Carolina was flexible with my work schedule for our initial meet and greet and she has been super punctual in getting to my home for the scheduled time for Herc's walks and is very good with communication if any adjustments need to be made to the planned schedule. I know I don't have to worry about my dog while I am at work when I have Carolina booked. In that time I learned so much from her, from learning how to improve my customer service to learning how to properly care and tend to animals. She is gentle and caring to all pets, I would trust her to care for someones furry companion not only for those reasons but also for the skills that she has from college (feeding/walking/medicating/husbandry).
