About: I’ve lived with pets all my life and have a great affinity for both cats and dogs. I have a caring touch and experience with pets of all ages. I am additionally well versed in dealing with large/strong dogs, having had both as pets throughout my life. At the moment, my days are profoundly open so I’m available most any time. I wake up early, so that includes mornings as well. I am not currently offering services within my own home, but I am happy to do mid-day drop ins if you need someone to check up on your pets while you’re out for the day.

About: Hi! My name is Emma and I am a current junior at PLNU with a huge heart for dogs. I am a volunteer at the San Diego Humane Society to serve my community while also making connections with the animals. I also dogsit and dog walk in the Loma area mainly due to the fact that I miss my dogs at home! I grew up with lots of dogs and cats in my household. I currently have 2 doggies, a crazy husky named Lola and a dash hound named Dexter. I also had a German Sheppard named Bailey who was a big part of my life. Other than my own pets I have pet sat for multiple years with multiple breeds ranging from big German Sheppards to little Scottish Terriers. Ever since moving to San Diego for college, I have missed my doggies so much. I came on Rover to be able to see meet some super sweet dogs and mainly to feed my love for dogs when I am away from home. I would love to meet and stop by multiple times to take care of your fur babies! Anytime you reach out let’s meet so I am able to meet you and your pet in person :) I am located in the Point Loma/Ocean Beach/Pacific Beach/Clairemont area. About: I recently retired after a rewarding career and am excited to spend more time doing something I truly enjoy—caring for pets. I've had dogs and other pets my entire life and understand how important they are as members of the family. I am currently looking to support new clients with reliable, caring dog walking and pet sitting services. I am newly retired and am open to dog walking opportunities M-F, 10-5 pm. I’m a reliable, dog loving sitter with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all kinds, from my family’s Rottweiler to dogs I’ve watched for friends, family, past employers and current employers :). About: I've grown up with dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters, tarantulas, frogs, and turtles as pets. With over 20 years of pet-sitting experience, my services were mostly sought by family and friends. I've always been the go-to person in my family for pet care needs. I've house-sat my parents' two dogs numerous times, including a continuous four-month period while they traveled across the country in their RV. I regularly board one of my sister's cats when she's away for work and also take care of my other sister's dog, providing both walking and boarding services when she travels. I am a high school math teacher. So, I’m off during the summer. That gives me lots of free time where I can care for your pets. I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, about 1200 square feet. The inside of my house is pet friendly and my backyard is gated and has grass for pets to play on.

I also have a beautiful fenced in yard and pet friendly home, available for boarding. My approach is to work with the individual needs of each fur baby and their families. I can either take care of your pets in your home or offer to board them at my home, with lots of space to play in our fenced yard and pet friendly home.

About: Since I was a toddler, Ive grown up with many different kinds of dogs in the house! Corgis, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chihuahuas, Blue Heelers, you name it. I'll cater to each one to match their specific needs, whether young pups, or senior dogs. And dont worry, I love my kitties too🥰 I'm currently a freelance muralist, so when I'm not painting, I have lots of time to love on your baby. Monday-Sundays are open all day! I love maintaining a safe and clean environment for us to play and or relax in! I'll put leashes, toys and bowls back exactly where I find them and keep things tidy!

About: I have had pets my whole life. I have taken care of mostly big dogs as my own. I have spent overnights with both dogs and cats. Lots of availability. Would be available for overnights or feeding or walks. Only need a day or two in advance to be ready to go. Clean up after my dogs, feed them, bathe them, play with them. I love to take them for walks and sometimes we go to the beach.

My experience is with all ages and most sizes (up to 100 pounds) of dogs, including administering basic medical care such as oral medication and wound care daily. I also love cats and have a few years of experience caring for them! I'm currently working about part-time in Point Loma at my university. About: I have always been drawn to animals and love being around them. As a San Diego native and nature lover, a nice long walk with a dog is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I've lived with and cared for my brother's two dogs for almost a decade and have either owned or had experience with fish, birds, cats and bunnies. Although I'm currently at a point in my life where I'm not ready to have any pets myself, I'm the go-to pet sitter for my friends and family and am always open to the opportunity to have even more animals to care for and love on in my life. I work in a chiropractic office currently operating under a hybrid in office/ work from home schedule. I work 9-5 MWF but have flexibility throughout the rest of the week and weekends off. When I am caring for a pet they are my top priority, whether that means bringing the pet with me into the office or leaving midday for a check up and/or potty break. I have a fenced in concrete back yard with a swimming pool but the pool area has a separate gate that can be locked while caring for pets. We also have a side yard with grass to utilize while leashed.

About: I’m a local nursing student with three years of experience pet sitting and babysitting. Before moving to college I was able to often care for dogs in my neighborhood, including walking, feeding, playing, and house sitting. I enjoy being able to get in my exercise for the day by walking/hiking with dogs if possible (safely of course!) In addition to caring for pets, I frequently babysit, often looking after the dogs of the families I work with. I’m a working student nurse but am able to visit your pets anytime after 3pm or before 7am on weekdays, and am free on weekends! I have no problem and am comfortable with all pets :) I do have a car and reliable way of transportation to and from the location as necessary! I am flexible and willing about hours as long as there is communication ahead of time! I am able bodied and have no problem with large or small dogs. I am comfortable playing and walking dogs. I do not have a home where I can welcome pets in (part of the reason I would like to help others!) but as always will treat every families home with utmost respect and care. Feeding is absolutely no problem as long as I have instructions and crates are not an issue as well!

About: I’ve grown up with several pets including two dogs, one of which I cared for as they got old and sadly passed away. In addition to my own pets, I have been a go to house/dog sitter for a few neighbors for 5+ years. I love going on walks with doggos and staying active. I take care in being responsible and treating your pets as if they were my own :) I’m free to care before and after my school which goes from late morning to mid afternoon, then outside of my occasional one day of weekend work. I am careful to ensure the pet is well taken care of and comfortable. This might include outdoor time, food/meds, and making sure they do not feel alone at night. I’ve noticed that many dogs greatly enjoy spending as much time as possible outside. I also make sure to keep in good communication with owners and love sending little pic and videos to update.
