Schedule
I substitute teach during the day, generally from 8-3:30 on weekdays. It can be a bit tough for me to get home during that time window. However, if I have sufficient warning with a booking, I can choose a school that is near enough for me to run home for a couple of minutes to let them out. In the evenings, I like to be at home. I take a long walk (generally about an hour) at night before I go to bed.

My house is very pet-friendly and calming. I have couches the animals are welcome on, and if they like to sleep on the bed, I am fine with that. I have a big dog bed, toys, puzzles, and I live in a beautiful neighborhood with trees and wildlife. I take dogs on long walks at night before we go to bed, and if you have an active dog, I am happy to take them to a nearby dog park. I have a roommate who adores animals and loves giving them attention and on potty breaks.
A typical day
I love going on walks with dogs, cuddling with them, and giving them enriching games such as puzzles to play with. I also enjoy taking them to the nearby dog park. If your dog is okay with people and dogs, I like to take them with me to a nearby coffee shop when I work on projects.

- I would prefer a dog that is well house trained. Excessive barkers are not my favorite, but some barking is okay. Please let me know if your dog has any destructive tendencies, as they tend to come out when they are in a new environment.
