“Gaby took very good care of my dog with separation anxiety. I was initially worried as my dog has never been with a dogsitter before but Gaby kept Shio happy and relaxed throughout her stay. She sent me updates throughout the day too. Would definitely bring Shio back when we visit san diego again.”

“Tiffany has been such a caring and reliable sitter for my Chloe! Since the first time watching Chloe she has showed so much patience and consideration for Chloe’s situation being her first time away from me! I have now rebooked with Tiffany 4 times and she has been so reliable every weekend for me ! I was so nervous about leaving Chloe with a sitter but now I get to go to work knowing she is safe every time ! 10/10 recommend Tiffany to everyone if you’re looking for someone that knows how to communicate and really care for our little fur babies 💕”

“Kelsey was responsive, incredibly easy to communicate with, and accommodating for our schedule on short notice for our first Rover experience. Our puppy was very comfortable and appeared to have enjoyed herself when we picked her up after each daycare session. Will use again in the future and would recommend Kelsey for anyone looking for daycare services!”

“Lea couldn’t have been better. She handled my super energetic puppy like a walk in the park (literally). I received pictures and updates throughout the day and Lea was always super on time. When I picked up my dog, she was ready for a nap! Will definitely be coming back to Lea next time I need a dogsitter.”

“Alexandra exceeded our expectations! Our pups were overly stressed from our vacation and immediately became acclimated to Alexandra and her home. She sent us pictures throughout the day which was great! Thank you so much!”

“Thank you so much for the doggie daycare for Billy! Quick response time, willing to pick up/drop off your doggo and a nice picture update! Would recommend to anyone and definitely plan to rebook in the future!”

About: Hi, I’m Danny. I work from home in tech full-time and provide calm, consistent, one-one-one care for your dog. I maintain established routines and a quiet structured environment while you're away. I intentionally accept only one client household at a time. This means your dog receives my full, undivided attention — no rotating pets, no crates, and no overstimulation. It’s a quieter, safer environment and ideal for dogs who thrive with consistency and structure. Cozy home where dogs can relax and nice neighborhood to walk around. Very quiet neighborhood and overall safe environment! Very close to the airport as well! My home is clean, cozy, and well-suited for dogs who prefer a peaceful space. I work best with calm, non-aggressive dogs and value clear communication to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for both pets and owners.

About: * 2+ dogs I only offer house sitting at your place no boarding* Coverage area Point Loma and OB or 10 minutes from MCRD* I love dogs! Big or small, young or old, your fur baby will be loved and entertained. I like to go on walks daily, I also offer house sitting, so your pup can stay where he or she is more comfortable. No extra charge for extra pets :) House sitting rate includes overnight stay and a mid day walk. Most days I will stay more at your house, but that’s the bare minimum you can expect. I live my life out of your house and will be in and out during the day. As a dog mom, I know how hard it is to find someone you trust around your babies! I will love on them and make sure they are happy. . I usually do a short walk in the morning, another one around mid day, and a longer one in the afternoon. I look forward to meeting your puppy! Two or more dogs from the same family, I stay at your house . I can handle medication, injections, and bathe them if needed. I spend extra time at the beginning building a bond with your dog, and making sure he/she is comfortable around me. I'm happy sleeping with your dogs in bed. I have an elderly Great Dane, if your dog is friendly and you are happy with me bringing him along (always supervised and never alone with yours!), then I will have more time to spend at your place. I don't really have a set schedule, if your pup is good in the car and happy to go on adventures, I take them along if I'm running an errand or going to lunch, if they're happy at home, I come back for pee breaks. I am rarely out at night. If I am staying at your place, I ask that you turn off inside puppy cameras. I never bring dogs from another family into your home. I usually cross the street when we walk, even if your dog is friendly, because you never know who is coming. If your dog has a great come back command, I'm happy to do off leash areas, but usually take the time to bond with a leash before doing that.
About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats for the past 27 years, from my own pets, to neighbors, friends, and family. I love to play games, give them exercise, and make sure they are having a good time. I'm dedicated to ensuring the well-being and happiness of all the pets I care for. I work from home, so my schedule is flexible, and can take care of your pet both weekdays and weekends. I can walk your dog 2-3 times per day. I live with my husband in a gated apartment complex that is dog friendly, which has a dog park where your dog can be taken off the leash, as well as a dog washing and dryer station. My place has a balcony, no backyard. We have no pets or kids. There are also several local parks to choose from.
“Moo had the best time with Marlena! She took him on lots of walks and he had so much fun playing with her pup! I also really appreciated that she was able to take my last minute request 😊 I would definitely book with Marlena again!”

“Karen has been taking wonderful care of Terra. Terra is usually a fearful princess, but she seemed at ease from the very first minute. Hopefully she and turtle become best friends soon! Definitely recommend Karen. :)”

About: Hi, I’m Rosa — a lifelong dog lover and proud dog mom! I have years of experience caring for pups of all sizes and personalities, from high-energy huskies to independent Shiba Inus. I treat every dog like my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable whether we’re out for a walk or they’re staying overnight. I’m attentive, responsible, and love keeping pet parents updated with photos and messages, so you always know your furry friend is happy and in good hands. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine! I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I’m already used to taking my own dogs on regular walks, so incorporating walks, playtime, and cuddles with other pups fits seamlessly into my schedule. Whether pets are staying with me or I’m caring for them in their own home, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. At my home, dogs enjoy a clean, cozy environment with plenty of playtime, walks, and snuggles. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible — from feeding schedules to preferred walking routes — so they feel right at home. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space and pets with the same respect and attention I give my own. I make sure water bowls are always full, give them lots of love and attention, and send regular updates so you can relax knowing your furry friend is in good hands.
“Ilayda was wonderful, she agreed to care for our pup Daphne at the very last minute after another sitter had to cancel due to a family emergency, so we could go to the zoo safari park. Ilayda was prompt and responsive and sent me pics throughout the day. She was communicative and took Daphne out for a trail walk which she loves. I would definitely book with Ilayda again!”

“Kathryn was wonderful and my puppy could not have come home happier (or sleepier!). I got lots of cute pictures and videos during the day which I appreciated because it was my first time leaving him with a sitter for the day. She clearly loves dogs and gives them a great experience while they’re with her. Leo is looking forward to his next visit!”

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life and love caring for and cuddling them. My teenage son wants to be a veterinarian and also loves researching pet breeds and their needs. I work from home and would love to have more pets to cuddle, walk and care for. We play with and cuddle the dogs as much as they would like. The cats are the boss - we leave the interaction up to them. We will play and cuddle if they want it - or just be nearby if they prefer. All pets are welcome to be on furniture and in beds - whatever makes them happy :) We live across the street from the San Diego Yacht Club so have a beautiful walking trail we can take dogs on walks on - and also have an outdoor seating area and balconies for both dogs and cats to sit in the sunshine with us. I am home full time now so have lots of time to devote to pets. They are my priority when here and my goal is to send them home well taken care of and happy. Our home is in a small community in Shelter Island with lots of space by the water for nice shady walks and also fenced in areas where the pets can sit outside with me and my family and enjoy the outdoors.
“Hope was so amazing! She kept my pup so comfortable and gave him all the cuddles and lots of walks. She also accepted our last minute request for daycare which was very appreciated. We will definitely use her next time we’re in town.”

About: I am a dog person! Old, young, small, large! No matter the dog I am sure to love and adore them. I do have a 4 year old English Bulldog (M) of my own who is a total couch potato. He’s spent a lot of time around other dogs and does particularly well with puppies and female dogs (he’s a ladies man lol). Growing up neighbors, friends and family were always calling me to care for their fur babies whether they were running home late from work or away for vacation. Some breeds I have sat in the past include: pugs, bulldogs, mastiffs, doodles, bernies, goldens, labs, and austrailian shepherds. I currently work from home 4.5 days a week (Tuesday mornings I am in office), so have a fairly flexible schedule when it comes to tending to your pets needs. Additionally, I am also available for reoccurring pet walking/let outs during lunch and after work. ** At this time I am not able to stay overnight at clients homes, if you are interested in having me do multiple drop in visits to your home throughout the day reach out and I will charge you my overnight price While you are away my goal is to allow your pet to stay on their normal routine as much as possible. Whether that be going for long walks, playing outside, or extra long belly rubs I want to make sure your pet is getting the love and care they are used to.
“Donovan was great! Professional, very friendly, communicative, and easy-going. It was our first time bringing our pup here. She loved running and chasing the other dogs there, and came home exhausted. She is now fast asleep and probably dreaming about her fun day. Would definitely recommend Donovan, and we will be back for more playtime!”

We traveled to San Diego with our dog and left her with Karen for two days while we visited the safari and the USS Midway Museum. Her home truly feels like a paradise for dogs. Our dog is usually shy and a bit timid, but she felt comfortable and really enjoyed her time with Karen. Thanks to her, we were able to have an even more enjoyable trip. Thank you so much, Karen!

Mallory not only helped us out a ton by accepting a last minute booking, she was the absolute perfect match for my anxious senior dog! My Junie can take a while to warm up and is quite picky about who she “lets in.” Mallory was thoughtful, patient, and adaptable — so much so that Junie got nice and cozy with her by the end of her very first stay! I was shocked and beyond happy as that NEVER happens. I’m so glad we found someone we can trust and who Junie feels comfortable with (she sends her thanks, too!). Great communication throughout. Highly recommend!
