“Tina took great care of our kitties! She was a great communicator and she sent lots of pictures so we felt at ease while we were away. Our girls were clearly comfortable with her. I also appreciated that she offered a meet and greet beforehand even though I wasn’t able to make the time work”

“Elizabeth was great! She is communicative, responsible, and left the house in perfect condition. Our Lola was very happy and healthy upon our return. I highly recommend Elizabeth.”

“Very flexible with our plans even over the holidays! Didn’t really have to worry about of fur babies at all, she was able to take great care of them and take them even on longer walks than normal, would not hesitate to use her again!”

“Gail was the most amazing cat sitter! She took such amazing care of my baby and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She was great at communicating, was very prepared, sent me tons of photos of my girl, and was so kind! Truly the best! 10000/10”

“Shelby sat at our home with our dogs. They warmed up quickly to her and we're very happy she sat for us. She left our home tidy, and we will book her again for sure in the future.”

About: I have cared for dogs and cats my entire life, including dogs of all sizes. I am experienced in giving medications, walking, feeding, and taking out for potty breaks and doing so in a loving and patient manner. As an animal lover I also like to give back to the animal community and have done so by volunteering at the animal shelter where I have learned so much. I am a former Registered Nurse so I have plenty of experience administering shots and I am currently looking into vet tech schools to pursue a new exciting career working closely with animals of all kinds. I am excited to meet you and your furry friends. I currently have 2 cats and 3 grand pups. That’s right. All 3 of my children have adorable dogs and I help care for them every week. I enjoy walking them, feeding them and playing with them. I would have a dog of my own too, but I live in a tiny apartment and my 2 cats, Simba and Floyd are my best friends. I have worked as a dog walker in the past for a company in Carlsbad where I gained valuable experience. I will provide exceptional care for your pets in your home. I will feed, water, walk and play and take them out for potty breaks. I can administer medication as well. I am patient and caring with a background in nursing. I can’t wait to meet your furry family members.
“Daniel took great care of our pup and our home. He kept him active and socialized, and provided updates and pictures along the way. The house was spotless when we got back. For walks or stays, we look forward to having him take care of Dobby again in the future.”

About: I grew up dog sitting since I was 10 years old. I had 2 German Shepherd’s. One I adopted at 6 months old and trained. I’m the friend everyone calls when they need a trusted & loving pet sitter since I’m reliable and have a flexible schedule! I also have experience with rescues that are not friendly with other dogs. I have certain walking areas near my that are secluded from other dogs if needed. I work full time from home with a flexible schedule. I’m very active and love to go on walks, even better to have a furry friend with me! I live alone in a one bedroom apartment. My complex is very dog friendly with pet areas and a walking trail that goes around the building. I have a big SUV that’s easy to fold down seats if needed. Love the dog park or a neighborhood walk.
“Kaitlin was wonderful with our 14 week old basset hound puppy! She was right on time, very communicative throughout the day, and incredibly sweet and caring. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our puppy was in such good hands. We’d absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and kind sitter!”

“Halle is absolutely amazing and saved our trip, watching our two frenchies on extremely short notice! She was so trustworthy, flexible, and patient! She kept me updated and sent such cute pictures! Appreciate you so much, Halle!!!”
“What a great experience! I had Vanessa stay at my place for 5 nights with my 2 dogs and it was great. I got pictures of my girls and updates daily so communication was excellent! My girls were happy and healthy when I got home and my place was clean. Will absolutely be booking again! :)”

“Elena did such an amazing job watching my two dogs. she saved me last minute when the origional sitter i booked canceled. she sent me so many updates and photos and i could tell both dogs were so happy to have her there! she left my house better than when i left it i will 100% be booking her again in the future:)”

“I highly recommend Sabrina! She took excellent care of our dog Olive and our house. Olive absolutely loves Sabrina so I know she is getting the best care possible when we are away. Thank you, Sabrina!”

“Grateful for the care of our furry handful—he really can be a handful due to his dog aggression—and the excellent communication that Dwayne provided. I felt comfortable and confident leaving Pongo in Dwayne's care, which has not always been the case with other sitters. When we returned home, Pongo looked fat and happy. (He always looks fat.) And our house looked great.”

“Vanessa was so kind and flexible with us as our plans shifted. She took great care of our puppy Tulip and our home. We look forward to working with her again soon!”

“Lauren was an excellent cat/house sitter while I was away on a work trip! My cat Loki is very social and loves a lot of attention, so I really appreciated how present Lauren was with him, and how much she played with him! She sent me a lot of pictures, which kept my mind at ease while I was away. I will definitely rebook with Lauren again!”

About: Hi! I’m a reliable, dog loving sitter with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all kinds, from my family’s Rottweiler to dogs I’ve watched for friends, family, past employers and current employers :). I know every dog is different, so I focus on making them feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’ll treat your dog like one of my own. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to build my day around pet care. I also like to stay active, which makes dog walks a natural part of my routine. Whether it’s morning, midday, or evening, I can be available to give your dog the attention and care they need. I usually just follow whatever routine your dog is already used to (feeding times, walks, playtime, all of that) so nothing feels off for them. In your home, I try to keep things as normal and low stress as possible. If they’re with me, they’ll get regular walks, attention, and a calm, clean space to hang out. I’m pretty attentive and good at picking up on what a dog needs, whether that’s more activity or just time to chill.

I cannot express enough gratitude enough for Stacy!! Thoughtful ✅ communicative ✅ flexible ✅ reliable ✅ affordable ✅ trustworthy ✅ kind ✅ genuine ✅ pup-loving ✅ and an all-around lovely human who goes above and beyond with the support she provides. My doggo loves spending time with her and I have complete peace of mind when I leave her in Stacy’s care. 10 / 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🙌🙌🙌

Callahan was very gentle with our pup and made her feel comfortable from the start! She was very flexible and communicative which helped us feel comfortable about our trip away from our dog. Callahan also helped us take out the trash. We would definitely hire her again.

Morgan was amazing, as always. Super responsive, sends lots of pics, and made us feel totally comfortable leaving our new puppy with her while we were out of town for the long weekend. I swear we came back to a better trained puppy who is comfortable walking more than a few blocks from our house.

Mackenzie was amazing! I asked her very last minute to watch our two dogs while we were out of town and I (and the pups) immediately loved her. She was communicative and I felt very comfortable with her staying in our space. I would absolutely recommend Mackenzie and will be booking again!

Tina took great care of our kitties! She was a great communicator and she sent lots of pictures so we felt at ease while we were away. Our girls were clearly comfortable with her. I also appreciated that she offered a meet and greet beforehand even though I wasn’t able to make the time work

Best Rover experience ever for our two pups, Gizmo and Teddy! We received constant updates, photos, and so much love and care that we were actually able to relax while away. Coming home to two happy, calm boys meant everything — we will absolutely book again! 🐾💕

Carter and Ashley watched our dog for three days while we were out of town. They sent lots of photos and it was clear our pup had a great time with them. She was very happy and relaxed when we returned. There were lots of of walks, and even a hike and beach time. They left our place in great shape. We look forward them having take care of our fur baby again!

Bethany was incredibly kind and accommodating when I needed someone to stay at my home (very last minute on my end) for a weekend. She took amazing care of both of my boys 🐾 and handled one of my dog’s injury situations so well, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. Communication was amazing throughout, and I truly appreciated all of her help. Would absolutely book with her again!

This is my first time using Rover and I'm so grateful I found Vanessa. I have an old blind, Australian Cattle Dog with a heart condition who is selective with people and dogs. He warmed up to Vanessa quickly during our meet and greet, and I fully trusted him in her care. We also have a cat who quickly fell in love her. Vanessa was a great listener as I outlined my dog's quirks, and asked if she could take videos of how I administer the medication etc. to keep his routine as normal as possible. She was professional, great at communication, quick to respond, and arrived on time (actually early). A couple of days before we left, I asked her to come earlier than the proposed time and she was able to accommodate that no problem. The house was left in great condition - the animals were happy and safe, and I will definitely book Vanessa again in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of our pack!

Hung is one of the best pet sitters I’ve had off Rover so far. He is professional, communicative, actively anticipates any issues and ensures all your expectations and wants are known and met. Will be rebooking soon! Thanks for all the great videos and photos of Ghost!

Sarah did a great job house sitting with my fur baby. She kept to his schedule, made sure he got his walks, and was comfortable at home. She communicated updates regularly which I appreciated. The house was clean when I returned. I would definitely book with Sarah again!

As soon as I made travel plans for a week, I again contacted Daniele. She is now going to be my go to sitter for my dog. Dora is on a strict medication schedule, and Daniele did a great job not only with this, but she sends pictures daily, and Dora is excited when she gets here:) I am grateful for her care and kindness with Dora, and I would recommend Daniele again.
