About: What sets me apart is how much care and attention I give to each pet as an individual. I take the time to learn their age, personality, and daily routine so they feel comfortable and at ease. I have experience with puppies and enjoy helping reinforce basic training like house routines, leash manners, and positive reinforcement. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and truly love making sure pets feel safe, happy, and cared for. I also make it a priority to keep owners updated with photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. 🐾 I usually wake up around 5am to take the dogs out for their morning walks and that lasts about 30-60 minutes. Since I work from home most days, I sometimes take them for an afternoon walk if they are feeling very energetic. We have a little play ground we let them go to bring out their zoomies before coming back in. Around 4-5pm, we always go to the park close to our neighborhood to let our furry friends play with each other and socialize! In the days it rainy, we usually take a longer walk around the neighborhood. I care for pets by prioritizing their safety, routine, and overall well-being, whether they are in my home or a client’s home. I follow all owner instructions closely, including feeding schedules, portion sizes, medication administration, exercise needs, and any behavioral or medical considerations. I ensure pets have a clean, comfortable environment, fresh water at all times, and appropriate physical and mental stimulation.

About: Hi! I'm Vivian, a UCSD medical student and lifelong animal lover. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from 9-week-old puppies to 12-year-old senior dogs. In the past, I've provided dog walking, feeding, and overnight house sitting, and I'm comfortable following specific routines, administering basic care, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. When it comes to instructions for your animal, I will ask as many questions as I can do to ensure everything is planned out to your liking. I've also pet sat for countless friends since I was a teenager, so I know that every dog has a different personality and routine, and I take the time to learn what makes your pet comfortable rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether your pup needs an experienced hand with training reinforcement, extra patience, or just a loving, attentive presence while you're away, I treat every pet like my own. I currently have a lot of flexibility in my schedule! I'm not tied to a rigid 9-to-5, so I'm able to offer flexible availability throughout the week — including midday visits, walks, and drop-ins that a lot of full-time sitters can't accommodate. Whether it's a regular weekly routine or last-minute coverage, I have the bandwidth to be reliable and consistent, which I know matters most to pet parents. In my home, your pet will have plenty of space to relax and play — I have a dog-friendly 1,200 square foot apartment, and a trail nearby for walks and exercise. My own dog is incredibly social and loves playing with other dogs, so if your pup enjoys company, they'll have a built-in playmate during their stay. I treat every pet like a member of the household — consistent feeding schedules, plenty of attention, and enough space to settle in and feel comfortable rather than confined. When caring for pets in a client's home, I prioritize keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible — same feeding times, same walk schedule, same little habits they're used to. I want pets to feel like nothing has changed just because their owner is away, and I always treat their home with the same respect and care I'd want for my own.

About: I have been around pets since I was a child! I have frequently housesat and cared for a chow shepherd mix for several days at a time. I have cared for dogs of all different sizes for years- including feeding, brushing, teaching commands, walking, playing, and keeping them company. More recently, I lived with a sick elderly Russian Blue cat who I cared for for several years. She required frequent vet visits, special IV injections that I learned to give her, and strict diet restrictions for her disease. Alongside these specialized care instructions, I of course also fed her, played with her, brushed her, cleaned out her litter, and spent lots of time and cuddles with her. I have a PhD in chemistry but beyond science, I love cats and dogs (and all animals) and would love to help you take care of your beloved furry friends! I am responsible, detail-oriented, and a loving caregiver. I am also flexible with the rate and am happy to negotiate! I work a 9-5 full-time job, however, the hours are flexible. I would be available to check in on and take care of your pet in the morning and/or evening. Weekends I have more availability with no time restrictions! I am a loving caregiver who will talk to your pet, give them lots of love and play time, and would be thrilled to keep them company and hang out with them. I am responsible, organized, and reliable and would love the chance to help you out!

About: I have grown up with pets in my family and have responsibly cared for dogs and rabbits. I am responsive and take commitments seriously. I think I would be an excellent pet sitter. I currently work part time at UTC, and attend UCSD as a full time student. I am available in the mornings/evenings as well as weekends. I am very flexible. I will be very respectful of the clients house should I find myself staying there with the dog. I am unable to house since I reside in an on campus apartment.

In my personal life I’ve always owned specialty pets, birds and guinea pigs specifically, which has taught me to be super attentive to little details and changes in behavior. Most of all, I’ll give your furry friend all my love! I’m a recent UCSD graduate currently working evenings from 5pm onwards, which means I have all day to play with your pets! I spend my days keeping up with chores and personal projects, and pet-sitting/dog-walking has been the perfect break in my day! I completely understand that your home is your personal space, and you need someone you can trust to take care of it, as well as your pets! I have experience doing in-home visits while owners are away, and I’ll make sure your baby is well taken care of and happy!
