About: Hello!! I’ve had doggies and kitties since I was a kid! So I have experience with puppies to senior dogs :) Most recently I got a golden retriever puppy in November 2025 and she’s my whole world! I’m an ER Nurse so my schedule does rotate but on my days off Ophelia and I spend it walking around OB and sunset cliffs while fitting in playtime with toys and cuddles. So my schedule is somewhat flexible to help out! Just send me a request and if I’m free I’d love to help you:) I currently live in an apartment in a very walkable neighborhood! So even though I don’t have a yard I get outside frequently by either taking Ophelia on multiple walks and sometimes down to the beach to play! I am able to do anything you need that is safest for your pet! I’m available to have your pet in my home for daycare/overnights or if you prefer in your home as long as you don’t mind your pet playing with my Ophelia!
“Rachel was wonderful! Could not recommend her more highly. I knew our pup was in not just safe hands but also getting lots of love. She was very responsible and communicative! One of the best we have had :)”

About: I always loved animals but have been caring for dogs and cats for the last 10 years. My experience ranges from puppies to senior dogs requiring medication. I’m active and love to walk and play with them! I’m currently working part time so I have the flexibility to care for animals in my free time! My schedule can be sporadic but I keep my openings updated and communicate well. I am not a flaky person so rest assured I will follow through on our committed times. Having 2 cats myself, I pride myself on giving animals what they need to feel loved and fulfilled. I will keep your babies fed, loved, played with and keep your place tidy!
“Kirra is a passionate and enthusiastic dog lover which is exactly what we need for our fur baby and he loves his time with her. I feel like my dog is safe when he is with her because she has great judgement and understands my dogs temperament when it comes to interacting with other dogs. She takes my dog on long walks and provides him with plenty of love while I am at work. Thank you Kirra!”

“Audrey is great, I recommend her to anyone needing some help with their pup! She's been walking my dog Pepper the last couple of weeks and everything has been smooth and easy. She is prompt when responding to booking requests and provides great communication during and after walks. She even was able to bring another dog along for the walks so Pepper could make a new friend! Thanks Audrey!”

About: I grew up on a farm, and have been caring for animals my entire life. We always had several dogs and cats, etc. I’ve always felt comfortable in the presence of an animal, especially pupper dogs. My Aunt is a vet so I always went to her clinic to spend time with the animals who hadn’t yet found their one true home. I have experience in dog and house sitting, and can meet each dog’s individual needs whether it be a special routine they do or certain foods they eat. I believe all animals should be loved as much as they love their family, and I’m so excited to be working with dogs big and small alike!:) I just moved to town so I’m pretty free most mornings and days! I can do nights as well.

About: Hi there, I’m Eliza! I’ve been taking care of pets of all ages for about 10 years now, but I’m new to the Rover app! I pride myself on providing a safe space where you feel confident leaving your pet and enjoying your adventures worry-free. I’ve always had dogs growing up, and continued to get my puppy fill visiting my sisters’ houses in Denver. Being fairly new to San Diego, I’m looking for some furry friends to take care of and help make your pet sitting experience one you’ll want to come back to. Thanks! :) I currently work remotely full-time, so I’m home for most of the week. I do work eat coast hours so I’m able to get my responsibilities done in the morning and have my long-walk time blocked for the afternoon. It’s easy and efficient for me to leave my apartment so potty breaks throughout the day is not an issue. My lifestyle is already fit to care for a furry friend, so I’m looking forward to spending time with yours! Having a safe, trusting environment for myself and the doggo is key to an enjoyable experience for all. I’ll be sure your pet is looked after beyond expectations, and in exchange, I just ask for honesty on your pet’s behaviors. As long as we keep open lines of communication to ensure all feel comfortable and respectful of one another, I’ll be sure your pet looks forward to me returning as a sitter.
About: I grew up on a small farm and have taken care of a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, etc… I love all animals and have a soft spot for taking care of seniors. I am reliable and good with potty training as well! My schedule is currently very flexible as I’m in a transitional phase of switching careers, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets :) I’m happy to visit your pet at your home & will keep you updated on them as you would like. I approach all animals with love, so they are comfortable with me🙂
“Aimee is great! I can tell she really cares about my lil guy. She spends the entire 30 minutes with him even if he doesn’t want to walk the whole time. And she sends nice detailed updates and photos. I will continue to work with Aimee and I highly recommend her.”

About: I offer housesitting with many years of experience with petting and as a Property/Estate manager in Montecito and Santa Barbara now San Diego. I only watch one family of pets at a time. Your pet will be treated as family. We go on hikes, beach days, walks, play outside in the yard and go to parks if these outings are appropriate for your pet. About this sitter: Really love what I do and the animals I care for. I grew up with many animals. My parents bred Doberman Pinchers. I love playing with the dogs, I believe it keeps both myself and the animals I watch happy and healthy to play out doors as much as possible. I also love to cuddle with the animals, they are so sweet. All the animals that come to visit us are treated as part of our family. Why I love dog sitting I grew up on a large property in San Diego with Doberman's, Germain Shepherd/collie mix and my grandfather raised Rottweilers. I just adore dogs and cats. I love to take them to the beach, hiking, and cuddle on the couch.
“Mady did amazing with my boys. I knew she would when we had our meet and greet. She wasn’t intimidated by their size, so receptive to all the ridiculous training techniques we use, and just so nice! I’m sure my boys are looking forward to seeing her this weekend !”

About: Hi my name is Kiara. I love animals so much. It brings me lots of joy to tend to them. I've had a business where I pet sit & dog walked. I worked with all types of animals of all ages and personalities. I currently work full time as a Registered Behavior Technician, I work with kids with autism using positive reinforcement to change behaviors. In my ways I'm able to apply my same learning to the animals I care for. During the summer I have a flexible schedule. I am available throughout the week & work weekdays from 2-6. My schedule allows me to tend to your beautiful pets. I treat the animals I care for thoughtfully; I am always on top of making sure they are feeling happy and safe. I tend to all their need's food, water, enrichment, safety.
About: I’ve had dogs as pets since I was a little girl. I frequently dog sit for my neighbors. I often host multiple dogs. I do not have a cat and do not pet sit for cats. I’m retired and first thing I do in the morning is walk to the beach and at sunset I take a walk along the cliffs. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and can sleep on the bed if they prefer. I have a fenced back yard where your pup can relax. I like to watch dogs at my house and can crate them if you wish.
“I owe Dillon at least a hundred reviews (im sorry Dillon!) He walks Chase regularly anywhere upto 5 times a week. He sends texts, pictures, and fills up his water bowl after every walk. Dillon is accomodating and just great! Thank you Dillon!!”
About: I've grown up taking care of both dogs and cats from a super young age, so pet care has always been a natural part of my life. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, from having an energetic puppy named Bear, who need structure and patience, to senior animals who need a little extra care and attention. What sets me apart is how genuinely invested I am in making every pet feel safe, loved, and at home. As a graduate student, I’m in class on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, but I have a very flexible schedule outside of those days. I’m completely free on Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends, and I’m often available between classes as well. This allows me to provide consistent care, spend quality time with pets, and stay overnight when needed for sitting. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I would intentionally follow all instructions closely and keep all animals in a very clean, safe environment. I live near Sunset Cliffs, where there are always people walking and a dog park just a few blocks away, making it easy to provide regular walks, fresh air, and exercise.

Mackenzie took amazing care of our sweet Abby! She was professional and responsive. Prior to the weekend, she came over to meet our pup. She also offered to feed her in addition to the walks. Thank you Mackenzie for allowing us to enjoy our time away knowing Abby was in good hands!

Bedrana has been walking my dog most days of the week while I’m at work and it has been such a good experience! She is awesome at communication and gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away that my dog is taken care of! She is very flexible with scheduling too and my dog seems well exercised when I get home! Definitely recommend booking with her :)

Gabriel was great with our pup! He is a really good communicator, and I appreciate that he took the time to read our care instructions carefully. I also really appreciate that he was flexible and understanding with a last minute schedule change due to a calendar mistake on my end. Would absolutely recommend him.
