Once again, Gretel was in wonderful hands with Ellyn while I was away overnight. It gives me such peace of mind to know my little (ok not so little) girl is relaxed, comfortable and happy. Thank you Ellyn!

Ellyn was consistently on time or early for scheduled walks and dressed appropriately to walk a dog. During our initial meet and greet, she suggested booking services outside of Rover at a lower rate, but I was not comfortable with that and chose to book only through the app. However, after providing a detailed checklist of expectations, I still needed to remind and request that certain tasks be completed. Communication lacked detail and consistency, which made it difficult to feel fully informed about my pet’s care. Additionally, Ellyn does not have a vehicle, which could be a concern in the event of an emergency requiring transportation to a vet or hospital. Her cancellation policy also felt inflexible when I needed to cancel due to illness, even while trying to be considerate of her time and health. Overall, the care provided felt fairly minimal, and unfortunately my pet did not seem to fully take to her. We will not be rebooking or recommending Ellyn.
