Hi I’m Danny! I work full time from home so I can give your furry friend all the love and attention they deserve! I recently lost my 14 year old black lab, Jake, and am dealing with a bit of empty nest syndrome. Not quite ready for the full responsibility of owning my own dog again, I’ve found that dog sitting is a great way for me to feed my need for a furry companion without taking on the full responsibility as a true full time pet owner. I am free most weekdays and weekends, but feel free to check about availability if needed. Please let me watch your dog :)

I have a fenced in back yard with a turf surface, so plenty of space for your pup to lounge. Also plenty of floor space indoors for a bed and/or crate if needed. Pets are also allowed on the furniture, and to be honest, it’s highly encouraged because I’ll probably force them to cuddle on the couch anyways.

Please me know about any special needs or care your dog may need! I have plenty of experience caring for dogs with extra needs but would like to prepare properly if needed.
A typical day
I work from home so can give your pup plenty of attention during the day, but I also go on a daily walk for about an hour after work as well as living right next to dog beach in case your furry friend wants to catch some rays and go for a swim.

Pet care experience
I’ve spent 20+ years in a house with dogs and cats, from puppy/kitten through senior ages, so I have lots of pet care experience. I most recently started watching friends pets when needed after losing my soul dog passed to hang out with dogs again, but I do not currently have any pets of my own.

Danny did a great job with Scout, sent pictures regularly and I could tell they were having fun. I appreciated his care attention for my dog while I was gone. I could tell that she was taking well care and would totally choose him care for Scout again!. Thanks, Danny!
Oliver loved hanging out with Danny! You can tell he really loves having dogs around!! He was super accommodating to my schedule and was a great communicator. Oliver was so happy and literally didn’t want to leave his house so it’s safe to say we’d recommend him for sure and are eager to have him watch our dog again.
Daniel took great care of Benny over the 4th of July weekend. He's a true dog person and was especially attentive during the fireworks, making sure Benny stayed calm and felt safe. The photos he sent showed a very happy, content pup. You can tell Daniel genuinely loves being around dogs, which makes him a great sitter. I definitely recommend him to anyone and will definitely be booking again!
Danny happily took on a last minute booking, did a good job and clearly loves dogs. Recommend.
