“First time Rover user, first time pet owner. I was very apprehensive about leaving my kitten with a stranger, but with travel plans already booked, I joined Rover and searched for a sitter. Though Madeline did not have a ton of reviews, her rate was extremely competitive and the reviews she did have, were very positive. So I jumped into the deep end and am very glad I went with Madeline. She lived fairly close by so it was easy to do a meet/greet and drop off my keys with her. She was very personable and my kitten warmed up to her very quickly at the meet/greet. She followed through on all her commitments, showing up on time and providing exceptional care to my kitten. She provided daily updates along with pictures. When my travel plans changed, Madeline was right there to assist us with Stoner's care. I would highly, highly recommend Madeline to take care of your loved one while you are away.
