“Julia was a fantastic sitter for my baby Kimchi! She sent multiple photos + updates throughout my pets stay, fed her medicine everyday, and her pup Yuki was so gentle and patient with Kimchi. Her place is very secure, so I felt safe having her there. She also takes Kimchi on walks which not all sitters do. And lastly Kimchi has always been an anxious dog who doesn’t acclimate well in new settings, and while she still gets afraid of Julia’s roommates, she felt safe and calm with Julia right off the bat. Please feel free to message me about services i can provide or waive; and I am more than willing to negotiate a fair price depending on the level of care your pup needs! I am able to provide a luxury boarding service at a beautiful, large, home with a massive pet safe backyard! We even have a pool if your pup loves to swim. I provide basic training (unless you prefer I don’t!) and I have a bachelors in art from a prestigious university- so I will provide as many photos and videos as you’d like for free- and can also offer photo shoot and portrait painting (either digital or traditional) services, which can be great for getting your pup at their most comfortable when meeting a photographer or painter! (Since Rover is now claiming copyright over my own photos of your pups, any photoshoot photos with great potential for paintings will need to be sent to you separately if you request them!) I can provide one on one time, I never leave dogs alone unless requested, and I provide your dog all the cuddles and playtime they want! I am a great trainer and I am more than happy to offer that service if you’d like, but i’m not a certified trainer yet! I know pet first aid and cpr. I also had another puppy who lived for just under a year, who passed during a routine anesthesia procedure, which was devastating, but now I know she lives on in my puppy Chloe. I am disabled (chronic lower back pain) but i have mobility aids, can walk around your home/my home unaided, can carry small dogs if requested, and can take your pup out as many times as you’d like. I have a HUGE backyard with plenty of grass, and so I can play with the pups/be outside with them as much as you’d like! Currently in the house here I have Stevie and Chloe, but they can be crated/in a separate part of the house as much as you’d like. I will have one of my parents home so they can keep them 100% completely out of sight if that’s your preference! I’m looking to become a dogsitter because, honestly, dogs are my favorite, and i love connecting with dogs with positive reinforcement and love! I’m so beyond excited for the opportunity to meet your dogs! (And maybe even paint them for you, too!) I currently work remotely part time so i’ll be home all day and all night, and i make my own hours so I can take pretty much any job, any time, for any length of time. When i’m at home without any other pups here, I take care of my dogs Stevie and Chloe full time. They sleep with me (unless you’d rather your pup sleep up here!) so have special puppy guards on the bed so they don’t accidentally fall off while they sleep up here ever! If you’d like, i can keep my dogs with one of my parents so your pups don’t interact. I have a big fenced yard that not even the smallest puppy could get out from! I have two extremely well behaved soon to be service dogs that i’m currently training, They are very small Yorkies, Stevie is 6 years old and about 7 pounds, and Chloe is 5 months and about 2.5 pounds. They can be involved as much or as little as you prefer, but all dogs in our home need to be fully vaccinated please. In your home, I would do everything a dog needs, I’d make sure water is full and available 24/7, i’d take your pups out for playing/potty breaks as often as you’d prefer, i’d feed them and give medication if needed (i have lots of experience giving puppies, adult, and senior dogs medications!) If you let me know your preferences, i’m sure i can treat your dog with so much care and love, and help them feel their routines aren’t too different then they are with you, if that’s your preference! And I LOVE dog cuddles, and cat cuddles! Also, my brother is a vet tech that works at Rancho Bernardo Vetrinary Clinic so I have him, my vet, and my trusted vet emergency hospital all on speed dial, just in case! If needed I can hop in a car and take your pups to the park, the vet, the er, to get groomed, etc. (I will never put your dog in my car without consent, of course!!)

About: I’ve grown up with dogs in my house at all times, and have a lifetime of experience walking, feeding, and taking care of them over the years. Recently, my childhood dog Kona (a sheepdog mutt) crossed the rainbow bridge, and I really miss being around dogs. As a kid, I taught Kona how to fetch when she was 5 months old, tricks and commands (sit, roll over, speak, shake), and I cut her long sheepdog coat about every other month for almost 10 years :). My recent experience includes dog sitting, walking, and helping raise my sisters’ dogs (ranging from a 1 month old lab to a 15 year old husky mix). I also cat sit (2 cats) for my friend in New York when I visit. I’ve been told I have a special gift of connecting with dogs and cats, and I truly enjoy spending time with them :) I’ve even worked with dogs on-set for clients at work! I’m a competitive lacrosse player, so I am already active and have the strength to handle bigger breeds. My sister’s 1-year old lab is almost 80lbs and I take care of him regularly. Looking for some extra opportunities to go on walks/runs and stay active!! I also grew up in San Diego and currently have a lot of schedule flexibility since I freelance for work. I currently freelance and have a light load of clients at the moment, so I have a lot of time and flexibility. I can be available weekdays and weekends. I’d love consistent schedules but can be available for last minute or one off bookings as well. I am very respectful of others’ spaces, and can follow rules very well if your dog(s) need to be crated, only in certain rooms, etc. I won’t enter or use any part of your home that you don’t feel comfortable with and will always default to the side of caution to ensure your privacy and trust. About: From walking my first childhood dog at 6 to caring for loved ones' dogs throughout my teens, I knew I loved pet care! I specialize in stubborn and/or hyperactive pups! I have walked dogs of all sizes and love getting to know each of their personalities. I have lived in San Diego for about 14 years now, so I am knowledgeable about all the best dog-walking trails/routes, especially in the Del Mar area! I can't wait to meet you and your pup :) I just graduated from UCLA and moved back home to San Diego, so I have a lot of newfound time on my hands! I am available throughout the day on weekdays and have no problems walking early in the morning or later at night. I recognize that all pets have different needs, wants, and personalities that warrant hyper-individualized care. I make specified folders for each dog I care for that list preferences, dos/dont's, and any other important information.
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats long before I ever had any of my own! In terms of cats, I never owned any, but I was always around cats and foster kittens at others' houses, and love them! I've had my own dog for over 12 years, and I also spend much of my time taking care of larger and elderly dogs (with physical issues) of my relatives. Due to this, I also have experience with walking 1-3 dogs at a time. I love to pick up the speed of a walk, but I can also be patient and cater towards the needs of injured or elderly dogs. About: I have had a dog since I was born! I have had a German Shorthaired pointer named Mavi, and a Chocolate Lab named Ziggie. I love being around dogs and in the outdoors. I have been relied on to feed, bathe, and play with the dogs of neighbors and friends as I have grown up. This last summer I dog sat and house sat for a family for 3 months! During that time I also cat sat for the neighbors. I love being around dogs and cats! I have online classes, but have a flexible schedule! I also babysit and drive so I can work around any schedule.
