I work remotely from home 4 days a week and go into an office on Fridays from 9am-12:30pm. My job is very flexible and I have very few meetings. I can take your pet for walks whenever is needed!

I live in a standalone home with a fenced in front yard and fenced in backyard! The front yard fence is kind of short so if your dog is a jumper I can restrict them to just the backyard when they’re off leash! Your pup will have free rein of the backyard in between walks and while I’m working. They can lounge in the sun, run through the bushes, or treat themselves to the outdoor couch. What’s mine is theirs! For owners looking for boarding/day care: I have 1 female roommate who loves dogs just as much as I do. Her boyfriend visits from LA occasionally so if your pup has an aversion to men, please let me know :)

The more info you tell me about your pet and their special needs or behavioral quirks the better. I’ll have a set of questions for our meet and greet but you know your dog best :) I know every pet is different and I love to give each of them the unique care they deserve!
A typical day
I love to be outside whether it’s running, walking, biking, or skateboarding. I’d love to bring your pet along. If they’re okay with other people, I’d bring them to meet friends in the neighborhood or to my favorite local coffee shops. Mostly, we’ll take long walks along Sunset Cliffs or go throw a ball at Bermuda beach if that’s something you’re okay with! I never take pets off leash unless enthusiastically encouraged by the pet owner. If your pup loves fetch, I love taking dogs to Point Loma Community Park! Another place I love for long walks in Liberty Station :)

With an extremely flexible WFH schedule and an overwhelming about of puppy love, I’d love to spend some time with your pup on a walk or drop in visit! While I assume these walks are just for your pup alone, if you’d like to give your pup some socialization time as well I have a 4.5 year old Female black English Lab who’d love to tag along as well (after a supervised meet and greet). I live just 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from Sunset Cliffs, my own paradise and the perfect place for a pup who loves long walks on (or near) the beach ❤️ happy to walk around your neighborhood or take your pet in the car for an adventure somewhere new! If you choose an adventure, please be sure to book me for at least an hour :) Pet sitting runs in my family - my grandma started a professional pet sitting business in 2014. This was my main source of income throughout high school and much of college. I’m now looking for a little extra pet love out here on the west coast! My life is better with a dog in it, it truly brings me so much joy to bring your pet joy and meet new dogs!

Lila did an amazing job with my 90lb reactive dog. She took all the right steps during her scheduled pre-stay meetups to set him up for success, and kept me updated the whole time. When I picked him up he was happy, calm, and clearly totally buddies with her. Highly recommend.
Lila is AMAZING! This was my first time leaving my 95 lb Rottweiler, Reggie, with a pet sitter who wasn’t family or a close friend, so I was extremely nervous to try Rover. However, once we conducted the meet and greet I knew I could feel safe leaving my baby with her. My husband and I could tell Lila was knowledgeable with handling larger breeds, and she made sure to ask all the right questions regarding Reggie’s daily habits, behavior patterns and triggers that could heighten his anxiety. When we went on our trip, Lila was extremely communicative and made sure to send multiple photos and text updates throughout the day so we knew our boy was having fun and in good hands. Lila went above and beyond, and was so flexible even when we had a hiccup in our travel plans with a delayed flight. Lila allowed Reggie to stay one extra night and we were able to coordinate a convenient time that next morning to get him so we could have some extra rest after a 12+ hour travel day. Once I picked Reggie up, he was happy as could be and I could tell he enjoyed her company a lot!! ❤️ I will most definitely be using Lila in the future and would recommend her to anyone I know!
I had such a wonderful experience using Lila's for the first time. I was going away on a long trip, and Lila stepped in to take care of my pup, Frisco. Although we didn’t have time for a meet and greet, our phone call before the trip put me at ease. Lila was incredibly detailed, asking numerous questions to ensure she understood Frisco's needs. She went above and beyond by accommodating a drop-off at an ungodly hour in the morning and a late evening pick-up. Throughout my trip, Lila kept me updated with multiple photos and videos of Frisco. It was so sweet and gave me such peace of mind knowing he was being so well cared for. I could tell Frisco really loved her too and that he had a great time and had lots of love while I was gone. She also made a special drop off with some items we forgot the next day, so nice! I would absolutely use her services again.
Lila was a great sitter for our dog, Natasha. She was communicative and spent lots of time with Natasha. Natasha seemed to have a very good time. We came back to a happy dog. :)
