Hi I’m Danny! I work full time from home so I can give your furry friend all the love and attention they deserve! I recently lost my 14 year old black lab, Jake, and am dealing with a bit of empty nest syndrome. Not quite ready for the full responsibility of owning my own dog again, I’ve found that dog sitting is a great way for me to feed my need for a furry companion without taking on the full responsibility as a true full time pet owner. I am free most weekdays and weekends, but feel free to check about availability if needed. Please let me watch your dog :)

I have a fenced in back yard with a turf surface, so plenty of space for your pup to lounge. Also plenty of floor space indoors for a bed and/or crate if needed. Pets are also allowed on the furniture, and to be honest, it’s highly encouraged because I’ll probably force them to cuddle on the couch anyways.

A typical day
I work from home so can give your pup plenty of attention during the day, but I also go on a daily walk for about an hour after work as well as living right next to dog beach in case your furry friend wants to catch some rays and go for a swim.

Pet care experience
I’ve spent 20+ years in a house with dogs and cats, from puppy/kitten through senior ages, so I have lots of pet care experience. I most recently started watching friends pets when needed after losing my soul dog passed to hang out with dogs again, but I do not currently have any pets of my own.

Jango and I absolutely loved Daniel! He was flexible, personable, and clearly a dog lover. He kept me updated with adorable photos the whole time so I was always confident that my pup was being well taken of. When it was time to pick up, Jango had a hard time saying goodbye to his new friend. Would happily bring him back! Thank you!

Danny was awesome!! Very communicative, sent pics, and took such good care of Goose. He is a true dog lover and I felt so comfortable and safe with Goose in his care.
