My girl is a bit overreactive with strangers and Grecia immediately assessed this and knew how to handle the situation effectively calming my dog and building up her initial trust. I explained that she also has some reactivity issues with new dogs until she warms up to them which she noted and apparently worked on because she was able to get my dog to walk along with hers. I even noticed that my Mei Mei was not going crazy when confronted with a pair of loose dogs at the park on my first walk back with her. Lastly, she was able to take this booking last minute as I had unplanned lengthy work hours for a couple of days and so that in of it self was so much help. I was lucky enough to meet her and her darling pugs in the park and later learned she was a pet sitter! Alexis was absolutely amazing with Church and Eerie! I was a little nervous leaving them for such a long trip, especially because Church is diabetic and requires insulin twice a day, but she made me feel completely comfortable. She followed all of his care instructions perfectly and sent me updates every single day with photos and videos, which I really appreciated. Both dogs clearly became very comfortable with her, and it was obvious she genuinely cared about them and got to know their individual personalities. She was also incredibly flexible when we ended up extending our trip multiple times at the last minute. 😂 I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I felt completely confident that they were safe, happy, and well cared for the entire time. We will absolutely book with Alexis again and I would recommend her without hesitation!
