About: Dogs have been part of my life since I was a child, and I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels for over 11 years. I was the proud owner of a special-needs senior dog who I cared for from the time I was 18 until he peacefully crossed the rainbow bridge, so I understand the patience, dedication, and unconditional love our pets deserve. About: I've been walking and sitting dogs for over nine years now, and it's something I absolutely love. My experience includes owning some larger, powerful breeds like German Shepherds, Great Danes, and English Mastiffs, so I'm very comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Currently, I have a Belgian Malinois, which means I'm well-versed in providing the kind of structured exercise and mental stimulation that high-energy dogs need to thrive. Pet care is a big part of my daily and weekly routine, especially with a Belgian Malinois! Every morning starts with a good walk or run to burn off some energy, followed by feeding. Throughout the day, there are potty breaks, training sessions, and playtime. Evenings usually involve another walk and some quiet cuddle time. On a weekly basis, I make sure to schedule grooming, vet check-ups if needed, and dedicated time for more intensive training or enrichment activities to keep things interesting. It's all about consistency and making sure they're happy and healthy! When I care for pets, whether it's in my home or a client's, the main goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. This usually means sticking to their regular feeding schedule, giving them their meds if needed, and making sure they get plenty of exercise and playtime. I also pay close attention to their behavior, looking for any signs of discomfort or illness, and keep in touch with the owner to give them updates and peace of mind.

“William was so great with the dogs! We asked him to house sit and to be with the dogs for a few days. He came by a couple of days before we left to get familiar with them, so they'd be comfortable. He sent updates in the morning and night and said that he played with the dogs a lot. I could see that the pups really enjoyed/benefitted from having him around. He's a pretty cool dude and we'll definitely be asking him to dog sit in the future! 10/10 would recommend.”
