As a full time student, I start most days with classes and end them with homework. Midday to early evening is reserved for my four legged friends! I’m generally available for walks and drop-ins every weekend day after 12:00 and all day on the weekends.

Having a dog sitter in your home when you’re not there can be a stressful experience, so my goal is to maximize both your and your dog or cats comfort by providing clear, open communication and lots of pictures and updates. I want you to be able to enjoy your vacation or focus on your day at work knowing I’ll take the time to get to know your dog or cat and provide them the same care and attention you would while respecting your space and property.

A typical day
Does your dog love to be outside? So do I! I’m always happy to walk/run around the neighborhood, play ball in the yard, or even work on learning some new tricks to break up the day and provide some mental stimulation. I know one size doesn’t fit all, and not all dogs (or owners) want the same kind of walk. For my regular clients, I always have a plan B incase Fido doesn’t feel like walking the same route for the 3rd time this week. As long as your furry friend is happy, I’m happy!

I've had 5 years of experience house sitting with dogs and 19 years of experience living with them! I have a beautiful Dogo Argentino so I’m used to providing lots of attention, treats, baths, and exercise for dogs, from 5lb chihuahuas to 110lb mastiffs. I’m fairly well acquainted with young and elderly cat care and recently got the chance to expand into kitten care, though if your kitten is very young or you have a mama cat with babies, I’ll want to work very closely with you on details. I love all critters, including snakes, spiders, fish, birds, and rodents, so I’m happy to care for any other pets in your household as well. I provide: Lots of attention and cuddles Good walks and trips to the park as approved by owner Safe car travel as needed (ex: to and from the park) Treats and toys as positive reinforcement I'm experienced in: Walking, brushing and bathing dogs of all sizes Reinforcing obedience training in young dogs Administering oral medication, eye and ear drops, and injections for dogs and cats Assisting in veterinary exams for dogs and cats Emergency wound care Tarantula care and husbandry

Wow! Emily is the best sitter I’ve had in a long time. I booked her for a long visit, and was so nervous to be away from my cat. But Emily gave me reassurances by sending me photos and updates on my cats behavior. It’s a really good sign that my shy but loving kitty warmed up to her so quickly, and was even waiting for her by the window on their last visit! Emily also took care of my plants, which was so essential too. I would 10/10 hire her for your pet sitting needs, I will surely be doing the same next time I need a sitter ❤️
