WFH Pet Lover Next to Dog Park
I have over 10 years of experience pet sitting and walking dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. Conveniently located right next to a dog park, my home is ideal for structured outdoor play, and I usually take visiting dogs to the dog park or nearby park during the day. I only accept potty-trained dogs to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. My own dog, Benny, is super friendly and loves both playing and napping, making him a great companion for visiting pets. Working alongside professional trainers has given me deep experience in managing separation anxiety, basic obedience, leash reactivity, and positive reinforcement. I prioritize routine, safety, and clear communication, so I will send frequent updates and ensure your dog gets lots of pets and love while you have complete peace of mind.

Oliver loved his time with Taylor and their dog Benny! I picked up a very happy and tired dog at the end of the day. Taylor was also very accommodating to my schedule and was a great communicator. You could tell she really has a soft spot for dogs and wants to do whatever she can to make them comfortable and happy! We can’t wait to use her again!
Taylor is so caring and communicative! She really wants the best for your pets and asks all the right questions to make sure they are feeling safe and happy! Our pups loved her!! And we LOVE all the photos and vids she sent while we were gone. Will definitely have her back!
Taylor took excellent care of our sweet dog Stella on short notice last week. Stella is normally hesitant around new people, but she warmed up quickly to Taylor and seemed right at home within hours of her stay. Stella even seemed sad to say goodbye! I’d certainly recommend Taylor to anyone looking for a trustworthy and empathic dog sitter.
Taylor was great with my dog Toby. He’s an anxious fella and she made him feel at home. Definitely recommend!
Taylor was super communicative and so patient with Burrito, who runs very anxious. By the end of her stay, Burrito warmed up so much to Taylor which just goes to show how much care Taylor poured into making sure Burrito was loved while mom was away. Burrito and I appreciate you Taylor!!

Schedule
Working fully remote with a flexible schedule allows me to prioritize attentive pet care throughout the day. I structure my time around structured walks, play, feeding, and calm rest, routinely taking dogs to the nearby dog park for daily exercise. Because I am home most of the day, I easily adapt to your pet's routine to provide frequent check-ins, affection, and a consistent environment.

I use positive reinforcement only in all interactions with dogs. I believe in building trust, confidence, and good behavior through patience, consistency, and reward-based training rather than punishment. Through training my own dog, Benny, I’ve gained extensive experience working through separation anxiety, basic obedience, and reactivity using gentle, science-backed methods. I also have experience with fostering dogs and have completed safety and handling trainings through the San Diego Humane Society. These experiences have helped me better understand dog body language, stress signals, and how to safely support dogs with different backgrounds, temperaments, and needs. As a pet parent myself, I truly understand how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone new. That’s why I provide frequent updates, photos, and messages during each stay or walk. My goal is not just to care for your pet, but to make sure you feel informed, reassured, and confident that your dog is happy, safe, and loved while in my care.

A typical day
A typical day with me is calm, structured, and tailored to your pet’s routine. We start the morning with a walk or potty break, followed by breakfast and light enrichment to keep them settled. Since I work remotely, I am home all day to offer frequent check-ins, affection, quiet companionship, and outdoor trips to neighborhood green spaces. I balance activity with plenty of restful downtime, stick closely to any specific feeding or medication schedules, and send frequent photo updates so you always have total peace of mind.
