About: I’ve grown up with dogs in my house at all times, and have a lifetime of experience walking, feeding, and taking care of them over the years. Recently, my childhood dog Kona (a sheepdog mutt) crossed the rainbow bridge, and I really miss being around dogs. As a kid, I taught Kona how to fetch when she was 5 months old, tricks and commands (sit, roll over, speak, shake), and I cut her long sheepdog coat about every other month for almost 10 years :). My recent experience includes dog sitting, walking, and helping raise my sisters’ dogs (ranging from a 1 month old lab to a 15 year old husky mix). I also cat sit (2 cats) for my friend in New York when I visit. I’ve been told I have a special gift of connecting with dogs and cats, and I truly enjoy spending time with them :) I’ve even worked with dogs on-set for clients at work! I’m a competitive lacrosse player, so I am already active and have the strength to handle bigger breeds. My sister’s 1-year old lab is almost 80lbs and I take care of him regularly. Looking for some extra opportunities to go on walks/runs and stay active!! I also grew up in San Diego and currently have a lot of schedule flexibility since I freelance for work. I currently freelance and have a light load of clients at the moment, so I have a lot of time and flexibility. I can be available weekdays and weekends. I’d love consistent schedules but can be available for last minute or one off bookings as well. I am very respectful of others’ spaces, and can follow rules very well if your dog(s) need to be crated, only in certain rooms, etc. I won’t enter or use any part of your home that you don’t feel comfortable with and will always default to the side of caution to ensure your privacy and trust. My house is in a safe neighborhood with a backyard with plenty of shade from pine trees for dog to enjoy. I can house your dog for short or long trips if needed. I am able to provide a luxury boarding service at a beautiful, large, home with a massive pet safe backyard! We even have a pool if your pup loves to swim. I provide basic training (unless you prefer I don’t!) and I have a bachelors in art from a prestigious university- so I will provide as many photos and videos as you’d like for free- and can also offer photo shoot and portrait painting (either digital or traditional) services, which can be great for getting your pup at their most comfortable when meeting a photographer or painter! I can provide one on one time, I never leave dogs alone unless requested, and I provide your dog all the cuddles and playtime they want! Since it can be better for both me and you, we can negotiate rates for all services based on your preferences- I won’t ask you to pay for something your pup wouldn’t benefit from! I am American Red cross Cat and Dog First Aid certified, updated very recently. I’ve taken care of my family pets since I was four years old, and got my first dog of my own, a teacup yorkie named Sophie, who was my support dog when I was around 13 years old. Ever since then I’ve had a wonderful support dog named Tommy, and now I currently am training my dog Stevie and my puppy, Chloe to be psychiatric service dogs, working with a professional trainer who thinks I’m a natural! I am a great trainer and I am more than happy to offer that service if you’d like, but i’m not a certified trainer yet! I know pet first aid and cpr. I also had another puppy who lived for just under a year, who passed during a routine anesthesia procedure, which was devastating, but now I know she lives on in my puppy Chloe. I am disabled (chronic lower back pain) but i have mobility aids, can walk around your home/my home unaided, can carry small dogs if requested, and can take your pup out as many times as you’d like. I have a HUGE backyard with plenty of grass, and so I can play with the pups/be outside with them as much as you’d like! Currently in the house here I have Stevie and Chloe, but they can be crated/in a separate part of the house as much as you’d like. I will have one of my parents home so they can keep them 100% completely out of sight if that’s your preference! I’m looking to become a dogsitter because, honestly, dogs are my favorite, and i love connecting with dogs with positive reinforcement and love! I’m so beyond excited for the opportunity to meet your dogs! (And maybe even paint them for you, too!) I currently work remotely part time so i’ll be home all day and all night, and i make my own hours so I can take pretty much any job, any time, for any length of time. When i’m at home without any other pups here, I take care of my dogs Stevie and Chloe full time. They sleep with me (unless you’d rather your pup sleep up here!) so have special puppy guards on the bed so they don’t accidentally fall off while they sleep up here ever! If you’d like, i can keep my dogs with one of my parents so your pups don’t interact. I have a big fenced yard that not even the smallest puppy could get out from! I have two extremely well behaved soon to be service dogs that i’m currently training, They are very small Yorkies, Stevie is 6 years old and about 7 pounds, and Chloe is 5 months and about 2.5 pounds. They can be involved as much or as little as you prefer, but all dogs in our home need to be fully vaccinated please. In your home, I would do everything a dog needs, I’d make sure water is full and available 24/7, i’d take your pups out for playing/potty breaks as often as you’d prefer, i’d feed them and give medication if needed (i have lots of experience giving puppies, adult, and senior dogs medications!) If you let me know your preferences, i’m sure i can treat your dog with so much care and love, and help them feel their routines aren’t too different then they are with you, if that’s your preference! And I LOVE dog cuddles, and cat cuddles! Also, my brother is a vet tech that works at Rancho Bernardo Vetrinary Clinic so I have him, my vet, and my trusted vet emergency hospital all on speed dial, just in case! If needed I can hop in a car and take your pups to the park, the vet, the er, to get groomed, etc. (I will never put your dog in my car without consent, of course!!)

I regularly step away from my computer to take breaks, so taking a furry friend out for a walk is an added bonus! I will host up to 2 pets a night, I have separate gated areas in my home to ensure food schedules are calm and peaceful while keeping everyone happy as they’re being slowly integrated with one another, everyone is safe and secure at all times. All pets cared for must be potty trained, spayed/neutered, have absolutely no aggression issues towards other animals or people, are not constant barkers or cry and bark due to separation anxiety. ***Aggression issues and separation anxiety of any kind are non-negotiable.*** If your pet has any level of this type of behavior, it’s not the right fit for my home. It’s very important to maintain a calm, peaceful and safe environment for everyone sharing the space. For overnight boarding, pets will sleep downstairs in the main living room area on their own bed/crate, pets will not be permitted to be on furniture or in the upstairs bedroom areas. I have walked dogs of all sizes and love getting to know each of their personalities. I have lived in San Diego for about 14 years now, so I am knowledgeable about all the best dog-walking trails/routes, especially in the Del Mar area! About: I have taken care of dogs and cats long before I ever had any of my own! In terms of cats, I never owned any, but I was always around cats and foster kittens at others' houses, and love them! I've had my own dog for over 12 years, and I also spend much of my time taking care of larger and elderly dogs (with physical issues) of my relatives. Due to this, I also have experience with walking 1-3 dogs at a time. I love to pick up the speed of a walk, but I can also be patient and cater towards the needs of injured or elderly dogs. I had an initial facetime meeting a couple days before and I felt comfortable because Anna answered my questions and was overall very pleasant. We dropped off Sammy and showed her what to do with his food n bedding n we were off. I liked that Anna’s home was very nice, clean and orderly from what I can see from her living room. She has a big front grass yard as well as a backyard and Sammy enjoyed it. She walked Sammy 2x a day and made sure to feed him and she let him cozy next to her on his downtime.
