Luz was absolutely amazing! She stayed at my home with my two dogs while I was out of town for the weekend and was incredibly attentive throughout the entire stay. She sent lots of texts and photo updates, which was amazing and made me feel super comfortable knowing my girls were happy and being well taken care of. She was also an amazing house guest, I came home to my apartment just as clean, if not cleaner, than when I left! Most importantly, the dogs were happy and clearly well cared for. As new to Rover we were nervous about new sitters. Janet was a sigh of relief during our meet & greet; we quickly booked a 2 day/night trial stay. The stay went extremely well with her paying close attention to our pet’s needs, keeping them safe, fed on schedule, and medicated as instructed.. We occasionally contacted Janet with specific requests which she handled professionally and without issue. Janet is a responsible house/pet sitter and is a nice addition to our contact list for when we travel.
Meagan was such a wonderful sitter for our senior dog and our two kitties. Right from the start, we felt like they were in good hands. She followed all of our instructions and took great care of our home. She sent us lots of updates and asked questions up front. It was such a seamless experience and we will definitely book her again if we need another sitter!

As novices on rover, we were quite nervous about trial-runs with new sitters. Our meet & greet with Brenda was very impressive with her extensive background in animal care, work with shelters and rescues; we quickly booked a trial-run with her for the following two days/nights. The trial-run went extremely well. Anytime we contacted her for anything, she course-corrected as requested. She was great with our fur babies, making sure they were safe, ate well and were medicated as instructed. Brenda is a great find! She is at the top of our contact list for pet care and house-sitting while we travel.

Vanessa was great! This was an initial meeting / dog sitting to see how Charlie would do in a possible longer term situation with dog sitting.
