“Rachel was wonderful! Could not recommend her more highly. I knew our pup was in not just safe hands but also getting lots of love. She was very responsible and communicative! One of the best we have had :)”

“Always does a great job with Dexter. She’s so careful to make sure his water is clean and fresh before she leaves. Mady definitely cares about animals and it shows.”

About: I have owned dogs throughout my entire life, most of them being pretty high maintenance as far as needing excessive amounts of care, love medication’s and extra attention! Just communicate whatever your pet needs and prefers to be happy and I’d love to ensure that’s what they receive:) I’m currently in grad school, which is thankfully online so I have plenty of free time to assist you with ensuring your pet is fed, watered, walked and happy! Whenever caring for a pet and a clients home, I like to keep it simple and simply refer to any of the detailed instructions that they provide to ensure that their pet is kept safe, happy and healthy throughout the time that I’m looking after them! It is my utmost responsibility to ensure your pets well-being !
About: The happiest part of my day is playing with my dog Bo. I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats throughout my life. I work with all sizes and breads so you can be sure that your pet will be safe under my care. My current work schedule is flexible so I am happy to work with you and your pet needs. I am quick to respond to message requests. Safety is my priority. Dogs are always kept on a leash when walking and extra precaution will be taken when your dog is in my care.
About: Hi! I’m a reliable, dog loving sitter with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all kinds, from my family’s Rottweiler to dogs I’ve watched for friends, family, past employers and current employers :). I know every dog is different, so I focus on making them feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’ll treat your dog like one of my own. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to build my day around pet care. I also like to stay active, which makes dog walks a natural part of my routine. Whether it’s morning, midday, or evening, I can be available to give your dog the attention and care they need. I usually just follow whatever routine your dog is already used to (feeding times, walks, playtime, all of that) so nothing feels off for them. In your home, I try to keep things as normal and low stress as possible. If they’re with me, they’ll get regular walks, attention, and a calm, clean space to hang out. I’m pretty attentive and good at picking up on what a dog needs, whether that’s more activity or just time to chill.
“Dillon is great! He's been walking Chase for over a month now. Dillon always sends pictures and reports on the walks with Chase, and always refills his water bowl. He is just a great guy and someone I trust to take care of Chase.”
About: I’ve had pets for over 20+ years and can’t wait to provide excellent quality care for your furry friends! Over my entire life, I’ve gotten the privilege to take care of dogs, cats, chickens, fish and turtles in my home. I have never known life without a pet and I don’t think I ever will🐶🐱 Just let me know any day or time you need me and I can make myself available. I have a super flexible schedule and can move around anything necessary to help you and your furry friend out:) Currently the house is occupied by a bonded pair of sweet and rambunctious male cats. Both are 6 years old and love to play while chasing each other down the halls. The home is filled plenty of enrichment activities like toys, scratchers and cat trees. They have unlimited access to the entire house and are indoor only kitties.
About: I have two dogs at home who are truly my babies, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet. I trained one of my dogs to earn AKC certification, and both of my dogs now participate in therapy dog visits at senior homes and high schools. Through that experience, I’ve learned how to work with dogs in different environments, read their body language, and keep them calm and comfortable. I also have experience house sitting and caring for my friend’s dog who was blind and diabetic. She required twice-daily insulin injections, so I am comfortable following detailed care instructions and being attentive to special medical needs. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, senior, or needs extra patience, I will treat them with the same love and care I give my own dogs. I am currently a graduate student, so my schedule can vary week to week. Because of that, I prefer at least 1 day of advance notice so I can make sure I’m fully available and able to give your pet the attention they deserve. When I commit to a booking, I take it seriously and will plan my schedule around your pet’s care needs, whether that includes walks, feeding, playtime, medication, or extra cuddles. I currently offer care in the client’s home and/or walks. Safety is always my first priority, so I stay attentive to your pet at all times and do not get distracted on my phone during walks or visits. I make sure doors, gates, leashes, and harnesses are secure, and I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. In your home, I will respect your space and follow any instructions you provide for feeding, medications, potty breaks, playtime, and comfort. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, so I take the time to make sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away.
About: I have walked my friends and family's dogs. Some dogs I have walked include a golden retriever, a Shiba Inu, and a Pomeranian. I like to walk smaller dogs because they are easier to control. I’m a full-time college student looking for a part-time job. I love dogs. I would love to walk your dog after school hours. I live in Point Loma and local. When caring for pets in my home or a client's home, I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment for the dog and assessing the space for potential hazards, securely storing any necessary items, and following the owner's instructions
“Aimee is great! I can tell she really cares about my lil guy. She spends the entire 30 minutes with him even if he doesn’t want to walk the whole time. And she sends nice detailed updates and photos. I will continue to work with Aimee and I highly recommend her.”

“Laura is truly a godsend. She is so patient with our reactive pup, and she cares so much about her well being. I feel so much better knowing she’s in good hands and getting exercise during the day and appreciate her notes and photos. She’s the dog auntie we didn’t know we needed!”

“Lea saved the day during a work trip to San Diego that kept me inside when my pups were there to Enjoy Dog beach! Leah came in under an hour and took them for a 60 minute walk from my Airbnb to the beach and back. They were happy and relaxed when they got home. Thank you so much, Lea!”

About: Since I was a toddler, Ive grown up with many different kinds of dogs in the house! Corgis, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chihuahuas, Blue Heelers, you name it. I'll cater to each one to match their specific needs, whether young pups, or senior dogs. And dont worry, I love my kitties too🥰 I'm currently a freelance muralist, so when I'm not painting, I have lots of time to love on your baby. Monday-Sundays are open all day! I love maintaining a safe and clean environment for us to play and or relax in! I'll put leashes, toys and bowls back exactly where I find them and keep things tidy!
About: I've grown up with dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters, tarantulas, frogs, and turtles as pets. With over 20 years of pet-sitting experience, my services were mostly sought by family and friends. I've always been the go-to person in my family for pet care needs. I've house-sat my parents' two dogs numerous times, including a continuous four-month period while they traveled across the country in their RV. I regularly board one of my sister's cats when she's away for work and also take care of my other sister's dog, providing both walking and boarding services when she travels. I am a high school math teacher. So, I’m off during the summer. That gives me lots of free time where I can care for your pets. I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, about 1200 square feet. The inside of my house is pet friendly and my backyard is gated and has grass for pets to play on.
About: I’ve always had a soft spot for animals. I grew up with a golden retriever named Moonie, who we adopted from the San Diego Humane Society. He was my beach buddy and loved our walks at Fiesta Island. He’ll always have a special place in my heart. 💛 After he passed, I adopted my sweet cat Chubbs 🐾 I’ve also volunteered at the Butte Humane Society, where I cared for and played with senior cats, it taught me patience, gentle handling, and how to read each cat’s unique personality. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which makes it easy for me to fit pet care into my day. My availability is pretty open, and I’m happy to adjust to your schedule and your pet’s specific needs to make sure they’re comfortable and cared for. 🐾 At home, I care for my cat Chubbs by keeping a consistent routine — daily playtime, regular feeding, and making sure his litter box is always clean. He also enjoys supervised outdoor time, so I’m very mindful about keeping a close eye on him whenever he’s outside. I bring that same level of attention and care to every cat I watch. Whether your cat is strictly indoors or enjoys some outdoor time, I’ll follow your preferences closely to keep them safe, happy, and comfortable.
About: I have always been drawn to animals and love being around them. As a San Diego native and nature lover, a nice long walk with a dog is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I've lived with and cared for my brother's two dogs for almost a decade and have either owned or had experience with fish, birds, cats and bunnies. Although I'm currently at a point in my life where I'm not ready to have any pets myself, I'm the go-to pet sitter for my friends and family and am always open to the opportunity to have even more animals to care for and love on in my life. I work in a chiropractic office currently operating under a hybrid in office/ work from home schedule. I work 9-5 MWF but have flexibility throughout the rest of the week and weekends off. When I am caring for a pet they are my top priority, whether that means bringing the pet with me into the office or leaving midday for a check up and/or potty break. I have a fenced in concrete back yard with a swimming pool but the pool area has a separate gate that can be locked while caring for pets. We also have a side yard with grass to utilize while leashed.

Madyson walked my little pug after I made a last-minute booking, and she was fantastic! She was responsive, kind, and clearly cared about my pup. Since it was such a hot day, I really appreciated how attentive & mindful she was of the heat. She sent me a variety of photos when the walk was done, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Thank you, Madyson!

Michael is a rockstar of doggie care. He has been with my Husky / Malamute Veda on multiple occasions now, and every time he has been a pleasure to work with. I always know Veda is in good hands. I'll continue to book time with Michael, and would gladly recommend him to others.

Angela has been so great with Ophelia! It’s so nice to know that I don’t have to worry about my fur baby being safe and having so much fun when she is with her! She’s always on time and I know I can count on her when we book! Ophelia will be so sad to her move to LA! Thanks Angela! ♥️ 🐶

Bedrana has been walking my dog most days of the week while I’m at work and it has been such a good experience! She is awesome at communication and gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away that my dog is taken care of! She is very flexible with scheduling too and my dog seems well exercised when I get home! Definitely recommend booking with her :)
