I’ve been an animal lover my whole life! My dog Piper (in my profile pic) was with me from the time she was eight weeks old until she crossed the Rainbow Bridge in 2019. She was truly the best, and through caring for her, especially when she developed seizures, I gained valuable hands-on experience with senior pet care and medical needs. My family cat, Bailey, lived to age 22, and through him I learned how to give oral medications and simple injectables to keep him comfortable. Friends and family know me as the go-to “pet person,” which is what inspired me to join Rover. Since I don’t currently have a pet of my own, I put all my love into caring for yours. Whether it’s walks, playtime, snuggles, or keeping routines consistent, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for. You can trust that your pet will be in loving hands, and I guarantee they’ll have the best time with me.

Brooke went above and beyond for our pups over the holidays! We feel so lucky to have found her. We have two senior dogs that typically are sat at our house, but had to find somewhere else for them to stay this year and Brooke made them feel right at home. They loved staying with her. She also sent a ton of photos and videos which we appreciated so much. Could not recommend her more!!
Brooke did a great job on her first of hopefully many nights with my two babies. She had to administer meds to the older one and he seemed to take it better from her than me. They seemed content in the pics she sent throughout my trip. My home was in great shape when I returned. We are using Brooke again!

Schedule
My schedule is flexible and predictable. I teach scheduled group fitness classes at Bay Club Carmel Valley and also work occasional shifts at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club, which still gives me plenty of flexibility to plan my day around your pet’s routine. I’m rarely away for long stretches, and my boyfriend works from home, so your pet gets lots of company, attention, and care throughout the day.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and comfort always come first. In your home, I follow your pet’s normal routines and household rules closely, from meals and walks to all those little rituals that help them feel secure and happy. When pets stay with me, they get plenty of attention, affection, and supervision in a calm, pet-friendly, kid-free home. We genuinely love having animals here and do everything we can to help them settle in, feel comfortable, and feel like part of the family. I also send regular photos and updates, so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.
A typical day
I love getting dogs out for fresh air, exercise, and a little adventure! We have great walking paths and parks nearby, and I always choose outings based on your dog’s energy level, personality, and comfort. With your permission, I’m also happy to take them along for dog-friendly neighborhood strolls, local outings, or a relaxing stop at a pet-friendly patio. Every day is tailored to your pup, whether they’re happiest exploring, playing, getting in a good walk, or simply lounging at home with plenty of attention.

- The more I know about your pet ahead of time, the better I can tailor their care and help them feel comfortable from the start. I’d love to know things like: -How they do around other dogs, cats, and children -Any dietary needs, allergies, medications, or special routines -Their usual feeding, walking, and potty schedule -Whether they enjoy car rides or prefer to stay close to home -Any fears, triggers, or behaviors I should be aware of ...And of course, their favorite toys, games, treats, and funny little quirks! Every pet has their own personality, and knowing those details helps me keep them safe, happy, comfortable, and feeling right at home.
