“Ana is my go-to sitter in San Diego! My dog gets anxious away from home and Ana created a calm and welcoming environment. He’s also a picky eater but takes oral medication everyday. Ana was able to ensure he was taking his meds. It was such a relief having someone so wonderful and attentive watching him while I was away. I also appreciated all the communication—lots of photos and texts describing daily walks and activities and anything that was out of the normal. Can’t recommend Ana enough!”

“Wendy was so so helpful in so many ways I can’t even recommend her enough! I always know my guy was cared for and she is incredibly reliable, communicative, and attentive to an older dog’s needs! Thank you, Wendy!”

Communication was great and overall care was top notch!”

“Natasha was incredibly attentive to our 8 month old pup and communicated regular updates! I appreciated that she asked how frequently we wanted updates to help set expectations upfront. She made sure our pup was not just well taken care of but engaged and exercised regularly, plus she kept up with training which was a bonus. We even went through travel delays getting home and she was flexible to accommodate the extra time, it was great knowing our dog was taken care of and didn't add to the stress of travel. We would absolutely use Natasha again.”

About: I’ve have always grown up with pets, making me develop an extreme love for animals. I’ve had 2 dogs, and a cat who eventually has 7 kittens when I was 10 years old. Me and my family took care of them for 8 weeks until they could go to new homes! My love for animals has only strengthened, and after my childhood dog had passed, I wanted to take the love I had and still have for him, and share it with others by helping them take care of their pets. I knew the anxiety of trying to find the right person to care for your pet, and I want to ensure that I will give your pet so much love and care as if they were my own. I have a certificate in Cat and Dog First Aid conducted by American Red Cross so do not worry, your pet is in safe hands! I’m also very flexible for all types of energies your pet may have, I’m happy to chill out or run around and play some tug of war! I am currently a part time student at San Diego Mesa College, so I will have more than enough time to care for your dogs and cats! I’m always happy to get out of the house, especially if I get to meet more furry friends! My house is fully enclosed, with a fenced front yard and backyard. Almost all windows have screens, and I currently have one cat who is very independent and will be no trouble for your pet!

“Another fantastic vacation for Henri with Christina. We are so grateful for her and how much we appreciate having her in our home. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are kept informed, as well as the pictures she shares with us. Would recommend her 150 percent. She is the best! Thanks again.”

“Latisha is WONDERFUL!!! We left our two cats in her care during a trip to Japan and they loved her. Even our shy cat was comfortable around her! She is thorough, conscientious, and an expert sitter. About: Hi! I’m a reliable, dog loving sitter with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all kinds, from my family’s Rottweiler to dogs I’ve watched for friends, family, past employers and current employers :). I know every dog is different, so I focus on making them feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’ll treat your dog like one of my own. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to build my day around pet care. I also like to stay active, which makes dog walks a natural part of my routine. Whether it’s morning, midday, or evening, I can be available to give your dog the attention and care they need. I usually just follow whatever routine your dog is already used to (feeding times, walks, playtime, all of that) so nothing feels off for them. In your home, I try to keep things as normal and low stress as possible. If they’re with me, they’ll get regular walks, attention, and a calm, clean space to hang out. I’m pretty attentive and good at picking up on what a dog needs, whether that’s more activity or just time to chill.

About: Hi! I'm Courtney, a lifelong dog lover based in Point Loma. For the last 13 years, my world revolved around caring for my Golden Retriever/Rottweiler mix, Bodi. He recently passed away, and while my home is a little quieter these days, I'd love to spend time caring for other people's dogs. I work from home, so I have a flexible schedule and am able to provide plenty of attention throughout the day. I am the sole caregiver during all bookings, whether your pet is staying in my home, I'm stopping by for a drop-in visit, or taking them on a walk. Having cared for a senior dog, I'm especially comfortable with older dogs, large breeds, slower walks, medication routines, and pups who simply need a little extra patience and companionship. I'm also happy to care for young, energetic, playful dogs who love to explore and have fun. When boarding, I only accept up to two dogs from the same family at a time so I can give them my full attention. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and even in bed if that's what they're used to at home. I have a fully fenced patio, and because I work from home, dogs are rarely left alone for more than a couple of hours. I know firsthand how nerve-racking it can be to leave your pet with someone new. I'll always communicate clearly, send plenty of photos and updates, and care for your dog the way I'd want someone to care for mine. Whether your pup wants an adventure, a relaxing walk, or just lots of affection, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. Pet care has been part of my daily routine for years. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and making sure pets get the attention they deserve. I enjoy being active and outdoors, and I love giving owners peace of mind with updates and photos while they're away. Whether your pet is staying in my home or I'm caring for them in yours, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any special instructions. In my home, I only accept up to two dogs from the same family at a time so I can give them plenty of individual attention. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and even in bed if that's what they're used to at home. I have a fully fenced patio for fresh air and outdoor time, and because I have flexible schedules, pets are rarely left alone for more than a couple of hours. I'll also send regular photos and updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.

“I had a great experience with Kelsey! My dog is usually very skittish around new people, but he warmed up to her right away — which says a lot. She was kind, patient, and clearly great with dogs. When I came to pick him up, he was relaxed and happy, which gave me real peace of mind. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter!”

“Lara was absolutely the best at taking care of our pup Perseus. He got along well with her, she knew how to make him comfortable in a new place, and she sent pictures and videos during the day care.”

“Best experienece ever. Dillin hosted us at the peak of holiday season. He was quick to respond and his location which is so close to sea world and Zoo made it ideal. He has a decent sized yard and took great care of our 90lbs emglish lab and 6 month old hyper husky. He would keep sending us pics and updates on the dogs and we were so lucky to have found dillon. Yes his prices were higher than the others but totally worth it. You pay for what you get. Highly recommend. Hope you have a similar experience like ours.”

“Oliver loved his time with Taylor and their dog Benny! I picked up a very happy and tired dog at the end of the day. Taylor was also very accommodating to my schedule and was a great communicator. You could tell she really has a soft spot for dogs and wants to do whatever she can to make them comfortable and happy! We can’t wait to use her again!”

About: I'm a total dog person! No matter the breed, I'm sure to love and adore every dog I meet. I've been around dogs my entire life and am well-versed in the unique personalities and quirks that come with different breeds. Growing up, friends and family regularly relied on me to care for their pets while they were away, which gave me experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. In San Diego, I’ve been walking dogs for the last 5 years. Some of the breeds I have extensive experience with include English Bulldogs, Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and Pugs. I also have an English Bulldog of my own, so I'm very familiar with the special care brachycephalic (smushed-face) breeds require, including their sensitivity to heat and exercise. I currently work from home 4.5 days a week (Tuesday mornings I am in office), so have a fairly flexible schedule when it comes to tending to your pets needs🙂 My English Bulldog is a total couch potato! He's spent a lot of time around other dogs and loves having a companion to hang out and relax with when we host. We live in a spacious two-story, two-bedroom ADU with a private, fenced yard that gives dogs plenty of room to run and play. Our home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Point Loma. Out of respect for our neighbors and to ensure a calm environment for all of our guests, we do not accept dogs with barking habits.

“LeeAnn and her tiny hotdog doggie took great care of my dog while I was visiting San Diego for a concert! She sent me pics of them playing and they took him for a walk and when I picked him up for the night he was so pooped he fell right asleep. Thanks so much for the updates and pics and great care!”

About: I’ve been a dog owner since age 10. I love all dogs and believe I have the skill set for any scenario! I will take care of your fur babies with extra love and patience! I’m currently active duty military to secure my career and get an education, and want to make extra money while being surrounded by pets that I adore! I have many leashes accommodating to any pet walk! I also have many bowls and extra toys to give if/when needed on walks or visits!

About: My name is Anna! I am a dog lover, owner and walking aficionado. I have spent the majority of my life both around and taking care of animals - from family and friends to my very own, dogs become instant family to me. I enjoy that happy dog smile of outside freedom and will make sure your pup is getting the fresh air, exercise and love they deserve! I'm experienced and confident with dogs of all breeds for games of fetch, long walks to match their energy (fast-paced, mellow, etc.,) administering medicine, to the classic belly scratch they crave. I look forward to meeting your pup and providing a wonderful experience :) I work remotely and have flexibility for all check-ins, neighborhood walks, potty breaks, administering medicine, etc. I am available mornings, midday and evenings to support your dog's needs. I offer the highest level of respect for your home and will ensure your dog picked up after, mail is brought in, if plants need watered, etc.
About: I used to have a cat and a hamster and currently own a dog (does not live with me). I have personally trained him and he is now living with my family! I currently go to college in the morning so my availability will be the afternoons along with the weekends in the afternoon and night! I can do boarding on the weekends while caring during the afternoon on the week days! I enjoy playing or relaxing with your animal depending on what they like to do! For dogs, there is a pet relief area in my apartment building however if they are not comfortable with that and/or you have a senior dog, i do have fake grass on my patio right outside of my apartment!

“We got so lucky to find Stacy! We had just moved to San Diego, and with a work trip coming up within 2 weeks of our moving, I needed to find someone quickly to take Moose out in the middle of the day. We set up a meet and greet within two days, and Moose loved her right away. She is trustworthy, reliable, and professional. Moose looks forward to seeing her, and she gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have to worry about him while I’m traveling. We’re so happy to have found her and would recommend her to anyone. We look forward to using her again in the future!”

About: I am a lover of the natural world and all it's animals. I have sat for friends and family's dogs, cats, snakes, and birds since my early 20s. I have also fostered a sweet angel pit mix who came to the shelter malnourished with multiple tumors on her body and a broken hind leg. I administered her daily medications, nourished her body and slowly helped her heal throughout and after multiple surgeries to remove her tumors and amputate her leg before finding her furever home. It was a gift to see her grow stronger and thrive as a silly goofy girl. I am patient, attentive, and easily adapt to your pets needs whether it's on walks or cozy at home. I currently live with two dogs who I love and adore and often help my roommate care for them with daily walks and cuddles. I can't wait to meet your pets and help them feel comfortable and happy while you're away. I am currently in between jobs due to lay offs so I am available week days and weekends for all day care and would love to meet your fur babies! I love to be active, outdoors, and move my body so daily dog walks are a sweet retreat and exploration for the both of us. I have experience walking multiple dogs at once as well. I make sure to review all needs and requirements for each animal ahead of time with their owner(s) and ask any additional questions if necessary. I give them my utmost care and attention. I am extremely patient and safety is my priority.
“I was nervous about leaving my one year old Golden but Ashley was great! After meeting Ashley in person, I felt confident that she was dependable and would come daily (for 11 days!) to walk my sweet dog and give her the love she might be missing while I was away. Thanks so much, Ashley!!!!”

“Emily J. filled in at the last minute for my weekly Saturday afternoon walk. She is very friendly, and my dog liked her instantly. She is on time and professional. I would definitely recommend her as a walker.”

“Rachel has been an amazing dog walker and sitter and we’re sad to see her moving away from our area but know future clients will be so lucky to have her. I wish there see more walkers like her. She frequently walked and sat for Lucy and she has been reliable, kind, and communicative. Most of all, my dog adores her. We’re so thankful for all of her care for Lucy.”

About: I’m a big animal person! I’ve always grown up with a number of different animals that, of course, includes cats and dogs. I’ve dog sat puppies, teenage, and senior dogs alike! I started dog sitting for friends and family when I was about 16, and have always lived with dogs. I super understand how fur babies are just like family and have a big heart for them! I’m currently a full time student and I work part time. I have been having an itch to spend time with dogs because they just make me happy to be honest! Life can be stressful, so I’d consider caring for your pups a stress relief and a middle booster for sure. I can’t exactly have my own dog at the moment, so I thought pet sitting might be the next best thing! I would follow the owners guidelines and make sure to take care of wolf their fur babies exactly how they would! Playing with them, feeding them, taking them out, and giving them cuddles whatever it may be! I have a cat who is my best friend so I understand how important these fur babies are to us!

“Ayla was absolutely wonderful! 💜 She helped my mom with Dexter while we were away on vacation, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. He loved her so much that he would literally cry when she left! 🥹 It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Dexter was being so well cared for and loved while we were away. Ayla truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful we found her. We will absolutely be using her again for our next vacation. Highly, highly recommend her! 💜🐾”

About: I have always been drawn to animals and love being around them. As a San Diego native and nature lover, a nice long walk with a dog is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I've lived with and cared for my brother's two dogs for almost a decade and have either owned or had experience with fish, birds, cats and bunnies. Although I'm currently at a point in my life where I'm not ready to have any pets myself, I'm the go-to pet sitter for my friends and family and am always open to the opportunity to have even more animals to care for and love on in my life. I work in a chiropractic office currently operating under a hybrid in office/ work from home schedule. I work 9-5 MWF but have flexibility throughout the rest of the week and weekends off. When I am caring for a pet they are my top priority, whether that means bringing the pet with me into the office or leaving midday for a check up and/or potty break. I have a fenced in concrete back yard with a swimming pool but the pool area has a separate gate that can be locked while caring for pets. We also have a side yard with grass to utilize while leashed.
“Nefertia is wonderful! She’s responsive, friendly, and clearly has our dog’s best interest in mind. Looking forward to continuing to work with her in the future!”

About: Greetings, and welcome! I’m Eucalyptus your Fur Baby Godmother. Animals have been the greatest joy of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for pets of all kinds, and for the past 8 years I’ve had the privilege of providing professional pet care for families who trust me with their beloved companions. My experience includes dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, rabbits, ferrets, farm animals, aquatic pets, and many other exotic species. I’ve also cared for senior pets, puppies and kittens, pets with special needs, and animals that require extra patience, medication, or individualized attention. What makes me different is the connection I build with each animal. Every pet has their own personality, routine, and way of communicating. I take the time to earn their trust, making sure they feel safe, understood, and genuinely loved while you’re away. Whether your companion is energetic, shy, anxious, or simply enjoys quiet company, I tailor my care to what makes them happiest. Over the years I’ve helped reinforce good manners, redirect unwanted behaviors through positive interactions, and create calm, enriching experiences that help pets feel comfortable in their own environment. Pet care isn’t just something I do it’s my full-time passion. When your furry, feathered, or scaly family member is with me, they’re treated like one of my own. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your best friend is receiving dependable, compassionate, one-on-one care. I offer pet sitting, house sitting, drop-in visits, walks, and extended stays, making me a great fit for vacations, business trips, weekend getaways, or whenever your pet simply deserves a loving companion. I can’t wait to meet you and your wonderful animal family. Until then, may your pets be happy, your travels be worry-free, and a little Fur Baby Godmother magic follow you wherever you go. My schedule is pretty open because caring for pets is what I genuinely enjoy doing. I tend to have a little more flexibility than the average person, so I’m usually able to work around different routines whether that means an early-morning drop-in, a spontaneous trip, a last-minute change of plans, or a cozy little sleepover. I like having the time to actually be there with the pets I care for. Not just stopping by, checking a box, and rushing off. I enjoy the little things getting to know their personalities, following their routines, giving them attention, and letting them feel like they have a little vacation of their own while their humans are away. So if your fur baby needs someone with a flexible schedule, a calm presence, and plenty of time for cuddles, playtime, or simply keeping them company… you may have found your person. I’ve always felt like animals have their own little language, and I genuinely enjoy learning their way of communicating. When a pet comes into my care, I like to meet them where they are. Some babies need structure and routine, some need a little extra patience, and others simply want someone to sit beside them while they decide you’re their new best friend. I follow the routines and care instructions their humans have created for them whether that means crate time, potty training, medication routines, playtime, socializing, quiet time, or plenty of cuddles. Their comfort and safety always come first. I’m also someone who naturally spends a lot of time outdoors, so I love having little adventures with my animal companions walks, fresh air, exploring, sunbathing, or just sitting outside together and watching the world go by. And my definition of a “pet” has never been limited to cats and dogs. I’ve cared for animals of all different personalities, sizes, ages, and species, including exotic pets. I find their little quirks fascinating and enjoy giving each animal the kind of care that makes sense for them. If your baby happens to enjoy a bubble bath, treats, an afternoon adventure, or an unreasonable amount of affection… well, they may have just found their favorite babysitter. I’ve jokingly been called the female version of Dr. Dolittle. I’ll take it. Really, I think animals simply know when someone genuinely enjoys being around them. And I’m very happy to be living in their world. Overnight stays are always welcome, too.

“Wendy was so so helpful in so many ways I can’t even recommend her enough! I always know my guy was cared for and she is incredibly reliable, communicative, and attentive to an older dog’s needs! Thank you, Wendy!”
“Tyler & Joseph were wonderful. They took great care of my senior dog who is blind and has diabetes. They gave me daily updates on how things were going. I was able to full enjoy my vacation and put my worries at ease knowing my baby was in good hands.”

“Mike was great with my dog-reactive Doberman. He’s definitely a dog guy, his family is the same, they loved up on my dog so much. Due to a cancelled flight from weather I had to extend my trip 2 extra days and Mike was able to continue care for Dobby no problem which was a huge weight off my shoulders. Communication was great and overall care was top notch!”

“Michell w was absolutely incredible and made Boogie feel right at home. I received a lot of cool video updates of my little guy and Michelle was juts excellent& super flexible. I will absolutely be booking with Michelle again and you should too!”

“Michaela was awesome! She was super quick to respond and always checked in and sent lots of photos! She followed all our instructions and made us feel like our dog was in a safe place. I would book again for sure! Thanks.”

“The best dog sitter we have had! Our boy even may be a little sad to come home, ha! It’s a game changer to find someone who takes as much care as you would of your pet. Khala had daily plays and walks, numerous times a day, we received lots of awesome pics and videos, and Kacper communicated consistently throughout Khala’s whole stay! Thanks, Kacper!”

“Claudia is amazing! She is very thoughtful, considerate, and detail-oriented when it comes to dog sitting/boarding. My senior pups loved her. Highly recommended!”

“Mihaela did an amazing job watching my doggo. My dog is senior so she needs more care, and she was very attentive, kind, and kept me informed. Highly recommend her!”

“Sarah and Taylor were amazing dog sitters! They took such great car of Trooper and he looked so happy in all the pics! Great communication and updates, very kind and friendly! Highly recommend 😃 We will definitely use Sarah and Taylor again!”
“Victoria has a lovely home and took great care of my Palmer! We got photos daily of them having a great time together with family and beautiful walks over Christmas break”

“Melissa was very communicative and easy to work with! She sent lots of pictures of my happy dog while I was away. We will definitely be repeat clients of hers.”

“LeeAnn and her husband took such great care of my 2 chihuahuas. She stayed in touch with updates and pictures and I felt 100% comfortable that my dogs were in good hands. I was worried because one of my dogs was rescued from a hoarding case, is extremely afraid of people, and has struggled with other sitters. I was shocked to receive a picture of her sitting on a lap on day one. They are clearly dog people! They were also super flexible with the pickup time when I needed to move it around. I would highly recommend them!”

“We would highly recommend Sam as a dog sitter based on our initial stay last weekend. Sam provided daily updates on how our Minnie was doing along with sending photos with Minnie smiling and appearing very comfortable with her temporary “Mom” and new family, JJ, Sam’s very sweet and playful dog.”

“Kenneth was so awesome to work with!! He was wonderful with Roxy from the moment we met him. Roxy immediately felt safe, comfortable, and excited to play, which gave us so much peace of mind. He was incredibly attentive to her needs, especially since she's a nervous and anxious dog, and even shared helpful tips with us when working on her reactivity with other dogs. Throughout her stay, he kept us updated and reassured, which we really appreciated! We also loved how many walks they went on!! Roxy came home so happy, well-rested, and clearly had such a great time. We would absolutely book with him again!”
