About: Hi! My name is Jordan, and I’m a 24-year-old active-duty service member with a lifelong passion for animals. My military background has taught me the importance of attention to detail, reliability, accountability, and clear communication—qualities I bring to every pet I care for. Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. At 15 years old, I got my first German Shepherd and worked my first job to support and care for him on my own. He lived a happy, healthy, spoiled life and remained my best friend until he passed at 10 years old. Since then, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and energy levels, including Cane Corsos, Chihuahuas, Beagles, and many mixed breeds. I also have experience caring for small animals and reptiles, including rats, mice, snakes, and bearded dragons. Today, my husband and I share our home with two energetic Australian Cattle Dogs who are truly part of our family. They are spoiled with daily exercise, mental enrichment, adventures, healthy nutrition, training, treats, and plenty of love and attention. Caring for them has given me extensive experience managing high-energy dogs and understanding the importance of both physical activity and mental stimulation. I work full-time, but I am available every evening after 5:00 PM for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, medication administration, and quality time with your pet. Most weekends, I have greater flexibility and am available for walks, drop-in visits, and extended check-ins. I understand how important consistency is for pets, so I strive to maintain their normal routines and provide dependable care while you’re away. At this time, I am not offering boarding services and focus exclusively on walks and in-home visits. As a military medic with 7 years of experience, I am highly attentive to detail and understand the importance of following directions exactly as provided. Safety is always my top priority. I carefully secure doors, gates, and leashes, monitor your pet’s behavior and well-being, and maintain a clean and respectful environment in your home. I provide updates and photos during visits so you always know how your pet is doing. About: I have been fostering and adopting pets with my family since I was 6 years old. This includes mostly dogs/puppies as well as kittens/cats! Our house was constantly a zoo. About: Hi! I’m Alexa and I am from San Diego, California. While growing up, I walked to school and stopping along the way to pet each and every dog we spotted. Eventually my family adopted one of our own, Marley, and from there on out she walked to school with us every day. My love for dogs only grew from there. I would pet sit my neighbors dog when needed (vacation, late from work, etc). Their dog loved to walk but had a hip problem so we had to make his walks shorter and have him wear doggie booties. I also volunteered at Helen Woodward Animal Shelter for a number of years. I’ve been taking care of pets since high school, throughout undergrad and currently while in graduate school! Since I don’t have the time for a pet of my own, I’m more than happy to help out with yours :) Currently studying for my doctorate of physical therapy boards exam so would love to have a study buddy or hang with your pets for walks!
