About: I’ve lived with pets all my life and have a great affinity for both cats and dogs. I have a caring touch and experience with pets of all ages. I am additionally well versed in dealing with large/strong dogs, having had both as pets throughout my life. At the moment, my days are profoundly open so I’m available most any time. I wake up early, so that includes mornings as well. I am not currently offering services within my own home, but I am happy to do mid-day drop ins if you need someone to check up on your pets while you’re out for the day.
“Rachel always does a fantastic dog walking our dog! He loves her, and she always leaves really thorough notes (and tons of pictures) so we still feel like we know what he got up to!”

About: I grew up with animals and pets of all varieties. I also work as an integrative therapist in the community and know firsthand how important pets are as beloved members of the family. I also have a beautiful fenced in yard and pet friendly home, available for boarding. My approach is to work with the individual needs of each fur baby and their families. I can either take care of your pets in your home or offer to board them at my home, with lots of space to play in our fenced yard and pet friendly home.

Our campus is dog friendly and most dogs I sit love walking on the beach! I’m happy to be of service when needed! I treat every pet like my own! About: Hi! I’m a reliable, dog loving sitter with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all kinds, from my family’s Rottweiler to dogs I’ve watched for friends, family, past employers and current employers :). I know every dog is different, so I focus on making them feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’ll treat your dog like one of my own. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to build my day around pet care. I also like to stay active, which makes dog walks a natural part of my routine. Whether it’s morning, midday, or evening, I can be available to give your dog the attention and care they need. I usually just follow whatever routine your dog is already used to (feeding times, walks, playtime, all of that) so nothing feels off for them. In your home, I try to keep things as normal and low stress as possible. If they’re with me, they’ll get regular walks, attention, and a calm, clean space to hang out. I’m pretty attentive and good at picking up on what a dog needs, whether that’s more activity or just time to chill.

I treat every pet with care, attention, and respect, following their routines closely to keep them happy and comfortable. While in your home, I follow your instructions for feeding, playtime, walks, and any other needs, while making sure your space is respected and secure. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I've grown up with dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters, tarantulas, frogs, and turtles as pets. With over 20 years of pet-sitting experience, my services were mostly sought by family and friends. I've always been the go-to person in my family for pet care needs. I've house-sat my parents' two dogs numerous times, including a continuous four-month period while they traveled across the country in their RV. I regularly board one of my sister's cats when she's away for work and also take care of my other sister's dog, providing both walking and boarding services when she travels. I am a high school math teacher. So, I’m off during the summer. That gives me lots of free time where I can care for your pets. I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, about 1200 square feet. My backyard is gated and has grass for pets to play on.
About: I’ve grown up with several pets including two dogs, one of which I cared for as they got old and sadly passed away. In addition to my own pets, I have been a go to house/dog sitter for a few neighbors for 5+ years. I love going on walks with doggos and staying active. I take care in being responsible and treating your pets as if they were my own :) I’m free to care before and after my school which goes from late morning to mid afternoon, then outside of my occasional one day of weekend work. I am careful to ensure the pet is well taken care of and comfortable. This might include outdoor time, food/meds, and making sure they do not feel alone at night. I’ve noticed that many dogs greatly enjoy spending as much time as possible outside. I also make sure to keep in good communication with owners and love sending little pic and videos to update.
About: I was raised a dog person and have turned into an animal person! I have 10 years experience working as a Vet Tech. I have cared for ages ranging from puppies to senior dogs. I am currently a stay at home dog mom and have a fairly open schedule. I have a pug named Peanut who is my whole world. My pug Peanut is fed twice a day and has her water bowl refreshed with fresh water daily. She goes on walks twice a day and enjoys her time outside. Peanut requires tons of attention and demands to be pet often. She is also bathed once a week. She also enjoys playing fetch as much as possible!
About: I have always been drawn to animals and love being around them. As a San Diego native and nature lover, a nice long walk with a dog is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I've lived with and cared for my brother's two dogs for almost a decade and have either owned or had experience with fish, birds, cats and bunnies. Although I'm currently at a point in my life where I'm not ready to have any pets myself, I'm the go-to pet sitter for my friends and family and am always open to the opportunity to have even more animals to care for and love on in my life. I work in a chiropractic office currently operating under a hybrid in office/ work from home schedule. I work 9-5 MWF but have flexibility throughout the rest of the week and weekends off. When I am caring for a pet they are my top priority, whether that means bringing the pet with me into the office or leaving midday for a check up and/or potty break. I have a fenced in concrete back yard with a swimming pool but the pool area has a separate gate that can be locked while caring for pets. We also have a side yard with grass to utilize while leashed.
“Kirra was amazing with our pups! They loved her from the start! She’s great with communication and keeping us updated. We’ll be more than happy to have her walk our little ones more often”

About: I offer housesitting with many years of experience with petting and as a Property/Estate manager in Montecito and Santa Barbara now San Diego. I only watch one family of pets at a time. Your pet will be treated as family. We go on hikes, beach days, walks, play outside in the yard and go to parks if these outings are appropriate for your pet. About this sitter: Really love what I do and the animals I care for. I grew up with many animals. My parents bred Doberman Pinchers. I love playing with the dogs, I believe it keeps both myself and the animals I watch happy and healthy to play out doors as much as possible. I also love to cuddle with the animals, they are so sweet. All the animals that come to visit us are treated as part of our family. Why I love dog sitting I grew up on a large property in San Diego with Doberman's, Germain Shepherd/collie mix and my grandfather raised Rottweilers. I just adore dogs and cats. I love to take them to the beach, hiking, and cuddle on the couch.
About: I grew up on a small farm and have taken care of a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, etc… I love all animals and have a soft spot for taking care of seniors. I am reliable and good with potty training as well! My schedule is currently very flexible as I’m in a transitional phase of switching careers, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets :) I’m happy to visit your pet at your home & will keep you updated on them as you would like. I approach all animals with love, so they are comfortable with me🙂
“Alex has been amazing! She took our pup on a few walks when we were busy at work and she was very reliable, easy to communicate with and responsive, and left us some great pics and videos for us to see! When Penny was too stubborn to go on a walk, Alex was so nice to play with her and keep her active! Highly recommend, definitely plan to use Alex in the future! Thank you, Alex!!!”

Wooded Area dog parents share their Rover experiences
We had an amazing experience with Kellie! She was reliable, communicative, and cared about our dog as if he was her own. When we came back, our dog was happy, exercised, and calm. Kellie was experienced, attentive, and genuinely loved being with our dog! We wouldn’t hesitate to book Kellie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog walker!

Julia has been absolutely amazing with Penny! She took her on the longest walk while I was busy with work, and Penny came back happy, tired, and ready for bed, she loved every second. Julia has also stayed with Penny for a few days, sending constant updates and pictures which eases my mind. She is always making sure Penny never feels alone. She even lets her snuggle and be spoiled, which Penny absolutely adores. I can’t recommend Julia enough and will definitely be booking more walks and stays with her in the future!

We absolutely love Cher! She is always on time, super sweet, and truly amazing with our dogs. They adore her, and we feel completely at ease knowing they’re in such good hands. She goes above and beyond every time, and we will be using her for as long as she’ll have us! Highly recommend. 💙🐾

Rebecca has been, an absolute lifesaver! I injured myself and was unable to walk or take my dog out and she has been so accommodating and communicative! She absolutely loves dogs and is such a calming presence for my anxious guy.I completely trust her with Bennett and will 100% be using her in the future!

Tyler provided excellent customer service for both me and my dog! He was professional and communicative throughout the process. He took my baby Koda on nice long walk and documented everything that went on in the app - I was really impressed with how thorough he was, but mostly with how Koda immediately took to him and trusted him! He was so loving and kind, you can tell he is a true animal lover. I will be calling Tyler again for sure!!
