We had some bumps in the road while trying to leave and they were understanding and transparent. We got photo updates throughout our trip and they communicated with us the entire time. When trying to get home, we were much later than expected and they were so kind to stay a little longer with Atlas to ensure he wasn't left in his kennel all night.
