About: I genuinely love caring for dogs and treat every pet like they’re my own. I take the time to learn each dog’s routine and personality so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether your pup enjoys long walks, playtime, or relaxing at home, I’ll provide attentive care and plenty of affection. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, daycare, house sitting, and boarding throughout the week and on weekends. I enjoy staying active and can easily adapt to your pet’s routine to help them feel comfortable and cared for. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment with access to a beautiful walking trail nearby, so your dog will enjoy regular walks and plenty of exercise. I’ll always follow your care instructions, keep dogs safely leashed outdoors, and provide photo updates so you can have peace of mind knowing they’re in loving hands.
“Returning again for Tiffany because Max seems so happy in her care while we had some last minute family stuff. Tiffany is always so kind and we love the updates she provides with our lil guy! We feel at ease as puppy parents and we will absolutely continue to consider Tiffany when she has availability ✨🐾”

“Anne and her family were wonderful right off the bat ! I immediately felt comfortable and safe leaving our new puppy with her ! She was always quick to respond with my questions before and during my puppy’s visit! We will definitely reach out again !”

About: I used to have a cat and a hamster and currently own a dog (does not live with me). I have personally trained him and he is now living with my family! I currently go to college in the morning so my availability will be the afternoons along with the weekends in the afternoon and night! I can do boarding on the weekends while caring during the afternoon on the week days! I enjoy playing or relaxing with your animal depending on what they like to do! For dogs, there is a pet relief area in my apartment building however if they are not comfortable with that and/or you have a senior dog, i do have fake grass on my patio right outside of my apartment!
About: Hi! I’m a reliable, dog loving sitter with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all kinds, from my family’s Rottweiler to dogs I’ve watched for friends, family, past employers and current employers :). I know every dog is different, so I focus on making them feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’ll treat your dog like one of my own. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to build my day around pet care. I also like to stay active, which makes dog walks a natural part of my routine. Whether it’s morning, midday, or evening, I can be available to give your dog the attention and care they need. I usually just follow whatever routine your dog is already used to (feeding times, walks, playtime, all of that) so nothing feels off for them. In your home, I try to keep things as normal and low stress as possible. If they’re with me, they’ll get regular walks, attention, and a calm, clean space to hang out. I’m pretty attentive and good at picking up on what a dog needs, whether that’s more activity or just time to chill.
“Hanny was fantastic with Oliver! She watched him for a few hours today and was incredibly friendly and responsive. Highly recommend her, and will definitely reach out again next time we're in SD! Thanks again!”

“Gaby took very good care of my dog with separation anxiety. I was initially worried as my dog has never been with a dogsitter before but Gaby kept Shio happy and relaxed throughout her stay. She sent me updates throughout the day too. Would definitely bring Shio back when we visit san diego again.”

“Lara was great! She introduced chewy to so many dogs on their walk, and she said he did great. I’m so happy to hear her calm energy probably helped to socialize my pup. I will definitely call on Lara again in the future if I need dog sitting.”

“Gaby was great with my dog Moose! She is super flexible with schedules and goes out of her way to be accommodating. Such a fun person and my dog loves her! Loved the picture/video updates she sent throughout the day. Would highly recommend!”

About: I am a dog person! No matter the dog I am sure to love and adore them. I do have a 5 year old English Bulldog (M) of my own who is a total couch potato. He’s spent a lot of time around other dogs and does particularly well with puppies and female dogs (he’s a ladies man lol). Growing up neighbors, friends and family were always calling me to care for their fur babies whether they were running home late from work or away for vacation. Some breeds I have sat in the past include: bulldogs, Golden’s, labs, bernies, and pugs I currently work from home 4.5 days a week (Tuesday mornings I am in office), so have a fairly flexible schedule when it comes to tending to your pets needs🙂 ** At this time I am not able to stay overnight at clients homes, if you are interested in having me do multiple drop in visits to your home throughout the day reach out and I will charge you my overnight price. While you are away my goal is to allow your pet to stay on their normal routine as much as possible. Whether that be going for long walks, playing outside, or extra long belly rubs I want to make sure your pet is getting the love and care they are used to.
About: I have grown up with dogs, but more recently, raised a 13-year-old beagle named Scurvy (he passed away two years ago), so I have all the dog experience needed to care for your baby(ies)💗I want to help others while helping my heart heal as well. Walks, feeding, bathing, allergy issues. I even have a kennel and toys:) I just got my master’s degree (le phew!), so my schedule has freed up significantly. Also, my boyfriend works remotely- the puppers won’t ever be alone. My boyfriend has two friendly cats that are spayed and neutered. Pottie places are in our unfenced backyard, so it is easy to relieve your pet(s).
“Incredible care! I was traveling to town for school and she was not only available at the last minute, but very responsive and communicative. Very good with my girl Nala. And very reliable. Will absolutely book again!”

About: I've been around dogs for most of my life and grew up in a home with dogs as part of the family (My mom had 8 dogs at the same time at one point). While I don't currently have a dog of my own, I've spent years helping friends and family care for their pets, whether that's walking them, checking in on them, or providing company while their owners are away. What sets me apart is that I genuinely love spending time with animals. I'm active, patient, and attentive, and I enjoy adapting to each dog's personality and needs. Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, or simply having a calm companion nearby, I'm happy to provide the care that makes them feel comfortable and loved. I also have a special appreciation for large breeds! One of my favorite dogs was a Saint Bernard named Profesor, and he taught me that big dogs are often the gentlest souls! That said, I adore dogs of all sizes, ages, breeds, and personalities. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, happy, and cared for while giving you peace of mind. Pet care fits naturally into my routine! I'm very active and love being outdoors, so dog walks are something I genuinely enjoy. I've always been the friend and family member people call when they need help with their pets, and spending time with dogs is one of the highlights of my week. Since I don't currently have a dog of my own, I love being able to give my time, attention, and energy to other people's furry family members. I'm a very responsible, caring, and attentive person. I understand that every pet has different needs and personalities, and I take the time to make them feel comfortable and safe. Whether I'm visiting your home or taking your dog for a walk, I'll follow your instructions closely, provide lots of love and attention, and make sure your pet is happy, exercised, and well cared for. I also don't mind dogs riding in my car if transportation is needed for walks or adventures.
“Silke and Jerry were kind and very communicative. It's clear that they love dogs and they were able to understand and work with Amon's separation anxiety. They played with Amon a lot and I think a good time was had by all :).”

“Our dogs loved Ilayda! She hosted them for doggy day care while our family went to the zoo for the day. It was so nice having peace of mind that our dogs were safe and well cared for while we made precious family memories. Our young female was in heat and Ilayda handled it professionally and took great care of her. She took the dogs on walks throughout the day and sent photos and videos of them to ease our minds. We would highly recommend Ilayda!”

About: My name is Alissa, I am 22, married, and a pawrent to 3 furry babies! I have had animals my whole life! From hamsters to turtles, and dogs to birds! It’s very humanizing to have the ability to nurture and care for all life. I have raised my own girls, Mo Mo, Max and Ruby, from early ages. It has allowed me to build patience and understanding with our little loved ones. I am comfortable around all furry friends, big or small, there is plenty love and care to go around. With that there is also the understanding that every furry friend is different and requires the willingness to adapt and learn how to best care for them. I have experience with crate training, potty training, and basic commands. I’m currently home full time and have the ability to dedicate my time to you. I am available for drop ins or house sittings when needed! I can happily work with last minute bookings and be flexible. I will do my part in providing the best care for your furry family members. I will always remain aware and attentive. In addition to that, to always provide consistent updates and keeping you comfortable with your choice in choosing me. I prefer to meet all families and animals before care to ensure a good fit!

About: * 2+ dogs I only offer house sitting at your place no boarding* Coverage area Point Loma and OB or 10 minutes from MCRD*now booking October-December 2026* I love dogs! Big or small, young or old, your fur baby will be loved and entertained. I like to go on walks daily, I also offer house sitting, so your pup can stay where he or she is more comfortable. No extra charge for extra pets :) House sitting rate includes overnight stay and a mid day walk. Most days I will stay at your house longer than that, but that’s the bare minimum you can expect. I live my life out of your house and will be in and out during the day. As a dog mom, I know how hard it is to find someone you trust around your babies! I will love on them and make sure they are happy. . I usually do a short walk in the morning, another one around mid day, and a longer one in the afternoon. I look forward to meeting your pup! Two or more dogs from the same family, I stay at your house . I can handle medication, injections, and bathe them if needed. I spend extra time at the beginning building a bond with your dog, and making sure he/she is comfortable around me. I'm happy sleeping with your dogs in bed. I don't really have a set schedule, if your pup is good in the car and happy to go on adventures, I take them along if I'm running an errand or going to lunch, if they're happy at home, I come back for pee breaks. I am rarely out at night. If I am staying at your place, I ask that you turn off inside puppy cameras. I never bring dogs from another family into your home. I usually cross the street when we walk, even if your dog is friendly, because you never know who is coming. If your dog has a great come back command, I'm happy to do off leash areas, but usually take the time to bond with a leash before doing that.
About: Hi neighbors! I’m located in Point Loma and opening up availability for local dog sitting, drop-in visits, dog walks, and vacation pet care. I’m a mom of two, and my children have been asking for a dog of their own. My kids are obsessed with dogs and walk the neighborhood counting and looking for dogs on our evening walks. Before taking that step, I want to teach them the responsibility and importance of caring for an animal, including consistency, patience, love, and respect for a pet’s routine. I’m dependable, caring, and happy to help with feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications if needed, and daily photo/text updates. I’ve had dogs since before I can remember of all sizes and breeds. From puppy’s to senior understanding the importance of caring for these as though they are our own. Available in Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Liberty Station, Shelter Island, and nearby areas. Please message me if you’re looking for reliable local pet care or know someone who is! I work fully remote from my home and build my own schedule so I am always onsite with dogs and can feed, walk and play as needed. I currently live in a community of homes which is not near any busy streets. Each circle of homes has speed bumps and is very family & pet friendly with other dogs and plenty of space for dogs to walk and be outdoors.

Kelsey is literally THE best Rover sitter for our little guy Peanut… He lololoves Kelsey!! We’ve been bringing Peanut to her for about 3-4 years for our yearly OB vacays… Super attentive to Peanut, sends pics, flexible with hours, just can’t say enough great things!!

I inquired about a last-minute booking, and Gabrielle was incredibly accommodating and flexible with the schedule. She also took great care of everything, being very meticulous with feeding. Thanks to her sending photo and video updates so quickly and frequently, I was able to fully enjoy my time with total peace of mind. She is a wonderful and sweet sitter! ❤️

Thank you, Nikole, for taking such great care of our dog on such short notice! I know our dog was very anxious and even had an accident in your bedroom, but you were so kind and understanding about it. I really appreciated your patience and the extra effort you made, including taking our dog to the beach to help her relax and feel less stressed. Thank you again for your compassion and excellent care. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again!

Booked with Jeremy for a last-minute day trip to San Diego. He was responsive, easy to work with, and took great care of my highly anxious Australian Shepherd. Huckleberry seemed more settled than usual afterward and looked like he genuinely enjoyed his day. I’d happily book with Jeremy again.

Zannah was a kind and loving dog sitter for Tula! We were in town for a conference and needed help for a couple of hours during the weekend. Our 1-year old puppy ended up having a last minute, adolescent doggie event - and Zannah rolled with it in a patient and caring manner. She is very in-tune with dogs and respects them! Also - if you are staying downtown, she is in a very convenient location. I highly recommend her for your furry friends!

We did a doggy daycare with Kimberly. Kimberly was very flexible with pickup/drop-off times and very responsive to messages. Our pup had a great time! He was very comfortable and had fun playing with Kimberly. We’re looking forward to our boarding stay with Kimberly.
