpr. I also had another puppy who lived for just under a year, who passed during a routine anesthesia procedure, which was devastating, but now I know she lives on in my puppy Chloe. I am disabled (chronic lower back pain) but i have mobility aids, can walk around your home/my home unaided, can carry small dogs if requested, and can take your pup out as many times as you’d like. I have a HUGE backyard with plenty of grass, and so I can play with the pups/be outside with them as much as you’d like! Currently in the house here I have Stevie and Chloe, but they can be crated/in a separate part of the house as much as you’d like. I will have one of my parents home so they can keep them 100% completely out of sight if that’s your preference! I’m looking to become a dogsitter because, honestly, dogs are my favorite, and i love connecting with dogs with positive reinforcement and love! I’m so beyond excited for the opportunity to meet your dogs! (And maybe even paint them for you, too!) I currently work remotely part time so i’ll be home all day and all night, and i make my own hours so I can take pretty much any job, any time, for any length of time. When i’m at home without any other pups here, I take care of my dogs Stevie and Chloe full time. They sleep with me (unless you’d rather your pup sleep up here!) so have special puppy guards on the bed so they don’t accidentally fall off while they sleep up here ever! If you’d like, i can keep my dogs with one of my parents so your pups don’t interact. I have a big fenced yard that not even the smallest puppy could get out from! I have two extremely well behaved soon to be service dogs that i’m currently training, They are very small Yorkies, Stevie is 6 years old and about 7 pounds, and Chloe is 5 months and about 2.5 pounds. They can be involved as much or as little as you prefer, but all dogs in our home need to be fully vaccinated please. In your home, I would do everything a dog needs, I’d make sure water is full and available 24/7, i’d take your pups out for playing/potty breaks as often as you’d prefer, i’d feed them and give medication if needed (i have lots of experience giving puppies, adult, and senior dogs medications!) If you let me know your preferences, i’m sure i can treat your dog with so much care and love, and help them feel their routines aren’t too different then they are with you, if that’s your preference! And I LOVE dog cuddles, and cat cuddles! Also, my brother is a vet tech that works at Rancho Bernardo Vetrinary Clinic so I have him, my vet, and my trusted vet emergency hospital all on speed dial, just in case! If needed I can hop in a car and take your pups to the park, the vet, the er, to get groomed, etc. (I will never put your dog in my car without consent, of course!!)

On top of already being a wonderful sitter with drop-in visits, there was an emergency (saw on my pet cam) at my place when our litter-robot malfunctioned :( Texted Caitlin last minute and she immediately came over that same day to try to fix it. When fixing didn’t work, she also went out of her way to go to the store and bought a litter box when the litter-robot stayed broken. She’s seriously AMAZING!
