I work full time to provide a custom dog boarding experience . We take dogs staying with us for walks everyday. Several days a week we go to the dog park and/or for hikes in the mountains. Dogs staying with me will usually stay inside or wherever I am, with easy access to our backyard. I have experience giving subcutaneous injections and other oral and topical medications to several types of animals. I am experienced with dog behavior psychology and training, so don't hesitate to ask any questions. I'm pretty quick to respond to emails. I have been doing this for several years and love it.

Home Away From HomeCenterville, UT

**COVID-19 Changes: In practicing social distancing, I am not offering in-person Meet & Greets right now. I am available by phone and text if you have any questions prior to booking. Please only bring what your dog absolutely needs for their stay. Everything will be sanitized to the best of my ability when pups get here and before they leave. I will be providing my own leashes for walks and practicing social distancing. I will notify by text and update here if I cannot provide services because of illness for myself or any household members.**

**Vacation Changes: My trip to Scotland has been postponed to June 2021. However, I have marked some time off in July/August in hopes that we can travel home for my FIL's funeral and visit family. I will update as soon as we have more specific dates.**

Stay at home mom of 2 kids (9 y/o and 12 y/o). We have a young Boston Terrier mix, Astrid who is 19 pounds. She loves to play with dog guests of all sizes and cuddles with her favorites, but is also good at respecting their space. Our kids have been raised with dogs since day one (and so was I). Your dog will become part of our family while he/she is here!

I have an emergency medicine background and a BS Psychology (to include Animal Behavior, Conditioning/Training, and Neuroscience). My dog-specific experience includes growing up with dogs (my dad was a bomb dog trainer), owning dogs as an adult since college, fostering rescue dogs, foster coordinator, home visits checks, rescue transport, adoption events, and obedience training.

We usually only accept 5 dogs at a time (depending on temperament). This allows each dog to have individual attention and care - as well as provides a healthy, well-socialized environment. (Note: If your dog needs help with socialization before his/her stay, I am happy to do multiple Meet & Greets at my home.) Plan ahead for high-demand times: summer & holidays.

We love to run and play whenever the weather is nice. Our backyard has 1000 square feet of GRASS and is FULLY FENCED. The dogs enjoy grass to run in, sand to dig in, and our deck/patio to sunbathe on. The backyard is accessible from our living room with 2 steps down from the deck and through the garage with a wheelchair ramp. Occasionally I take guests hiking in the mountains or to nearby dog parks and evening neighborhood walks to the park. Inside we have lots of dog toys, treats, cuddles, and belly rubs.

I am HOME FULL TIME and rarely gone for longer 2 hours. When we do leave, dogs are separated to insure everyone's safety. Am willing to work with potty training, crate training, basic commands, and socialization. Am experienced administering both oral and shots. Pregnant dogs and newborn puppy care are taken on a case by case basis.

All my clients get PICTURES & UPDATES! I'll let you know if we're doing anything special that day, who they are playing with, cute things they do, where they like to relax, if they are not eating or if I notice anything out of the norm. You are also welcome to text me at any time to check-in on your dog. Pictures and videos are also posted to my Instagram (@happylifepups) and Facebook page. Please let me know if you do not want your dog's picture posted.

Animal loving family, fenced yard.Cottonwood Heights, UT

Our family has a two year old Labradoodle that we got when she was 10 weeks old. She has been to puppy classes, where we learned how to train with positive reinforcement. We have taken care of other dogs since we brought her home, so she plays great with others. Our daughter wants to be a dog trainer when she grows up! We offer a fun, exciting environment with a lot of exercise, but casual enough to cater to individual needs.

Puppy Love Pet Sitting

About Andrea: I love dogs and would love to get to know yours! I have a spunky little cocker spaniel/poodle mix that lives inside our home. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, hikes and taking trips to the dog park. I am diligent and caring towards animals.

About Shane: I grew up with all kinds of animals. My parents let us have waaay too many pets. When I was 7 we had a miniature schnauzer, two cats, three geckos, an iguana, two birds, a rabbit, three fish, a hermit crab, two turtles and two hamsters. I used to like dogs but now I LOVE them. What started as a way to spend time with my wife and her passion for dogs has really become a great part of our lives. By trade I'm a nurse that does house visits and through Rover.com, I feel like I'm just taking care of a different kind of patient. I look forward to meeting new dogs and would love to help take care of yours.

When your dog stays with us they are treated like part of the family. They receive one on one attention and frequent snuggles. Best of all, they get the chance to make friends with other friendly, well-tempered dogs. While you're on vacation treat your dog to a vacation of their own at our house!

If we are away from home, we have a dog door that your dog can use and access the family room from. Or we also have a well lit tile space that your dog can play in while we are away.
