Alyssa has never known life without a dog by her side. She grew up with dog siblings of many different breeds, usually two at a time, and caring for and loving dogs has always been a natural part of her life. Dogs have been her constant companions, so it’s no surprise that she genuinely misses having her own furry family around since leaving home for university and starting her professional career. Alyssa and her family have been dog owners her entire life. She has cared for her family’s dogs while her parents have gone on vacation and also have cared for other friends/families’ dogs while they have been unavailable to do so. Alyssa was wonderful with our 70lb pit bull mix and 25lb Boston Terrier! When our Boston became ill (he was an older dog), she took him to the vet, managed his medications, and even made a medication tracker for us. She was incredibly responsible, reliable, and caring.
