“Best experienece ever. Dillin hosted us at the peak of holiday season. He was quick to respond and his location which is so close to sea world and Zoo made it ideal. He has a decent sized yard and took great care of our 90lbs emglish lab and 6 month old hyper husky. He would keep sending us pics and updates on the dogs and we were so lucky to have found dillon. Yes his prices were higher than the others but totally worth it. You pay for what you get. Highly recommend. Hope you have a similar experience like ours.”

About: I'm a total dog person! No matter the breed, I'm sure to love and adore every dog I meet. I've been around dogs my entire life and am well-versed in the unique personalities and quirks that come with different breeds. Growing up, friends and family regularly relied on me to care for their pets while they were away, which gave me experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. In San Diego, I’ve been walking dogs for the last 5 years. Some of the breeds I have extensive experience with include English Bulldogs, Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and Pugs. I also have an English Bulldog of my own, so I'm very familiar with the special care brachycephalic (smushed-face) breeds require, including their sensitivity to heat and exercise. I currently work from home 4.5 days a week (Tuesday mornings I am in office), so have a fairly flexible schedule when it comes to tending to your pets needs🙂 My English Bulldog is a total couch potato! He's spent a lot of time around other dogs and loves having a companion to hang out and relax with when we host. We live in a spacious two-story, two-bedroom ADU with a private, fenced yard that gives dogs plenty of room to run and play. Our home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Point Loma. Out of respect for our neighbors and to ensure a calm environment for all of our guests, we do not accept dogs with barking habits.

I currently work completely from home and have a reliable car. Visiting friends will join our little family and have a fun beach vacation right on Dog Beach! I have a fenced small side yard for sun basking, but the fur babies are taken on 4/5 walks a day due to being right on the beach i can’t help myself! If they are social we have the whole beach to run and if not all of ocean beach or a cozy animal loving home to sleep. There is access to water 24/7, dog beds in every room, and they get to walk as much as they’d like!

About: I have experience taking care of my own dogs over the past seventeen years specifically my company’s inspiration, Bob, from when he was an eight week old puppy until his last days. During that time I boarded family members dogs with a maximum three dogs at a time. Currently I’m home practically the entire day and only leave for at most a couple of hours a day to run errands. Attention to your dog is my primary concern. I live in a comfortably sized home that has a fenced in yard. I will dedicate the maximum time and effort when walking and taking care of your dog. I’m born and raised on the Peninsula and have lived in the same home for fifteen years. I attended and graduated from Point Loma high school and San Diego State University.

About: Hi, I’m Maddy! I’ve had dogs all my life and my mutt, Toby, is the prince of the house! We’d love to cuddle with your fur baby and take them for long walks on (or near) the beach while you are on your vacation! I’ve volunteered and worked a vet clinics over the years, but am currently going back to school to get my RN degree. I’d love to connect with some locals who love their pets and need a little additional support or care while my schedule is more flexible! Most days I am up from 6:30/7am-10pm. Monday-Wednesday I am at home all day, but I do work part time at a local coffee shop Thursday through Sunday (OB Beans). My shifts are generally 4-5 hours, so getting getting your pup active before and after my shifts are generally not a problem! I have a fenced in yard and a medium sized neutered boxer mix who will share the space. If needed, he is happy to hang out in solitude in the bedroom if your pup is timid with friends! I live a block from the beach and close to sunset cliffs, so a walk or likely even two are not uncommon- we can cater to your pace!

About: I’ve had and taken care of a dog all my life and trained my current dog from 3 months old. I genuinely try to connect with any dog I meet and love them as my own. Most importantly, I teach/train/direct dogs by validating them with praise and love I’m currently at home most of the day and can have variable and spontaneous availability. With that, I can be available quickly and at short notice I am interactive and attentive - I try to figure out their needs and then meet them. I pet them, play with them, and show them attention. I’m available during the daytime on weekdays, making my schedule a great fit for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and keeping your pets company while you’re at work or away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a fully fenced yard and always supervise dogs while they’re outside. I don’t have pets of my own, but I live in a multi-family home where the other the residents have dogs in a completely separate living space. Their dogs will not share a space with your pet. Please let me know how your dog reacts to seeing or hearing other dogs so I can make sure they feel comfortable and safe during their stay. On walks, dogs stay securely leashed, and I avoid unfamiliar dogs unless discussed with you beforehand. I’ll always follow your pet’s normal routine, feeding, medication, and care instructions. Communication is important to me! After walks, I’ll send a photo and update. For boarding, you’ll receive updates twice a day with photos and videos so you can feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.
