About: I’ve have always grown up with pets, making me develop an extreme love for animals. I’ve had 2 dogs, and a cat who eventually has 7 kittens when I was 10 years old. Me and my family took care of them for 8 weeks until they could go to new homes! My love for animals has only strengthened, and after my childhood dog had passed, I wanted to take the love I had and still have for him, and share it with others by helping them take care of their pets. I knew the anxiety of trying to find the right person to care for your pet, and I want to ensure that I will give your pet so much love and care as if they were my own. I have a certificate in Cat and Dog First Aid conducted by American Red Cross so do not worry, your pet is in safe hands! I’m also very flexible for all types of energies your pet may have, I’m happy to chill out or run around and play some tug of war! I am currently a part time student at San Diego Mesa College, so I will have more than enough time to care for your dogs and cats! I’m always happy to get out of the house, especially if I get to meet more furry friends! My house is fully enclosed, with a fenced front yard and backyard. Almost all windows have screens, and I currently have one cat who is very independent and will be no trouble for your pet!

About: I'm a total dog person! No matter the breed, I'm sure to love and adore every dog I meet. I've been around dogs my entire life and am well-versed in the unique personalities and quirks that come with different breeds. Growing up, friends and family regularly relied on me to care for their pets while they were away, which gave me experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. In San Diego, I’ve been walking dogs for the last 5 years. Some of the breeds I have extensive experience with include English Bulldogs, Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and Pugs. I also have an English Bulldog of my own, so I'm very familiar with the special care brachycephalic (smushed-face) breeds require, including their sensitivity to heat and exercise. I currently work from home 4.5 days a week (Tuesday mornings I am in office), so have a fairly flexible schedule when it comes to tending to your pets needs🙂 My English Bulldog is a total couch potato! He's spent a lot of time around other dogs and loves having a companion to hang out and relax with when we host. We live in a spacious two-story, two-bedroom ADU with a private, fenced yard that gives dogs plenty of room to run and play. Our home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Point Loma. Out of respect for our neighbors and to ensure a calm environment for all of our guests, we do not accept dogs with barking habits.

About: Hi! I'm Courtney, a lifelong dog lover based in Point Loma. For the last 13 years, my world revolved around caring for my Golden Retriever/Rottweiler mix, Bodi. He recently passed away, and while my home is a little quieter these days, I'd love to spend time caring for other people's dogs. I work from home, so I have a flexible schedule and am able to provide plenty of attention throughout the day. I am the sole caregiver during all bookings, whether your pet is staying in my home, I'm stopping by for a drop-in visit, or taking them on a walk. About: Hey! I've been taking care and surrounded by dogs my entire life. Just in my immediate family we've had a Dalmatian, Poodle, Shih Tsu, Lab, German Shepherd, Terrier, and Golden Retriever, not to mention all of the dogs I’ve cared for in my neighborhood, so I’ve had lots of experience with all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I also now have my own high energy German Shepherd/Lab mix rescue so I'm very familiar with dogs that can be scared, distrustful, or reactive. I love my dog more than anything so I know how important it is to find a trustworthy sitter that will care for your pet as you would. I know the struggles of having a sitter not give your dog the energy they deserve. My goal is to ease your mind by giving your dog the care, affection, exercise, and mental stimulation that they need. I accept same day requests! I have an extremely flexible work from home schedule so I'm able to drop in/walk your dog at basically anytime! I want every dog to have a fun and stimulating walk so I make sure they get proper exercise while also letting them stop and sniff as much as they want so they are both physically and mentally engaged. Due to my own personal rescue’s background, I have a lot of experience with dogs that can be scared, distrustful, or reactive, so I’m familiar with all the signs a dog might display when they are uncomfortable or overwhelmed. I always prioritize keeping dogs on-leash in comfortable and safe situations, away from other dogs.

About: Have a dog with separation anxiety? A senior pup who can’t stay alone? Or a doggo that simply needs a little supervision while you’re out? I’d love to care for your buddy until you get home! I myself have a senior schnauzer mix with separation anxiety, so I understand the pain. I have experience dealing with common senior issues like poor eyesight, weak joints, and giving medication. I have to carry my dog up and down the stairs to my apartment, and can do the same for yours if needed. NOTE: I live in a smaller apartment so my services are for small and medium-sized dogs. As a dog owner, pet care is part of my day to day. I’m available to care for your dog most weekdays as I work from home. I’m also available some weekends. My home is a clean and comfy space for your dog. Water bowls are filled 24/7. My dog Figo is usually lying on one of his 2 beds, but can share with yours. Or feel free to bring your dog’s bed. Figo is very friendly with others, but he’s never really known how to play with dogs, so he’ll simply hang out near yours. Note: I live upstairs (2nd floor).
