“I contacted thomas on short notice as the person I had previously engaged cancelled at the last minute. He was very responsive and came by to meet Obe and Bubs the same day. Obe is very happy to meet everyone and can be a handful, Thomas was very calm and patient with Obe. Obe also had had an accident a couple days before and had 16 staples in his leg. Thomas was able to balance the needs of Obe being high energy but needing to take it slow due to the injury (which meant more walks since he couldn’t run like he loves to) and Bubs who is 17 and takes everything slow. Thomas took great care of them both and even took Obe to the vet to get his staples out while I was gone. (He actually had to take him twice since the first time they said the staples needed to be in longer). Thomas also took great care of the house, he watered the plants that needed care and the house was in excellent condition when I got back. I would 100% recommend Thomas and would use him again when I travel. Thanks for taking such good care of my boys!”

She got to the house by the requested time, gave DETAILED updates throughout the day (if you’ve ever booked here before you know that’s not necessarily the norm), tons of pictures, and left the house very clean. I’m usually glued to this app begging for pictures or updates but I didn’t need to with Tricia, I knew he was having a great time and was safe.
