About: I have always been an animal lover so since my childhood I have helped care for dogs and cats. I would care for my neighbors cats when they were on vacation and volunteered at the animal shelter in high school giving me experience with cats. Many of my friends have cats and I have been their go-to cat sitters for years. I recently lived with my first cat this past year when my boyfriend and Mia moved in. Mia was 19 years old at the time and required special care such as medication twice a day. I got really good at administering her pills which she hated but I learned how to do it gently and quickly. About: I used to have a cat and a hamster and currently own a dog (does not live with me). I have personally trained him and he is now living with my family! I currently go to college in the morning so my availability will be the afternoons along with the weekends in the afternoon and night! I can do boarding on the weekends while caring during the afternoon on the week days! I enjoy playing or relaxing with your animal depending on what they like to do! For dogs, there is a pet relief area in my apartment building however if they are not comfortable with that and/or you have a senior dog, i do have fake grass on my patio right outside of my apartment!

When fur babies are happy-their fur parents are happy. Why I love dog sitting: Since childhood, I've been around animals. We had two dogs and a cat. I saved tarantulas hit by cars, helped injured lizards and birds that fell out of nests. I've always had a love for animals & nature. My experience administering medication: Yes. And I closely observe behavior/mood, appetite, bm, bladder, physical activity & skin conditions when I care for pets & will leave you detailed notes or call if necessary. I was medical POA for an elderly parent, so my medical & observational skills from the past 23 years help for both human & pet care needs. Occasional walks & potty breaks with family pets. I'm looking to possibly increase my petcare activities in the future. I may be expanding Reiki with pets too. I will care for your fur baby as if they were my own. I'm patient, observant & kind. I'll check your mail, water your plants, send pics or texts daily if you wish. I'll also put out the trash if I housesit & will maintain a clean environment & respect your space & wishes. I'm good with your neighbors too, if they see me with your pets.

About: I've had dogs and cats my entire life. We currently have two rescue beagles and 5 rescued cats. I do not currently work and can be home with your animals unless running short errands, and once someone enters our home they are family and will be treated like the spoiled royalty they are. I'm happy to send updates and pictures throughout their stay as well. I do not currently work, so I have all the time in the world for your furry friend. The animals rule our house and are allowed on all furniture/beds so they will be very comfortable. I do walks in the early morning with my dogs, but could also do day time/evening walks if your pets need. We have a fenced in dog-run with 24/7 access through a 1-flap dog door. They can go in and out as they please, but the fences are only 3ft high in the dog run, so jumpers/runners might not be the best fit. We feed our dogs twice a day and cannot free-feed animals.
