About: I’ve lived with pets all my life and have a great affinity for both cats and dogs. I have a caring touch and experience with pets of all ages. I am additionally well versed in dealing with large/strong dogs, having had both as pets throughout my life. At the moment, my days are profoundly open so I’m available most any time. I wake up early, so that includes mornings as well. I am not currently offering services within my own home, but I am happy to do mid-day drop ins if you need someone to check up on your pets while you’re out for the day.

I also have a beautiful fenced in yard and pet friendly home, available for boarding. My approach is to work with the individual needs of each fur baby and their families. I can either take care of your pets in your home or offer to board them at my home, with lots of space to play in our fenced yard and pet friendly home.

I’m a reliable, dog loving sitter with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all kinds, from my family’s Rottweiler to dogs I’ve watched for friends, family, past employers and current employers :). I know every dog is different, so I focus on making them feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’ll treat your dog like one of my own. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to build my day around pet care. I also like to stay active, which makes dog walks a natural part of my routine. Whether it’s morning, midday, or evening, I can be available to give your dog the attention and care they need. I usually just follow whatever routine your dog is already used to (feeding times, walks, playtime, all of that) so nothing feels off for them. In your home, I try to keep things as normal and low stress as possible. If they’re with me, they’ll get regular walks, attention, and a calm, clean space to hang out. I’m pretty attentive and good at picking up on what a dog needs, whether that’s more activity or just time to chill.

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life - from a giant, gentle Newfoundland and Mastiff to several sweet mixed-breed rescues. In high school, I worked as a Vet Tech, so I’m comfortable giving medication and handling the not-so-glamorous sides of dog care. For safety, I don’t take dogs to off-leash parks, but I do have reliable transportation to bring your pet wherever they need to go. I live on a boat at a pet-friendly marina on Shelter Island, with a beautiful path around the island that’s full of sights and smells for dogs to enjoy. Your dog’s comfort and safety always come first, and I’ll make sure they get the love and care they’re used to while you’re away. I’m a teacher, so I have summers and school holidays free, which means lots of extra time to spend with pups! During the school year, I work from about 7:00 a.m. to 3:30–4:00 p.m., so I’m mostly available on weekends since I don’t like leaving dogs alone for a full workday. That said, I may be able to accommodate special requests depending on your dog’s needs. I live on a houseboat at a pet-friendly marina on Shelter Island. There’s plenty of room on board for dogs to relax, and we’re surrounded by a beautiful walking path that circles the island, perfect for new sights and tons of smells. Dogs are always kept leashed on the dock and on walks. I do my best to follow each dog’s normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. I’m also experienced with administering medications and handling special care needs when required.

About: I'm all about the little things. Keeping routines consistent, giving extra belly rubs, and making sure your pet feels safe, loved and totally at ease while you are away. Whether its a long walk, playtime, or just quiet cuddles, I match their energy and personality so they stay happy and stress-free. You'll also get plenty of updates and cute photo's, so you never feel far from your furry friend. I work part time and very close to home. I have a very flexible work schedule and I live a block from the beach, so I love to walk our dogs Leo and Winnie, usually in the mornings. I have a fenced yard. I also like to take the dogs out for a walk at least once a day. Usually in the mornings.

“Alli cat sit for our energetic 1 year old cat while we were on a 3 week vacation. She was nice enough to do 2 pre-visits with us so we and our cat could meet her. We knew upon meeting her that she understood cat behaviors and is a “cat lady”. While we were gone, she visited our cat about the same time everyday and gave daily reports and pictures with each visit, which we absolutely loved. She shared what they did each day and we could tell she did her best to get my cat’s energy out each day like we asked. She also followed our wet and dry cat food routines and took care of the litter box. Overall, we were extremely happy with Ali’s services and will definitely be booking her again!”

About: I’ve taken care of others dogs for a few years now, but I have had dogs of my own since I was 4 years old. I am currently living on SDSU campus and do not have a car, so you would need to be within walking distance. I am available all day any day! I will always make sure dogs are secure on leashes and safe with me. I will make sure it’s not too hot for them and they get the care they need
